If I could give a worse rating, I would. I am not one who typically gives reviews but every time I go here, it's just an extreme disappointment. Today I ordered a spicy chicken with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, ketchup & mustard. What I received was a burnt chicken, that had clearly been sitting for hours with just cheese, ketchup & pickles. I even repeated the items I wanted twice & still, it ends up wrong every time. If it wasn't for the fact, that they are the only local option at this time of day, I would never go here again. Such a HUGE MISS for a viable food option. Tried to go to lunch today - went into dining room at 11:30am only 1 person dining in - no line - no waiting - no staff. I saw 1 employee who was very frazzled. He was yelling at someone in the back as alarms were going off around fries area. He walked up to the register - did not acknowledge me what so ever - still frustrated and walked away - yelling at someone in the back. He came back and a supervisor walked in - they exchanged words and he walked away again. Jump ahead to the 3rd time he walked away - never once said hello - bare with me - I am having issues - nothing. The supervisor ignored me also, so I just left. Never Again! I had a bad time today. They got my child's order wrong and claimed there were no chicken nuggets. The drive thru was backed up and they had high school kids running this insane asylum. There were 3 people "working" and after waiting in line for 15 mins they told my kids and I that they were no longer taking orders because they were so far behind. This is just one of a long list of times we have had issues with this location but as it is the only chicken nugget fast food place in nocatee kind of stuck going there in a pinch. I had not eaten at Wendy's in a very long time and thought I would try it. It was about 4:00 and I ordered a baconator combo. I got home and it must have been sitting there since lunch time. It was so extremely dry and hard. It wasn't even worth taking a bite. There was not one once of moisture in the meat. It was disgusting. I would recommend that you eat anywhere but there. Although initially this might sound like a bad review, I assure you it's quite the opposite! I placed a mobile order this evening and when I went to pick it up, I was told they were out of nuggets and fries (which was half of my mobile order). I wasn't upset in the least (I work in a kitchen myself and when we have to 86 something on the menu, there's nothing we can do about it). The young woman working the drive-thru was so incredibly sweet and since I had already paid, she offered me another sandwich to make up for the price difference. I was told her name is Alyssa (she's incredibly attractive by the way and I mean that in the friendliest possible way without sounding like a weirdo) and it honestly made my day to meet someone so kind-hearted! I was so in awe of seeing someone THAT willing to go out of their way to make things right, I called the restaurant 3 times when I got home (the first two times went to voicemail) because I simply couldn't let it go unnoticed. I told the person who answered the phone that I wanted to leave a review because of how amazing she was. I really hope she sees this review! This location has multiple problems... 1. SLOW... I have never seen a "fast food" restaurant be this slow before. Wendy's are normally slower than other fast food, but this is just ridiculous. 2. We've eaten here four times and they get the order wrong. Every. Single. Time. 3. Rude! The customer service is nonexistent. I honestly don't think the customer service could get worse. 4. They are always out of something. Today they couldn't do frosty or fresh brewed ice tea. The manager of this location is directly responsible for all of these issues. There is clearly a training issue and their hiring process isn't working well. I'm relaying all of this to corporate because it's just that bad. Ate at this location tonight. Every table in the restaurant was filthy dirty and there was food on the floor in the main eating area. The staff was loitering around behind the counter when we entered the restaurant. Our fries were cold and we had to go back up to ask for the milk for our kid meals. Horrible service. Orders get wrong all the time and the staff are either rude or could care less. We once went and they were closed but had no signs or anything so we pulled up.
