Management does a terrible job at teaching their employees overall just rude people, let's talk about the food, they don't go through nuggets/chicken so just know the nuggets/chicken you do get have been sitting there in trays for hours and definitely are old and crusty!!! And if you order fresh they stick it back into the oil for 30 seconds I've seen it I would know , also the general manager is rude (tom is his name) and unprofessional I wouldn't eat here not even if I was paid to eat here. They get off on making you wait. If you're hungry, be prepared to sit in the drive thru while they take a smoke brake mid order and refuse to answer the phone when I call to find out what's taking so long. Just caught 2 of their employees doing this, one blonde one brunette, elderly females, with their drive-thru headsets still on sitting right by the door. Watching me eat and laughing after making me wait 10 minutes for cold food (the chicken sandwich wasn't ready yet, I'm just so sure). The two gentlemen at the window looked like they were on some sort of release program from a halfway house. A bit startling but that didn't matter. This location is older and out dated. I usually have a long wait time on my food as well. Several times, when I ordered a bake potatoe they had none up. I know that item takes time and is precooked in advance but I've been thier for lunch and dinner hours and they still had none. Awful customer service. The lady was so rude at the drive thru to begin with. After we asked for a refund due to no masks being worn, rude staff and a long wait an employee from the back yelled "people are so f@$#ing idiotic". Hard to get a Dr. Pepper wrong, fries were crispy and salted just enough, chicken was also crispy, and the burger was okay, but a little soft. Wendys on Hancock in PH is skimming off the till at the drive thru. They told me the price was $26.75 I gave the $27. Got home and the receipt was $21.75 and this was the on duty night manager that tried to take my money. Went back to Bitch about it. The manager tries to blame it on someone else. I told her you took my money and counted it I watched you. She then pulls a different till and says she will count the drive thru till to see if it's over. What a joke she disappears to the back to count the till. Of course its not off she says but gives me my $5 anyway. Then complains her till will be short. Pull the $5 out of your pocket I told her. I just had salad and it was standard with the goodness I've had at other places. I enjoy my spicy chicken ceasar half salad with the lemony garlic dressing. On good girl days, I'll get the chicken grilled instead of breaded, and throw away the croutons. It was a good day, lol. Still tasted gurdy pud. Gracias. read more

I usually come with my boyfriend frequently. And every time we come, they are very rude to us. Their tone is just not pleasant. We've never had a good experience there and the workers always give us attitude.
