Horrible customer service, rude, and employees having full blown non-work appropriate loud conversations in the background.

Went through the drive through today as I often do. The burgers are very good and the service is always spot on except for today. I'm partly at fault, I didn't understand what was beign said to me over the speaker so since I wasn't answering the employee correctly, he yelled at me! I was so shocked, I gave them the correct answer and moved up. But, I still couldn't believe I just got yelled at at Wendy's. When I go t to the window, I mentioned "did you just yell at me?" The man that looked like he was in charge just said that I was confused....what?? No, I said I didn't understand what was being said over the speaker but all three employees just ignored me. As they handed me my burger, again, I said, I've never been yelled at Wendy's before and drove off. Not sure that I'll be returning to that location. read more

1 Star I've always loved Wendy's for quick, affordable meals--other locations are friendly and efficient! Sadly, *this* spot is the exception. Ordered a Son of the Baconator and nuggets, but was upsold a $1 buffalo sauce without warning. Staff here consistently make me feel unwelcome (almost like a burden!). Over years, issues pile up: shortages, broken equipment, dismissive attitudes. Management ignores feedback. I work hard for my lunch break--this location ruins it. After waiting twenty minutes in line, we were told prior to closing (after waiting in front of the speaker for ten of those minutes) that they just took the last order of the night. There has been long waits at this Wendy's before but the food was still good, so it was okay. I feel that it was inconsiderate to make us wait for that long while we were in front of the speaker without letting us know earlier that they had just taken the last order. Can't judge the morning and mid day staff cause I've never been during those times. But the night time staff is rude, chooses when to close instead of following time set, and will ignore you at the speaker until you drive away so they don't have to do anything. As someone who works in the restaurant industry and has worked in fast food before, there is absolutely no reason why the service should be this trash from the night crew who doesn't even have a busy rotation of customers. People purposely ignore coming to this location to avoid the disappointment from this place. A complete wash of staff needs to be done including management because they allow this place to run like this. The worst Wendy's in the world! They are NEVER open according to schedule. They close between 9p-10p they are scheduled to be open until 11p Management sucks! We frequent this Wendys but after stopping in for a quick dinner in which they didn't even have burgers made. We watched the cook put burgers on the grill with her bare hands, no gloves. We immediately left Update Dec. 26, 2019: For the fourth time in a row my order came out wrong. Just went through the drive thru and got a PLAIN cheeseburger kids meal, emphasizes that I only wanted meat and cheese on the burger. Tell me why it comes with ketchup on it! I asked for my chicken BLT fresh, tell me why it was colder than the lettuce, fries were cold, nuggets were cold. Forgot my sour cream for me baked potato. A part of me would've understood if it was busy. But it was literally one car other than mines in the drive thru. This is absolutely sad. If you go through the drive thru you wouldn't know that inside this place it needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. It is filthy inside! There is so much cleaning needed to the floors, table tops, counters, but the employees, including the manager, have more important things to do it seems, namely to just hang out with each other and laugh. It's like a big party behind the counter. Don't get me wrong, they'll take you order, money, and call your name when the food is ready, but aside from that anything that needs to be done on the other side of the counter where the customers are seems to be completely ignored. If it looks this bad on the dining area I'd hate to see what it looks like in the kitchen! All I know is we'll never return! read more

Worst order accuracy of any restaurant in the area. Today, I ordered a chicken sandwich in the drive thru - I get home and realize there is no top bun on the sandwich. How do you miss the bun? My order with no onions had onions. I called the restaurant but "they were too busy" to have a manager speak with me and asked if they could call me back. I heard the woman who answered complain about my call as she's telling whoever I'm the background about my issue. Seriously? The ONLY nice thing about this Wendy's is the woman who took my payment. I pulled up to no one in drive thru line and no one inside. Get to Drive-Thru and I see the ENTIRE STAFF talking to a random customer/individual in the parking lot with the lights off inside. A man and a woman forget to turn their mics off and say "who's gonna tell 'em, who's gonna tell 'em". However they settled it, they then told me that the wait would "be 25 minutes for everything". These individuals who work at this location do not care about taking care of customers. All it seems they care about is their personal conversations and pissing off people who help pay their salary by buying their food. If I were the manager - which I turned down an opportunity to work for them as one because they wouldn't pay me enough - I would've fired EVERYONE on the spot. But why do I keep coming back? The place is always dirty. The ketchup dispenser always looks like the rear end of a farm animal. Today the tip fell into the trash and sure enough the new manager was fishing in the trash and pulled it out. My gosh is a cheap meal really this pathetic? When into this Wendy's about a week ago and would have rated it 5 stars. Dining area extremely clean an kitchen area spotless. Service was great and food fresh and hot. Returned today and it was one of the dirtiest Wendy's I've been to. Kitchen area filthy with food and drink cups on floors. Dining area needed cleaned and tables wiped. The employees were rude when we told them what we thought about this Wendy's. The manager on duty was too busy on her cell phone to correct the deficiencies. They had no baked potatoes available and the cokes were out of carbonation Chicken tenders were cold and burgers were also cold No paper towels in men's room and we told the staff and they did not respond One customer ordered and paid then walked out without eating or getting her food.
