I went here last month with one of my friends and we got the BLT and the double patty burger the burger was really good. It comes with homemade pickles that are awesome. I would get extra if you like pickles also, I believe the bacon is homemade it was pretty good it just needs a little extra cook time. It wasn't very crispy. I like my bacon crispy on my BLT so that's the only thing I didn't like about the BLT so I would try the pizza I think next time because this little girl at the table next to us was eating a pepperoni pizza and she was tearing it up. We also had some fries and they were really good because they were made to order. We also tried some local beer because there's a brewery right next-door. It's LBC I believe and the beer is really good. We also tried the mac and cheese, it's a no for me. Also to note when you walk in you seat yourself so you could sit down find a table and then place your order and they will take your phone number and text you when your order is ready and you just go up to the window and pick up your order. I was craving some good fries and checked Yelp, all the reviews pointed to this place. We went on a Saturday around 1:30 and it was pretty packed. We walked in and stood there waiting to be seated. (Just fyi, you seat yourself) we missed that. As we were standing a customer came in and asked if we were in line. Informed her we were waiting to be seated. She explained to us that you order your food and find a table. They ask you for your cell and send you a text when it is ready. I opted for the burger a side of fries and mac and cheese. My friend ordered the BLT and fries. We found a table and waited, you can tell the food is cooked made to order, the fries were pipping hot, and the burger and BLT was too. The next time I go, I would pass on the Mac and cheese, it wasn't cheesy enough for me. Everyone there had an order of nachos that looked amazing I would try them the next time too! Also, they have homemade pickles, I would get extra on my burger, they are so good. They do serve alcoholic beverages and there is a brewery right across from them called Lynwood brewery, we had the Lynwood light and it was very refreshing. Wilson's Eatery was the perfect spot for a casual lunch. Love that they validate your parking, so there was plenty of parking, and for free! There's a full bar and then a counter to order food at. The food came out so quickly for it being lunch rush. We had the burger, chicken sandwich, kid's pizza, fries, and broccoli salad. I love that they have high chairs & a kid's menu with options for the littles. Now that I have a little one I really value restaurants that welcome parents with their entire family easily. All of the food was so tasty- and the kid's pizza was huge and definitely could have been shared between 2 kids! If we're ever in Raleigh again I think we'd add this to our list to come back to- especially when the weather is nice and we could take advantage of their outside patio! read more

Came here for the first time a few weeks back. What a cool spot to grab some food and drinks. The area used to be some old loading docks which transformed into a brewery & eatery. Stopped in for dinner last night and I'm glad we did. The first thing that you notice when you walk up is a huge amount of outdoor seating. The indoor seating was very nice also, but we opted for being outdoors. When you walk in, there are menus where you select your food, and then order from either the bar or a window. Good selection of sandwiches and other fare. Numerous Linwood Brewing Concern beers on tap, as well as some cider, wine, and full bar. The service is very helpful and pleasant. I ordered the Carnitas torta and mac & cheese, and my wife ordered the burger and fries. All the food was outstanding! The torta was one of the best sandwiches I've had in ages. I highly recommend this place. The only drawback is that this place, Linwood Brewing and Hummingbird are all at the same location, so it is very busy and parking can be difficult. read more

First time visit. A group of us went for lunch. The parking lot is all paid parking. But do not pay because you can get it free upon entering the restaurant. You will need your smartphone to do this. The homemade root beer soft drink was lacking in fizz. The lunch burger was a double burger and very filling. The tomatoes on the sandwich were fresh and tasted amazing. The utter disappointment was immeasurable, and it ruined both my friends and my evening. Mind you, it RUINED my friends. This is usually expected out of these millennial "trendy" restaurants, where 2 people with a "crazy" idea have shareables and handhelds. But this place was just... Bad. The prices of the food, if you could even call it that, were insane. $5 for a small cup of Mac & cheese. $5 for a small drink, $11 for a mid ass burger. $13 for a pretzel. And the edgy menu doesn't make the food any better. My wallet feels violated. And on top of that, they make it really hard to put "no tip" into their iPad thingy. Also why the fuck should I tip? There are no servers and you have to order and pickup your own food. It was really disappointing, especially because the whole property looked really nice, but they don't have good food. Like, don't open a restaurant if you're going to make SHITTY FUCKING FOOD!!! I should have known with the man bun cook that my food would be horrible. The food is currently sitting in my stomach like a bowling ball, and it feels worse than when I found out my first girlfriend cheated on me 5 times. Please, for all that is holy, do better. Working in the walk-up style (Order & Pick-up Window), but if you pull up a seat at the bar, your incredible beermeister (like my man Joeseph) will take both your food and beer order. A very extensive tap list, they're clearly serving some of the best of what LBC has to offer...Year-Rounds and Seasonals, as well as a list of Hard Selzters (screw you, White Claw, my girlfriend gets hers here). The Double Smash Burger was absolutely on point, and a side of fries because I'm an American!! So good!! An obscenely drinkable English Barleywine to add a nice fuzz to the afternoon, and my experience is complete! Yes, I have to say, from the incredible staff to the excellent food, and rounded out by world-class beer, it's safe to say I'm a first-time regular at Wilson's!! We came for a quick lunch stop on our way through town. Courtyard is shared with Lynnwood Brewing Concern & has ample tables, with umbrellas for a hot day. There is space to bring your dogs as well. We didn't bring ours, but the tables are spaced out well enough that several dogs nearby nicely sat by their owners. Food was good as well. The flatbread was our favorite. This was our first time eating at Wilson's and it was in a great location near LBC and Iron Works. Unfortunately, the food was very underwhelming and a little pricey for what you get. My husband and I shared the chicken sandwich meal and the big pretzel. The pretzel was good and definitely recommend it with the beer cheese! The chicken sandwich was not very flavorful and had very little toppings despite the long list it was supposed to include on the menu. The fries were also average but still fries! It was also veryyy hot in the restaurant to the point we had to take our food over to the brewery. There is food here at Wilson's Eatery, beer, wine and a lot of wide open space. Wilson's Eatery is part of Lynwood Brewing and vice versa. It is located in an industrial building area complete with truck docks. There is plenty of seating inside and out. And they are dog friendly which is a definite plus. To order food, you stand in a line and they have a pick up line on the other end to receive your food. If you want a drink there is a bar to the right when you enter. I struggled with giving 3 or 4 stars. Pros are the beer here was good and there was plenty of it. Cons are the two dishes I ordered were both just okay. I settle on 3 stars because this is an Eatery and the food trumps the great beer. Orderd Lettuce wraps. They were Asian Lettuce wraps with a ginger vinaigrette, chicken, Cucumber, onion and radishes. The flavor was decent, but the wraps were not consistently made. Some had too much chicken and some had not enough. And the chicken were pretty big chunks which made the Lettuce wrap more unwieldy. Also ordered the pulled pork nachos. They were also just okay and here is why. There is pulled pork over nachos with onions, jalapeños, sour cream crema, and nacho cheese. Notice the nacho cheese is at the end, well that was how it was presented. The nacho cheese was literally on the bottom and I only found it after I was almost finished with the pork and nachos. With respect, that nacho cheese was absolute amazing. I just wish it had been all over the top, instead of in the bottom of the basket. So the food was good and the execution was just okay. This is not going to be on my list of places I really want to eat. In any case, Wilson's Eatery does have good food and great beer. And every place is aloud to have an off day. Love this spot! It's conveniently located near Iron Works and other local businesses. There's plenty of easy and free parking. The menu includes vegan and vegetarian options as well. My favorite option is the falafel burger which includes pickles, pickled onions, lettuce, and tzatziki. It's always fresh and flavorful!! It doesn't come with a side but there are some available a la carte. They also have amazing baked goods and homemade sodas/seltzers. I have only ever written one yelp review in my life to convey my displeasure. This will be my second. This is serious. Let's start off with the drinks. We had the homemade coke and root beer. They were so bland I didn't even know what to do with myself. I would rather drink unpasteurized goat milk straight from the breast than ever order that again. Moving onto the sides, it was an utter disappointment, so much so that I wouldn't even feed that to a pedophile on death row. Fries are hard to mess up. They messed that up. It doesn't take much brainpower to toss them in some salt, but I knew once I saw the lack of diversity in the kitchen back there that they might not have much going on for them. The mac n cheese was simply atrocious. Cold, bland, and probably tasted like the regurgitated dog kibble my best friends dog threw up yesterday. I am in utmost doom and despair after eating the entrees. The double cheeseburger tasted like two kids slapped a bunch of play dough together and called it a meal. If you're homeless, I don't recommend dumpster diving there. Now the real highlight of the night was the flatbread. I get flatbread is suppose to be flat, but not that damn flat. I picked up the first slice and all the cheese fell off. I wiggled it around and the undercarriage of the bread was soaked through and swaying back and forth, simply just sopping wet and falling apart, and it wasn't even a quarter of an inch thick. The cheese was chewy and tough like the milk used to make it was expired inside the cows udder. Honestly, after partaking in this meal that doesn't deserve to be called a meal, I feel genuinely cheated on. I've been cheated on before, and this hurt more than that. This slop would not have been in the pig trough, because not even those disgusting animals deserve to consume that lemur feed. All in all, I do not believe this food is safe for human consumption and I will be contacting the FDA to declare the contents of that kitchen a safety hazard. My own congealed nut thats sitting in my septic tank may be a more enjoyable meal than what I've consumed at this pitiful establishment. read more

Decided to try Wilson's Eatery and had their Ell Bells Double Cheeseburger with two (2) smashed hand packed Pattie's, American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, house pickles, Dukes mayo on a brioche bun and had a side of hand cut Belgium fries. The two (2) hand packed smashed patties were perfectly grilled with the edges slightly crisped and melted American cheese on the lighted toasted brioche bun was perfect. Cool lunch joint with a great chicken sandwich. We both got the Southern Fried chicken sandwich which has pimento cheese sauce on it and shared a side of Belgian fries. The garlic aioli is on point! The breading falls off the chicken very easily which made for a messy meal and for my husband, only breading remaining on his sandwich at the end. Lots of outdoor seating so this would be a great place for meeting a group of friends or maybe hosting a small social event. The tables in the covered area are picnic style and we were able to keep our newborn in her car seat and set her on the table next to us, which was nice. The chopped salad came with romaine, avocado, onion, chickpeas, cucumber, cheddar cheese, and I added chicken with the house vinaigrette. It was great! The bartender took it upon himself, of which I heard he does this a lot, to close your card and add his own tip. I'm close to taking legal action against this establishment. On everyone's receipt now-a-days, shows a dollar amount for 10%, 15%, and 20%. Well 20% of my bill came to an $8 tip. He chose to charge me $15.
