Came here about 730. The food was not fresh. They ran out of chili. My grilled chicken sandwich had old greens on it and hardly any sauce and the chicken was extremely dry. The lettuce on my side salad was welded. Not to forget I asked for the Cesar and they gave me a side salad instead. They forgot the sauces for the chicken nuggets. Just weeks ago I ordered a Large Son of Baconator, Large Fries and 1 Large Tropical Lemonade. Me and my dad already paid over $20.00 dollars for the order but we checked in the bag and they didn't give me what I paid for, so I called a week later and told them I want a large combo and I get what I asked for and it looks like a small and I talked to the manager and she told me that they'll will replace my order on Wendy's themselves. Then today I went I told them what I ordered and what happened and then the manager that was working on that day told me sorry what's the name of the manager like I'm supposed to know the managers name and it's apart of policy like there's so many managers working on specific days but then she didn't give us our free food then they didn't give us a receipt and I checked in my bag I asked specifically for large fries and I got a small. I just came out through the drive-thru and was shocked by the non existent personal service. I felt like the lady taking my order could care less about the customers and hated her life, not only her job but her life. She straight up kept on repeating herself stating I ordered a coke when I kept on asking if the strawberry tea is sweet or not. The manager behind her was the only one who actually was worth going here. She asked if 3 ketchups were enough and she gave more without hesitation when we asked. Came here last night around 10:45pm and ordered a double stack and a grilled chicken wrap and a few more things. The chicken was not edible. It was so hard, I was shocked they sold it to a customer. There is no way in hell anyone with any sense would allow that chicken to be sold. The person who made the wrap had to cut the chicken so I know he/she knew exactly what they gave me and that's the scary part. Fire that person right way and save yourself another bad review from another customer. As far as the burger, again it was not fresh in anyway. We bring our grandsons here for dinner every 2 or three weeks. Teenagers came in without a shirt and barefoot. The employees gave them a high five and were laughing acting like this was appropriate dress. We are not at the beach. Our grandson felt uncomfortable and became upset, so we left. Spoke to manager. The response was Without a sign they can't make them wear a shirt. I know it isn't Fleming s but common courtesy is to wear a shirt and shoes. Love their food but the service isn't good. I was the only person that came in to their dining area for take out. There was at lease 4 workers behind the counter talking to each other near the drive-thru counter. They saw me but waited to see which one of them would help me. One girl went to the back and brought back a broom and stated sweeping near the fryer area. The others still acted like they didn't see me. I waited a few minutes. I don't know what the current rules are with the whole covid thing is, so I Politely asked if I could order here or do I have to order from my car at the drive-thru. One girl came to the counter to take my order. She was polite, but they got my order wrong anyways. She fixed it quickly but I don't think I'll come back to this location based on customer service. I work right across the street from this Wendy's so it's convenient for me to go there for my lunch. I have decided, after many visits, that if you are looking for quick service, do not come to this Wendy's. Every single time I go, I have problems with the speed of service. Most of the time they are standing around talking instead of actually helping their customers. I only have a thirty minute lunch and spent 25 minutes of it waiting for my food. Went inside and appeared like a manager was attending us. Name was hugo but im not sure if he was a manager or not idk. Greeted us by asking how our night was, and proceeded taking our order. He took care of my family and i very well. It was very busy and he gave us our food at a reasonable time, and asked if there was anything he could give us for "taking too long" (which he didnt). Went into Wendy's at about 5:15 pm. There was no line, but one of the registers had yellow blocking it off. Observed 7 or 8 employees behind the counter and in the cooking area, but no employee would take our order. One or two just kept looking at us. Service has been bad in other visits, but this was rediculous. Have noticed that workers often are talking with their friends who come into chat instead of working. I have to say I have had a few rough experiences with fast food establishments in Rancho but Wendy's was spectacular. There was a gentleman who worked the drive through i believe his name was Dwight or Dwayne he was fabulous i have never left a drive though laughing his personality is amazing if i was his employer i would commend him anyone would be truly lucky to have him.
