The La Clasica was average, I wish they had the Al Pastor come with pineapple as it balances out the heat (I'm not great with spice). The service was good providing options and what can be adjusted. Saw the esquite get microwaved, so it's not really freshly made to order. read more

First time trying FC today. It's a little hidden here in RC but worth the search. It's between Lowe's and a hotel. I would recommend this place as the food and service were excellent. Jacob & Crystal were very informative and patient to explain the multiple questions my Wife and I had about the menu. Stopped here for some quick tacos while driving through the area and it was an interesting experience. It's a typical taco shop set up, but the girl behind the counter seated us and took our order at the table instead of at the counter. She was positive and friendly, and maybe that's how they do it in this little taco shop, so we went with it. The tacos I got were pretty good, but a little pricey. Chips and salsa, which is often complimentary, was $5 or $6 here. I'd give 3.5 stars if that was an option and would probably try other places in the area before returning. read more

The craving was definitely satisfied as we all had what we wanted, delicious, greasy birria tacos in various forms. Drinks were refreshing and very cold!! You can never miss with Mexican Cokes. Staff here is always great, friendly and helpful. They are also lightning fast! The restaurant is well maintained and clean. A docked star because our birria had wayyyy too much fat in it. I would say it was like 60/40 split at least. I know there's people who like the fat in birria but it wasn't it. Definitely the fact that the food is so well seasoned makes up for it, and one of my sons and my husband don't mind but I personally can't handle it. I need more meat. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and even made a recommendation that was absolutely delicious! The menu is actual pretty diverse, even while specializing in birria. Our order was prepared and delivered promptly to satisfy the hungry crowd. Wow! The food smelled fantastic as I was hit with that lovely aroma as I opened my front door! We ordered 3 birria tacos, a la breakfast torta, birria ramen and birria taquitos. Great food & customer service! We were greeted right away and everyone was so friendly. Their menu is diverse so there's something for everyone. My husband and I ordered two Asada Street Tacos and a Rancho Burrito to share. The burrito came with asada, al pastor, French fries, and all your typical burrito fillings. A hidden gem in Rancho Cucamonga! We came for Taco Tuesday and tried the street tacos (asada & pastor), birria ramen, surf & turf burrito, chips & salsa, and horchata. It was all really good! Let me start off by saying that we really enjoyed our meal! I had a fish taco, and my mother-in-law had a tamale plate. She brought me here because she was so impressed by their authentic, homemade Mexican food. The food was wonderful, as were the people who work here, especially Jacob and Crystal. Fuego Craving is good food, but excessive prices. It's not a sit down restaurant with service yet they charge an extra service fee of 2.9% even when you pay cash. What for? I've never seen this. The food is good, but a bit pricey. $15 burrito $4 medium Pepsi Too much for an order at the register place. Liked the food and service. That's not the issue. This is my Togo place for tacos and everyone here has been very kind. I always get their street tacos and definitely their asada fries for my son. The portions are big and it's on nacho cheese. There's an AI system taking calls for pick up orders and staff doesn't pick up when you call. Don't call unless you want to waste your time, there are also higher fees ordering online so YIPPY !! Might as well just go in person which isn't convenient for some. Edit: Totally understand that AI is meant to help when you are busy but half the items on your menu weren't available to the AI system so they would not let us order what we wanted and had limited options. Tucked away in a small strip mall, this place feels like it's part of a regional chain - very clean restaurant with booth and table seating and modern menus/ ordering systems including kiosks. The modern feel and cleanliness almost works to its detriment (some might say it loses some authenticity...). But, I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was! The modern feel and tech shouldn't take away from the quality and if anything the presumable 'A' on the window should make diners feel better. I ended ordering the Quesabirrias Special - it comes with 2 quesabirria tacos, some consome, beans, rice, and a drink. It is a lot of food. I could barely finish it. The tacos were flavorful and so was the consome. The folks here were great as well. Very friendly and seriously, the guy helping you out and keeping the dining areas clean? Unmatched hustle! In the area, this is a very great option, especially if you specifically want birria. As a bonus, they have a television. Neat little spot tucked into the corner of a strip mall. It is on the smaller side, and they had the tv on (sound as well), music playing and other customers, so it made it difficult to fully hear at times. The birria tacos were good and flavorful. Propeller portioned and fresh ingredients. They do not serve the birria tacos with the dipping sauce. With that said- good little taco spot that super convenient to the hotel next door. I'm incredibly disappointed. My son spoke so highly of this place, but my experience was awful. DO NOT order the tamales unless you enjoy them drowning in sauce and practically inedible. The filling was almost nonexistent--barely a tablespoon--and one tamale was literally rock hard. It was obvious just by looking at it and handling it. How could anyone think it was okay to serve that to a customer? The quesabirria was another major letdown--it didn't come with consommé, which is an essential part of the dish. That's like serving a burrito without a tortilla! Just serve it the way it's supposed to be served and charge more - why make the customer pay for how the dish is supposed to be traditionally served?? We spent over $100 on our meal, only to end up throwing most of it away. Please, do better. It's such a shame to see restaurant potential ruined by poor preparation and oversight by the employees. read more

I didn't like this place when it first opened. I tried it later and actually liked it a lot. But last night was the last straw for me. I paid an extra dollar for guacamole with my quesadilla, but they didn't give it to me. Not that big of a deal I guess. But my nachos had a large, jagged bone in them, as big as my pinky finger. I tried to notify them through their website, but never heard anything back. I guess they don't care. I'm really glad I didn't bite into that giant bone. I'm not taking another chance on these guys, especially because they don't seem to care enough to contact me.
