*** Pit stop review (Rancho Cucamonga) *** This is a nice place to make a pit-stop while traveling around the San Bernardino area. As for me, it was great to stop here before heading into Crestline because there are few places to stop before heading up the hill. There's easy access right off off the freeway, and it's easy access in and out of this restaurant. The added plus is that the restaurant location is nice and clean. The food is pretty decent. I purchased the Baconator with a double patty. The patty was nice and juicy with a few strips of bacon. The burger was soft, moist, and juicy with every bite. I'm not a big Wendy's fan because I think the burger just seems a little on the small side. The quality of the burger itself is pretty good. Food = Good tasting burger Seating area = Super clean! I visited this location recently to dine in and ordered a half size salad. After receiving my order, I took a couple small bites of the salad and realized I wasn't in the mood for some of the sweet flavors that day. I went up to the counter and explained and one of the shift leaders kindly let me switch it for whichever salad of my taste on the menu. I live about 1/2 a mile from this location and it would be very convenient for me if it didn't suck so bad! I have tried this place 3 times. 3 strikes and you're fucking out! Advise to management: Slow down!!! They try to get you food out so fast that they mess up your order every time something was wrong. To top it all off the burger and fries were room temperature and you can tell it was already made and just sitting around. If they only charged like $1 I could understand they cheapness. They charge more or about the same as farmer boys or in n out!! This place is over priced bullshit man! They do get your food out super fast is the only compliment. However my fault I failed to make this distinction when I ordered breakfast at this Wendy's in Rancho on Foothill. I have had their biscuit sausage sandwich before and it was amazing. That morning I was forced to go there because Jack in the Box Line was too long, but Wendy's was available fast fresh hot buttery biscuit just meting in my mouth who would have thought and I didn't request a fresh order then either. So this review is about the guy taking the order and handing food to customers in the drive threw line. The name on the ticket is "Odalis". I'm not against any body or any life style, but you are at work! Don't wear A necklace that says "BITCH" in bring pink lettering with little jewels on it. How has your managers not say anything to you about this? If you worked for me I would fire you on the spot for doing bold actions such as that. We ordered two 4for 4's with junior bacon cheeseburgers. Tried to order Arnold Palmer a but apparently they don't know what that is. Got the cashier, payed, and she said we would get the receipt at the next window. No big deal, except when we asked for the receipt at the next window, the woman said they had thrown it away. Asked for her to reprint it and she argued with us while laughing in our faces. Finally the manager came over and got it handled, but they had charged us extra for the drink, even though it was just normal iced tea and lemonade! My daughter visit this Wendy's frequently and last night I took her there after her school dance to get food. I ordered the 4 pc nuggets and when our server Kindra gave me our food the nuggets were room temp. I asked her if we could have fresh nuggets and she literally said no and that they won't be making any more nuggets tonight even though they didn't close for another hour. So I asked her to clarify that she could not give me fresh nuggets and again she said no but this time offered to "heat them up". Went to this location this morning. Ordered the Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with small breakfast fries and coffee- 4 creams, 4 sugars in the bag, thank you. I took the bag and placed it in the passenger seat and drove home. When I picked the bag up, the bottom fell out as I closed the door, and everything feel on my garage floor. They didn't have the standard non dairy creamer or even half and half. They just poured the liquid into 2 smalls condiment bowls and did not place the tops on correctly. The sandwich was ok but most if the fries mixed in the oil and water on my garage floor. The ones that I salvaged were cold. Brrrrr!! It only took 2 minutes and a half to get home. My family and I went here for dinner one night and we ordered three meals, when we got to the window we were only given two and if we wouldn't have checked right there in the drive through someone wouldn't have gotten dinner. Once we noticed there was a meal missing we told the young lady at the window who then argued with us saying she gave us all of our meals and that we only payed for two which wasn't even mathematically possible considering our meals were around 8 dollars each and our total that we paid was almost $30 dollars.
