I didn't catch her name, but the lady working here was SO sweet. She had green hair on one side and like purple/pink on the other if that helps identify her. She was helpful, friendly, and even brought us our meal to our table just to be nice. The chili was good as Wendy's chili always is. The fries were a liiiittle soggy and just didn't taste fresh out the oven. But overall still a good meal on a road trip when you need a quick stop. read more

Have been to this location often and find it going down hill. Within the last month I've stopped specifically to get a chocolate frosty only to be told they ran out. Today I stopped again to order a Dave's Single meal plus a chocolate frosty. Again no frosty because the manager didnt order enough for the week. While I waited I looked into the kitchen and saw a plastic bag on the floor which had some french fries in it while there were several loose fries lying around. No one seemed to care as they walked right over the mess. I'm sure food on the floor would never be acceptable at McDonald's (they pride their restaurants on cleanliness) I would hope that an area manager would visit this site to review its operation. read more

This is the worse Wendy's I've ever stopped at! The dining area was a mess, the floor in the back was a mess. The condiment area was filthy. Person 2 people in front of me ordered a salad... No Salads! Next person orders a baked potato... No Baked Potatos! Then he ordered 2 chilies. My turn... chicken nugget combo and a large chili................. All of a sudden, Lizzie, the manager comes up and says they dont have chili. Lizzie's excuse... "we've been busy and short handed". NOT MY PROBLEM LIZZIE!!!!! Once again- Wendy's in Richfield has ran out of Frosty treats. Not sure why but whenever I want a late night dessert ( 10:10pm ) , I am told that they are out of Frosty treats. Very frustrating. I am now headed to McDonalds. They never run out of items on their menu ( that I know of ). Good luck Wendys. I know you can do better. I suggest reading the book Extreme Ownership. This is the worst Wendy's in the whole world. Two weekends in a row we've stopped here and it is SO SLOW! Been waiting more than 15 minutes and only one car was ahead of us. Man, fast food gets a bad wrap. Previous reviews led me to believe this place was going to get my order wrong while insulting my parents and kicking my dog. I got exactly what I ordered, and it was hot, fresh, and the workers legitimately seemed happy to work there. Granted, this was at the tail end of the lunch hour, and this location is 24/7 (it's attached to the Pilot truck stop) so I can't make a judgement on the quality of food and service you'll get at 4:30 AM. I can say that it's definitely above-average fast food during regular business hours. read more

Created an account just so I could leave this review. This Wendy's is not only the worst Wendy's I've ever been to but also the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I work nearby so I am sometimes forced to get food from here and I keep hoping that it's is going to get better but it never does. Went in this morning 3/10/20 @ 05:40 to get a medium seasoned fry, and an oatmeal bar. Should be pretty quick right, since both items are usually already made and just sitting. Nope, it took 10 minutes, 10 minutes to get my food that was already made and waiting, I was literally staring at it from the moment I walked in. Never mind I was the only customer in line, which should tell you something at a busy truck stop. So instead of easily handing my food and letting me be on my way the woman at the cashier turned her back to me and played on her phone for 5 minutes then went and talked about her relationship to her coworker for another 5 minutes before finally handing me my food. And don't get me started on how dirty every surface is, do yourself a favor and don't look at the floor in the kitchen. Will never eat here again, slowest and dirtiest Wendy's out there. Its waste of money here. All they serve along with your burger is Lettuce and Tomatoes with any burger which is pre-heated before serving you. You staffs are lazy and they just stand there doing nothing but giving you pre-heated stuffs. Food taste horrible. If you have to get food from them ASK them to make Fresh for you. Its worth waiting 10-15mins then eating pre-heated stuffs. Make Sure you find all veggies in your burger. :( read more

Garbage........I ordered a burger with pickle, onion, and mustard only. I got a burger with everything. Take it back and tell them and I get a burger with pickle and onion....but no mustard...I go back and am given mustard packets. Cold ass chili and cold ass fries. Quite possibly the worst Wendy's in Ohio to say the staff is clueless is an understatement unfortunately it is the closest place to get lunch on my 20-minute break and it usually takes 20 minutes to get your food. The food is not that bad but the quality of service is horrible! read more

Very bad. I ordered a cheeseburger a chicken sandwich and fries. That's it. While waiting I look into see what's taking so long. One lady is combing her hair in the kitchen. Another lady is taking napkins out of the dispenser and stuffing them into a cup and talking with another.
