This afternoon I ordered through door dash (was coming from the Parma location) my first dasher canceled and the second ended up miles and miles away so I canceled the order since it was going on an hour. I decided to just place a new order at this location, well online ordering wasn't available. Soooo I went to order in person and the line was out the door!!! Extremely frustrated at this point but I stood in line. I quickly noticed that there was one gentleman running the food line and another at the cashier. The guy preparing orders at the line was working so hard and moving as quick as possible! The line grew extremely long behind me and I could hear/see the frustration of others. Once I made it to the counter I had to give the poor guy a compliment on how amazing he was doing pushing through. I can only imagine how stressed he must have felt with everyone in line and no sign of slowing down! I had brief conversation between making my bowl and he stated soon he would be completely by himself once the cashier left:( having to run the show himself! My heart broke - I have worked in the service industry before and I know how customers can be if having to wait! Hopefully others will see as I did and give him a break! I'm sure if anyone is frustrated it would be him!!! I wish some how I could pay it forward, he deserves one heck of a raise or bonus with how hard he was working ! Food is usually really good when the black guy is on the grill, otherwise there's tons of gristle and fat in the chicken. Service is alright, Ambiance is just as any chipotle. Most recently I noticed hair in my food. Everyone working around food should have a hairnet or hat, which hasn't been the case. Absolutely disgusting, do better Chipotle. read more

Literally the worst run chipotle I have ever seen, although this review probably won't make a difference considering I see how many other bad reviews they are choosing to ignore. I have never seen anyone here that acts in any way like a leader, there is never more than 1 person working the very long lines, and they are constantly behind in keeping the food replenished. Every time I get pickup the order is wrong so I end up waiting up to an hour in line only to find out they are out of a key ingredient like white rice. This location is a blemish on the chain and I really hope their lax attitude about fixing the issues doesn't result in anyone getting sick from eating their food. read more

I've gone to the North Royalton, Broadview heights, and Parma ridgewood locations and all three have the same issues of raw chicken at times, portions being so small I am disgusted, and messing up orders that really are not hard. I order a double chicken, extra cheese and lite rice burrito every single time (im weird). It baffles me when I get lettuce, 6 pieces of chicken, and no cheese. If they can't make that then I dont even want to know what the other reviews are for these locations since the reviews are between 2-1 star on each. Chipotle is a dying company and needs to give me my money back for the food poisoning and waste of money thousands of people spend $10-$18 on this slop. read more

I don't know why I ordered from here again. The last time I said it was the last time. Our order arrived stone cold. Like it sat in the refrigerator. The bowl ingredients were all slid to one side like someone dumped them. Also the bowls had very little ingredients and almost no chicken. I know places have a hard time hiring for these kinds of jobs. But it's the manager's responsibility to see that the employees working are doing what they are supposed to do and checking quality. You can't let the workers slack, management! Because all that gets you is bad reviews like this one. I won't make the mistake again. This is my last order. I used to come here weekly because it was fast and tasted good. The past 6 months have left much to be desired for this location . There are always out of at least one ingredient and typically short staffed. The visit before today, they were out of rice, bowls, queso and they are ALWAYS out of fajita! Today I went and got through the line to a minimal spoon of rice and asked for a little more and was told I would be charged for double rice and that they charge double for ALL ingredients now?? Not just meat?? Again, No Fajita. Anyway, disappointed as usual and then, they could only take cards or exact change in cash. Needless to say I won't be going back to the Broadview Hts location. I'll drive the few extra miles and go to Independence. They can't possibly be worse. read more

Ordered catering from there, for 20 people you get 1 taco per person. Did not get our 10 allotted soft shell tacos and after 45 min on the phone was given 10% off the order. Corn salsa was frozen, rice was clumpy, cilantro was not chopped and just full leaves, there was absolutely no rhyme or reason to the portions of food. Ordered catering to make the party simple and paid a premium to not get all of the food I ordered and paid for and what food i did get was not even fresh. Update on my last review, it depends on what day you go. I just waited in line for 15 minutes when there was only one person in front of me because they have only one person working the line and he seemed like he didn't want to be there at all so he was taking his time and giving very small portions. Kind of disappointed it took this long considering the last time they were very fast. Do not go there on a Saturday around 5pm you might be waiting 15-30minutes for your food. This is the absolute worst chipotle on the planet I'm convinced. Most recently I placed a mobile order and picked it up. It was for my daughter who is notoriously picky. Well when she opened the bowl it was nothing like what she ordered. She was ready to pop off at me but the sticker on the bowl showed I had in fact ordered correctly. I went to return the order and get it corrected. I explained the problem to a couple of the workers who looked at me like I had two heads. I ordered a double chicken bowl with rice, pinto, fajitas, cheese, sour cream and green salsa. I had barely 1 portion of chicken that appears to have been cut into large chunks. Fajitas were missing, barely any rice or pinto beans. The chicken was burnt and my order sat uncovered while the to go person restocked. The order wasn't ready until 10 min after the pick up time passed. There were only 3 customers including me. I don't like to complain and try to give the benefit of the doubt but this was the worst experience at a Chipotle I've ever had. I will not visit this location again. Food was old. Nothing fresh in the serving area. Only 1 staff member to be seen. The cashier wears long hair. Puts a scarf over hair only. Let's a scarf tail hang down flying whetever she walks. Cashier was noticed wiping tables over and over with the SAME DIRTY towel. She never washed her hands before handling patrons, takeout orders, and from dirty tables to touching and opening tortilla bags and taking out with her UNGLOVED HANDS. So unsanitary. This is NOT the first time I've seen an employee put food in their mouth while crimping chips over the stove areas. Then, going back to ungloved hands, the take out preparations. Gross. Unsanitary. I should notify the health board. The food is cold. Sour cream looks suspicious and curdled. Pinto beans are all water. Employees act like the Patrons are an imposition INSTEAD of appreciating the customer. Chipotle in Brecksville, Ohio, has really gone down hill and unsanitary. Current employees just don't care. The scarf- lady needs to tie back that scarf for SAFETY and wash her hands and wear gloves when touching food. All the employees need to watch a hygiene video. I like to give a business a couple of chances, especially if it's poor on the first go round. Well, Chipotle has shown amazing consistency to drop the ball at every opportunity. They did not advise me in advance, the employees would not open the door despite sub zero weather, and they still charged my credit card for the order. Horrible customer service experience.
