I went to the drive-through this morning for service and the service was prompt and courteous. Once I received my food and unpacked it from the bag, I recognized that they had not provided a receipt for my purchase. I had already left the parking lot and it was inconvenient to return for the receipt. I'd like to request that the receipt be offered each time a purchase is made. I just bumped my writing down one star because the other thing I noticed is that my sandwich was not warm all the way through as I ate it. It is very aggravating to purchase a breakfast sandwich expecting a hot and fresh product to find a lukewarm, non-melted cheese, cold piece of Canadian bacon in the sandwich. The consolation is at least from the outside in the drive-through and in the front of the restaurant, looking inside, as well as the parking lot... The establishment appears to be very clean and well kept. Too bad the sandwich didn't meet the same expectations. I did purchase an iced tea as part of my meal. The tea was excellent and tasted very fresh and had a great flavor as well as just the right amount of sugar for a half, sweet and half unsweet tea. read more

Always make my food correctly/quickly and never forgets my sauces. I normally always go in the morning and get a steak egg and cheese bagel.

I use the drive thru at this McDonald's every day, and my orders are always correct, and all the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Ordered in the app, take spot number two. I am sick to death of this response. You know what I ordered. You see my location. Now I wait.

honestly i go to this mcdonald's purely out of convenience bc it's close to my house and im a mcdonald's coke addict but i've never really preferred to go to this location the food is always burnt. like i got a mcrispy and it was burnt like it always is, but more then usual. also the girl over the speaker in the drive thru at 5 pm on september 2nd was extremely rude. everyone else was very friendly other than her and her bad attitude. like it's your job. you're getting paid to be there. i get people have bad days but as a customer i shouldn't know about it or sense it through the speaker in the drive thru. as a nurse, if i gave my patients the same attitude i experienced today it would be a huge problem. read more

I stopped here for a large coffee and fries while driving from Cleveland to Akron since I missed lunch when flying into the area. The service was professional and courteous, my wait was a little long but that was self-inflicted since I wanted the fries hot from the fryer and covered in salt. The coffee was hot and assembled as I asked. Food ok. Fries sad. Clean this time. Got 4 burgers and some nuggets. 2 wrong even when using app that finally works to order. One double quarter pounder with cheese has two regular hamburger paddies on it. How do I know? The other 3 burgers are either single or double quarter pounders. It's very noticeable. Wtf. Not the first time. Kids love the poison nuggets. So I try from time to time. Wow. Come on. Do you think people are so stupid they won't notice? Should have known when I checked order to make sure at least number of items correct and guy was eying me behind counter while I did. Thought he was being thoughtful. Maybe he was. We pulled into the drive through and ordered 2 double quarter pounders with cheese and a happy meal. The happy meal was ready, the rest of the order wasn't. We waited in the designated spot for 15 minutes and then went in to find out what was going on. They remade the happy meal since the first one was cold and brought out the quarter pounders. In a bag and in the appropriate boxes. Got back to the house, opened the boxes, and one of the burgers had a big bite taken out of it. Back to the restaurant- no one was willing to believe this . Placed a online order for breakfast at 10:10-10:15 because I know they end breakfast at 10:30 and when I got to the location at around 10:35 they said they wouldn't give it to me when they definitely still had some breakfast stuff out. I get they they can't serve past 10:30 but when I place a order a good 20 minutes before that I should still be able to get my food. Horrible customer service by the manger at this location, will not be coming back and will just go to dunkin down the road for breakfast ‍ read more

My boyfriend and I both always have a good experience at this McDonalds! Staff was very friendly and accommodating this morning. Super clean and nice environment. The lady brought out our food since we were eating inside and it was super fast !! My coffee was also not too sugary as it is at some other locations. They went above and beyond on customer service this morning. Best experience at a McDonald's that I've ever had.

First of all, I'm not a fan of ANY McDonald's. In two visits to this McDonald's, two screwed up orders. First order I was shorted 1/4 of the food I paid for, and the second I received the wrong food, a much cheaper sandwich than I ordered and paid for. In both cases, the food was mediocre as well, even by low McD's standards. There's no excuse for this much carelessness; I can guarantee that if the management wants to keep customers, they need to improve. I won't be going back. read more

This is my favorite McDonald's. There is a lot to complain about most locations--I don't even go to the one in my town because I prefer the Broadview Hts. location. The morning crew is always cheerful and fast. The management here is great and I can tell because I watch for things like that and I see them engage the younger employees without treating them like just worker bees. If something is wrong, they make it right, but I can't remember the last time I've had anything wrong with an order. Keep up the good work there! Loyal customer. read more

This is one of the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. The beef is always dry as a bone- obviously cooked well in advance and kept in the warming drawer for who knows how long. Cooking the Quarter Pounder to order was flushed down the toilet after a few days. The crispy chicken sandwich is also dried out and too tough to eat many times. I guarantee the positive reviews of this place are phony! There is a really good McDonalds a couple of miles down the road in North Royalton. read more

The move from Brecksville to Broadview Heights has not been smooth for this location. From the poor engineering of the traffic flow to the poor management of what seems to be an increase in business, this location has disappointed me. Beware that you may be stuck in the drive thru for an unreasonable amount of time. They haven't quite got their act together on how to manage this. read more
