Omg don't go here if you want a hamburger. I don't even think they use the normal ingredients that full franchises use, because I've never seen a smaller thinner beef patty as they served me on the junior burger. It was for my dog, who wouldn't eat it. I got the Dave's, all I tasted was ketchup. Employees basically ignored patrons who wanted to order from a person, I think they were trying to force people to use their self order system, which I finally did with much reluctance. Other people behind me did not use it and I think they waited closed to 10 minutes, meanwhile quite a line built up. Beware of the kiosks. Menu says one price kiosk charges different. Ordered 3 biggie bags for the kids menu says $4 kiosk charged $8.37. When I asked the employee they had no explanation. FILTHY, FILTHY, FILTHY... And the dirt was long term, ground in, layers. We've patronized this place for years and it's always been pretty average but the people were pretty good. We live out of town so may only eat there once every couple of months. This review reflects our last visit and it looked like the place hadn't been cleaned for a week. The door handles had thick scum except where people's hands had worn it off. And the people didn't look like they had any interest in their job. I saw two people eat out of food containers where the Wendy's product was stored, with their hands. To top it off, the food was much lower quality, sandwiches seemingly put together haphazardly and with no pride taken. If we walk in again and the place looks the same we will be walking out. Welcome to Wendy's. This is located in the same building as a Walkers gas and convenience store, and many a time on my way to adventure have I stopped in here. This may have been my first tirp to the Wendy's, but I found it completely acceptable for a quick burger or sandwich and a Frosty. The place looks pretty nice, and was about half-full on our visit. We walked over from a nearby hotel. I was very excited to go to Wendy's as I had read that they have amazing salads, and McDonalds has stopped serving salads. My husband enjoys burgers and I enjoy salads so it's good that we can get food from a restaurant that offers both. However, after quite a walk on a wintry eve to get there we discovered that only the drive through is open. There's no indoor dining or take out other than drive through. We tried to order from the drive through but it didn't work. Then an employee came out and said that she would take our order inside. She was so wonderful to go out of her way to help us! The other women working there also helped us with our order, going above and beyond what is expected! The burger was good. The fries were good. But the salad contained a bit too much wilted lettuce. Still I am so very impressed by how much effort the people working here put into helping out a couple of strangers! read more

Literally terrible. We ordered on the app and put that we were "here" and waited inside for 10 mins. We watched two people walked up, order, and get their food. So we walked up and ask and they said "oh the mobile order is here, we will start your order." I said we have been here 10 mins already and he said "we are super busy" with no one in line at all. Walked in and waited for 15 minute with no one in front of me. The cashier AND the manager along with the rest of the staff looked in the eye multiple times without even acknowledging my presence. Second time stopping here in two weeks, hoping the lack of speed last week was a fluke. But again, today, we had the S L O W E S T service ever. There wasn't a line, and it took 15 minutes to get a salad, two burgers and a chicken sandwich. But at least the staff were pleasant. How I wish there were more options for food in Richfield. However, there are not and we were running late. So we ate at Wendy's. They were really busy. Apparently there was some high school baseball tournament and there were a bunch of teenage boys ordering and eating there. To their credit, they got the order correct. Although, when I asked for mustard to be added to my burger they told me that it came with mustard. When ate the burger - no mustard. It was ok though, it still tasted good. Not the cleanest of restaurants. Noticed ice from the soda and ice dispenser was laying on the floor in front of the machine. Staff walked by but nothing was done about it. The wood chairs around the restaurant are in need of reinforcement as when you sit on them, they wobble and creak. Be forewarned if you carry some extra girth. With that being said, it's a small restaurant as it shares real estate with a gas station. During my visit, staff was friendly and the gal that took my order was busy training a new employee. Place is very interesting. The food is mediocre nothing unusual there. But the staff damn. I don't even work there and they give me a headache. They do a piss poor job acknowledging any guests. If they don't like you they will make you feel so small and insecure, it would be a miracle if I didn't leave there crying! Stopped here on our way to Denver for a bite and I was completely disgusted. I'm a big fan of Wendy's and now I don't know how I'll ever obtain a craving for their food ever again. I go in and most of the tables were dirty. I also spotted rotting food on the carpet with flies surrounding it. Seemed to be chili fries or something I'm not sure but whatever it was was just shocking to see.
