I went for a frosty and was like I'll get some spicy nuggets too - I liked them when I was a kid. I have gone back the last three days. I know it isn't sustainable. BUT the people were super efficient and professional which isn't very common in food service. But they were accurate and cool and fast. I opened a yelp account just to write this review. I had a terrible experience here today. I ordered the Biggie Bundle which is supposed to cost $8. I tapped my credit card to pay and got my found about a minute later. However, when I looked at my receipt, the cashier actually charged me for each item individually so the total was $10.94! But it gets worse! When I asked the casher Crystal to refund the order and charge me $8 instead, she said I would have to come back after the lunch rush! That is totally messed up. Management needs to speak to Crystal and teach her how to treat customers. read more

I will never eat here again! First of all there was no other customers there, but it sounded like a party inside. When I pulled up to the window, I paid and was asked to move forward, mind you, no other customers were there!! When my food came out, it was cold and the fries were old. If you're going to make me pull up, at least give me hot fries and the right burger! Never again will I go there! read more

These stores need to quit rushing people to save their order times. I shouldn't have to pull up and wait for my food. Inevitably they mess up the orders because they erase them from the screen, then they are going from car to car asking who ordered what. Are you kidding me?? Food is terrible!!! Got the new jalapeño chicken sandwich and wow. I live right down the street and have ate here many times, but this last time was the last straw. Slopply thrown together sandwich, so much sauce It was all Over my sandwich, stale unsalted fries and I've never had a chicken sandwich that the chicken meat was so crunchy and tough I couldn't eat it. I lost my appetite biting into the sandwich that's how disgustingly crunchy the meet was. Heading back there with my whole meal, getting my money and that's the end of them for me. Went inside to order food and eat in...waited 15 minutes with nobody in front of me in line and they still didn't even take my order. Another customer walked in as we were leaving and he asked if they cared that they were losing customers, and the manager simply said "we are short staffed" Horrible, horrible service. This Wendy's needs to be shut down, shame on Corporate for not taking the severe issues of this establishment seriously. I had a long wait at the drive thru, which would've been fine if the kitchen wasn't over staffed with employees. No one was wearing a mask and we witnessed several non-employees going in and out of the restaurant. These same people were driving recklessly around the parking lot. The worker was in shock when I tried to get a refund after witnessing all of this (no refund given). This place gives a bad image to South Bend and doesn't deserve any business. read more

Went for lunch at the drive thru today. Ordered a taco salad and unsweet tea. When I got back to work to eat, I received no chips and salsa, and my tea was sweet. I made sure they understood unsweet tea when placing my order. I called to let them know about the error and request a credit. The phone rang 4 times and I was disconnected. Tried again to give them the benefit of the doubt, called a second time and was hung up on again. read more

Wow, worst Wendy's ever. I love Wendy's and this place really drags the brand. It took 22 minutes to order with only 3 people in front of me. 3 people in the time frame I was there left. I saw confusion because drive through orders were just leaving. Place is filthy, employees are dirty. When I got served my 4 for 4 (31 minutes) They had their fingers inside the fries and nuggets container when they served them on a tray. Not only gross but my order was to go so I bagged my own order. People were asking for soda to be changed out but now one did anything while I was there. I have to get them credit though, the level of not giving a crap has been taken to a art form at this location. It's not easy to give the stank eye at people who ask you to fix their orders but they pulled it off with attitude to spare multiple times. Well done... I came in the store today around 6:30pm with middle school kids after a basketball game. I let the kids go to the reg. To order there own food and after ordering the cashier turned the screen around and told them to read there order to see if it was correct. One of the kids said she dont know how to read the abbreviations on the screen. A guy they called Dontae or Devontae. Came up and said "somebody need to stay in school". I heard him so I went to him and he didnt want to talk to me but was making fun of the kids. When we got our drinks there where no lids to fit our cups so I went back to the front to ask for lids he stood there, but he didnt want to serve me. So I waited for like 3 mins until another girl came and helped me. I asked where was the manager and the girl pointed to a lady that was standing a couple feet away and that was laughing and playing right along with the guy Dontae. So I just left out. read more
