I live about 3 miles away from this Wendy's location. My husband loves the Chive and Baked Potato that is why we go to this location. Unfortunately, you don't find Wendy's in every corner like McDonalds. I have been here about 10 times...in those 10 times I've been there about 5 times they forgot one of my orders. I LOVE Wendy's! I can never get tired eating here, but this place in particular ALWAYS messes up my order! They usually forget something like chicken nuggets, or whatever extras I order with my food and still charge me for everything. One time I ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and asked for tomato and they said that it comes with tomato although every time I order it, it doesn't come with tomato. Somebody needs to get this place straightened out. The only reason why I frequently come here is because it's the only Wendy's near my house. I've been here several times but my recent visit was just not good. All the drinks were diluted. Service was super slow. They almost forgot some of our orders. The only thing good was that my Grilled Chicken Asiago sandwich tasted good. My boyfriend ordered the Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger, and he was disappointed that it wasn't even on the pretzel bun as advertised. Instead they just put it on a normal dinky, soggy bun. Either they forgot or they ran out of pretzel buns, but they should let us know and not substitute it. A poor hobo came in and workers gave him attitude. Yeah he didn't have enough money for some foods and he kept trying to make it a size smaller to fit his budget. No reason to give attitude and roll your eyes at him. How sad.. read more

Wendy's is absolutely delicious! I always order the chili and baked potato. But the drive through service at this specific Wendy's is ridiculous. It seems like very time we go here they forget something! Last time they forgot a whole hamburger! Sometimes it's the fries, or my chili! This update is for the Wendy's in Kissimmee, Florida. I swear you can NEVER go wrong with Wendys. The Wendys in this Kissimmee location in particular is fantastic. Sure the service was crap BUT the food outweighs the crap. They had chili cheese fries and loaded fries. The baked potatoes were bigger and better! I have been a customer of Wendys for a few years now and haven't seen such a positive attitude in any restaurant towards their customers. The way Valerie handles her customers is very much credited and appreciated. You don't really hear cashiers ask how your day went or ask if they can help you take your food to your car. You can tell She's very passionate about her job and has an uplifting attitude towards others. Before the cooks could even mess my order up she makes sure everything is the way it is supposed to be. Before I used to take out but now I dine in because of how welcoming it feels to be there. I like how she also is very detailed with everything the consistency is definitely there. Made an order for 2 baked potatoes, a spicy chicken fillet, 2 deluxe cheeseburgers & some fries. First off, the fillet looked really old (I know because I work in at kfc) secondly the fries were super stale & lastly the lettuce in my cheeseburgers were really warm and flimsy like it was sitting under a heat lamp for hours... To top off this terrible ordeal, the lady at the drive thru was very rude and ignored my requests for condements. She gave me 1 butter and 1 sour cream for both baked potatoes. No ketchup & 1 ranch. Came here with my mom for lunch. We've been coming here ever since I was little and it's definitely changed since the last time I've been here. I have been to a few of their locations and this is by far the best. Valerie has excellent customer service over the roof no exaggeration. She's very consistent, thorough, and makes sure everything is the way it is supposed to be. I've seen her run to wipe down all tables, sweep, and push chairs in all under 5 minutes. She uses words like Sir and Ma'am to all age groups which surprises me ! Shes the one that MAINTAINS everything clean I love it! She's became my friend since she started working at this Wendys on McKee. She would tell me she had a bad day but still manages to have a big smile. I love that girl she's very bright and because of that I will continue to buy Wendys food. read more

man, I have such a love/hate relationship with this place. when their nuggets are piping hot and fresh, they're the BEST. but literally half the time i go here, they've been sitting under the heat lamp and are cold and dried out. and only a third of the time they're fresh is incidental, as opposed to me requesting them specifically frying me new ones. tl;dr their nuggets will almost certainly never be hot/fresh unless you specifically ask for them to make you new ones read more

I didn't like it here. Wendy's is not how I remember it as. The burgers are becoming lower quality here, I feel like it's dog food. This place is right next to my school and lunch is 45 minutes it takes me ten minutes to get there and when I do the order took 30 actual minutes! I'm not at a top notch restaurant! 6 weeks ago I went thru the drive-thru. The ordering screen was broken, and the speaker was muffled. Had to repeat the order 3 times, as did the customers in front and behind me. It was 90+ degrees outside, and I had to put-up with this abuse. I filled-out their online survey, and mentioned the speaker/screen issue. Got an email from "the manager", and at no time did he mention the problem!. Went back a week later -- no effort to correct the ordering screen and muffled speaker issues. read more

Horrible experience every time i go to this Wendy's on McKee. Normally, I'm not a person to complain because i know things happen, but i gave this Wendy's three chances already and they have sucked every time. They always take forever when i go through the drive thru and the food isn't even that great. I had to wait up to 20 minutes one time and they had me pull around. The only thing i ordered that time was fries and chicken nuggets. Tonight i went there and wanted a large fries and a frosty, but for some reason they didn't have any frosties and she said it like they normally don't have any at this time of night. So all i got was a large fries and they took over 5 minutes for just that...and there was no one in front of me! And on top of everything they weren't even very personable at all and didn't give very good customer service.
