Every time I've came this location has got it right. McDonald's scared me because their chicken strips are the fakest thing I've ever tasted. But Wendy's..... Wendy's got it right!! It's hard to catch restaurants for dine in and I'm guilty of a fast food drive thru. The chicken tasted real, and better than a couple restaurants I've had. The staff at night is extremely rude. The food is rarely hot. The burgers are rubbery and there is always missing items. When you bring it to their attention they act as if you are doing something wrong. It takes a long time for someone to answer to order at the drive thru. Now they have a new girl that speaks in a whisper and will not speak louder when asked. If you go inside and order more than an item or two, one of the women gets very nasty. read more

If I could have gave negative stars I would have! I had a terrible experience this evening. Drive thru line was long but I was ok with waiting, I was patient and it wasn't a big deal. I ordered 5 meals and 5 frostys and get to the window to pay and realize the two cars ahead of me were asked to move forward and park to wait for their food so I ask POLITELY... how long of a wait on the food. l didn't mind waiting I asked because I knew I ordered a lot but saw the frostys already made on the counter. She says she didn't know how long of a wait it'd be. I asked if she could remake the frostys once the food was done. she said she already made them and was about to hand them to me. I said I understood that but if it would be a long wait on the food the icecream should have been made last because it will melt as I wait on the food and I have to take it home to my kids. She got a terrible attitude, rolled her eyes and said "I'm not doing that shit" and slammed the window closed and walked away and refused to return to the window. I was missing two items and requested them before I left which also made her mad even though these were things I paid for and she stood near the window talking bad about me to her coworker who was nice enough to help because she wasn't willing. The food was all nasty and cold nothing tasted fresh which was disappointing since I waited so long and I asked for the kids meal burger to be plain because my son has sensory issues and will not eat it otherwise and it was DRENCHED in ketchup. It was an overall terrible experience. Do not waste your time going to this location, no body deserves to be treated that way and based off of the poor rating and reviews it seems this is an ongoing issue that management fails to address. read more

Wendy's on Ogeechee Rd in Savannah. Very friendly staff but I think its because the Mgr is friendly. Visit lunch hour usually, all of their fried items were fried in old grease today ick! The french fries and nuggets taste disgusting. I ordered a JCB $5 meal, the meat is slightly thicker than a Krystal burger. The sandwich is ok if you're just hungry and you don't really need food with flavor. A meal you order then after wish you would of ordered something else. read more

Slowest Wendy's drive through I've ever been through. Someone needs to take over and get this place into shape.

Wendy's #8854 ~ 5936 Ogeechee Rd, Savannah Ga. ~ This is why I hardly ever use a drive through~First thing they hand out your Frosties so that they can melt in the Georgia heat while waiting for your food. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiched without tomato (no tomato is the only part that they got right) 1 medium fry and 2 small Frosties, which as I said they handed out first, I paid my bill and waited for the food. second person came over with the bag of food(I use that description loosely) and started to hand it to me then pulled it back and yelled out, did she pay yet? I informed her I did. She hands out the food. I only live about a mile and a half from there, so when I got home, I took out the fried and the medium container was only about half food, cold and soggy, they were cold looong before she handed them to me. Ok, I will heat them in the air fryer. The spicy chicken sandwiches were paper thin, cold hard and dried out..... IF and I do mean IF they ever had any spice on them, it must have evaporated while they were drying out and getting cold. There was only a whisper of mayo, one same little limp piece of lettuce. So for their guaranteed hot and crispy fires equals cold and soggy, their spicy chicken sandwich equal dry, hard and tasteless and 2 small chocolate frosties is $19.96. NEVER AGAIN. Doesn't deserve a star after waiting 30 while minutes in drive through! You might ask why did I stay there so long? Well because I truly wanted to see if it was really going to take 30 minutes and sure enough it really did! This place is unreal this isn't the first time I've been there and had to wait a long time but this is the longest wait in any drive-through I've ever had in my life! I couldn't understand what was taking them so long and I pulled to the front and it seems like Kimberly is doing most of the work while the manager is standing up at the front counter saying "I'm f$%cking sick of something" how can there be at least 4 people on shift and 1 person (Kimberly) is doing just about everything except making the actual food. It's pathetic! So i already knew the food would be bad! I took pictures when I got home. The bag and the Salad Container is so damn greasy it's obvious in the pictures! Even the packet? Ok! I even took a quick swipe with a napkin and just from one swipe alone collected so much grease off of the salad container! This particular store will never care and until corporate does something about not only their attitude but their work ethic this will continue! Ordered via DoorDash, ordered 2 small fries and they only put on in the bag. I'm not sure if it's an issue with how orders get communicated to the restaurant, but the receipt literally says 2 small fries. You would think that they would verify the order as they bag it. It's one thing when you go to the restaurant yourself because you can verify the order, but annoying when you don't get what you ordered. Yeah DoorDash will give me a credit, but it's annoying restaurants don't properly bag the order. read more

the drive through was so rude. i work in customer service and i totally understand with corona places have low staff. i see someone come outside with a headset on and talk to the car in front of us and walks back inside and still doesn't say anything. so all we say is hello and he has the audacity to answer and say "um excuse me i said hang on a second we are low staff and if that's an issue then you can just , you know , go." I keep trying to make this place the Wendy's of my teen years! It is not! The service is awful. I am never served in a timely fashion! I usually have to get a remake. Once again that was the case. I ordered the build a burger. I requested lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo! That's all. Well I had pickles and ketchup the two things I dislike most. Sadly, I don't even want to give this location 1 star. I love Wendy's. However, this location doesn't listen to you when you order nor do they have any kinda of pep in their step with speed of service. I just left this location and I ordered a #8 with NO Onions NO tomatoes... guess what was on my husband burger.... tomatoes and onions. Simple button on the POS machine that they could have just hit. To add to this I also order at Lg Tropical Berry Lemonade... taste like the lemonade is sour or something. I get this lemonade All of the time. On of my favorite drinks at Wendy's. Yet again this people can't speak English. My pregnant wife orders her hamburger without sauce. Go Go to pay ask the lady about It. Once in a while I like a burger from Wendy's, and this location is the only one at all near me. It's not worth it, though. No one has taught the people who work there anything about customer service, and they simply cannot get the orders right.
