My grandson had 2 chili cheese dogs and crinkle cut French Fries which he very much enjoyed. I had the footlong and an all-American dog. The service was quick, maybe too quick. Came to this location at a little after 930AM, we were the only customers at the location we parked at a booth and pressed the button to order after waiting over 5 minutes with no response we tried the drive thru still being the only costumers there, after sitting at the speaker for another 5 minutes with still no response we drove to the window and the employee in side saw us and hid behind the poster on the window and wouldn't come out. This review is mainly for the drive through experience and my shake. I never been to a Sonic ever before. I am so excited to visit one even if it was just going to be a drive through. I often see Sonic commercial with two persons interacting with each other. I associate this place with shakes or slushy. Ordered a Fresh Banana Shake and it was wonderful. There were bits of banana inside. Not the best banana shake I ever had but it was very good. Staff at the window was friendly. It was a nice experience for me :D read more

When you hear the word sonic, you think fast right? Well, when it comes to this location, that assumption would be horribly wrong. The only thing fast about this place is how quickly your payment goes through. We put in a mobile order while in the parking lot, told them what stall we were in, and after about 20 minutes, pressed the red button to talk to someone. They had no clue what order we were talking about at first, but after a few minutes more of explaining, they said they would get it right out. By the time the order got out to us, the food tasted like it came out of the refrigerator it was so cold. I will definitely avoid this place in my next road trip. read more

I'm done with sonics. This is the third straight time I've came with a simple order of not adding cheese to my burger and they have gotten it wrong time after time. Worst service ever. The staff does not know their own menu. Tried to order a Oreo and Reese's peanut butter master shake. Was told repeatedly that they do not sell that shake. I was like it is on your menu but still nope they do not sell it. So they charged me extra for peanut butter. Then I ordered a Reese's peanut butter shake and was charged extra for Reese's because that shake also don't exist even though it is on the menu. The new churro shake is suppose to have a Cherry on top but that did not happen either. As a customer I feel like if u have it on your menu then you should have the product. If not then take it off the menu. Or let people that u are out of it at this time. Not that u don't have it all. Not to mention that the cup were not even full for the price u pay for them. I wish my pictures really show how far down it is in the cup when the car hop brought them to me. Just not sure I will ever come back to this sonic while it is close to my house it is the worst I have been to in Savannah. Every time I go my order is never right or they never have something. I stopped in here while I was staying at the La Quinta next door. I had driven 500 miles and was totally exhausted, so I didn't want to get in the car. This Sonic is not very far from I-95. My one gripe is that the ordering system by the picnic tables didn't work right and I was a little bit frustrated with this. I eventually did track down an employee to help me and he ended up having to bring my card inside the restaurant to do the transaction. The gentleman I interacted with was very polite and friendly. I wasn't super hungry, so all I ended up with was mozzarella sticks. The food was fresh and hot. I love how the sticks here rival restaurant quality. There was some kind of deal on shakes after 8 PM, but I didn't have one since I was too early. read more

Went to this location this morning and instead of the workers saying that their hours of business had changed they just let me sit there. This is not a way to conduct business especially to serve breakfast to the ones of us that have to work a little earlier and would like to pick up stuff on their way in. I've visited this place several times before and have gotten my food and went about my way. A simple answer over the headset would be a simple way of telling the customers I know you're there but we aren't open for business instead of blatantly ignoring them when they can see people inside. This is literally THE WORST Sonic I have ever been to. They never could understand my order. I said "small Reese's Peanut Butter Blast, please". After about 4 clarifications I settled for their version of "medium Peanutty Snickers" something. Then cars came and went all around me, most of them frustrated. After 45 min, NO BLAST! Food is the same as every other Sonic, which is probably a 3 or 4. However, this Sonic has probably the worst drive thru I have ever been in. Your time can range anywhere to 10-15 min with only 2-3 cars in front of you, and their drive thru speaker for ordering barely works. Even some of the employees will complain about it when you go to pay. Location is very convenient, but I don't go very often because the service is lacking. read more

Great quick stop off I-95 for a late lunch. We had the hotdog on a pretzel roll which was spot on. For the Tots with Cheese, I like how Sonic actually melts some cheese onto the tops instead of just uses cheese sauce. Also had the Oreo Peanut Butter milkshake which was delicious!! Peanut butter is so yummy, but I don't often see it combined with much besides chocolate, so the Oreo PB was refreshing. Share the milkshakes though, they are super sweet. Fast, friendly service. If your traveling far and hoping to find a convenient/safe place for you and your family to go, forget about it. 11:00pm, we decided to walk to this sonic for Baymont Inn. The food was fine, but the environment was not so friendly. Lesson learned. read more

Then waited another 15 min before walking to the window again to find it hadn't been even rang up yet. Then waited 10 mor min and the whole time I didn't see them serve one car hop. This is all simply because he could not understand the order and the fact he did not speak clearly through the drive thru until he made his statement about not caring if we went somewhere else.
