Restaurants open during covid-19 pandemic; Thank You! We came here with friends who love their Breakfast Baconator. We did the drive-thru didn't even notice the breakfast menu wasn't up. We all got the Baconator. It is a small single burger with bacon and what they call a special sauce. The breakfast sandwich has sausage instead of a burger and a fried egg on it. We wiped down and sat at the picnic type tables in front. The sandwich was good. The bacon gave an added crunch and flavor. I generally don't go to Wendy's but this place was good so I would definitely return. read more

I can't eat iceberg lettuce, so we asked what kind of lettuce was in the taco salad. We were told to look it up on the Wendy's website! I didn't realize that information was not within the knowledge range of the staff or I would have done that in advance... We then had to hold up the line to get my question answered from Wendys com. (FYI, the taco salad does use Iceberg lettuce.). So, we ordered the Apple Pecan salad instead, which was good- the grilled chicken was still warm and the sliced apples were crisp. read more

I was trying to kill time in town this morning as I was the driver for my mom who was getting cataract surgery at the eye center, so I narrowed my breakfast choices down to Denny's, Wendy's & Jack in the Box as they were the main 3 that were open in my area. I have Denny's on special occasions as it's a little more pricey and I eat Jack in the Box tacos and Ultimate Cheeseburgers probably far more than I should so I decided on Wendy's as I can't even remember the last time I ate at Wendy's. The front door was locked when I got there which was odd because it was about 8 AM and they supposedly open at 6, but I had placed an online order and it said the store was open, so for a minute I thought they took my breakfast money and I wasn't gonna get anything, but fortunately a customer came from the other side and said the door was jammed and I had to go around to the other side. Once I got in tho, everything went great. The cashier was pretty busy in the drive thru but still managed to take care of me quickly. She also was trying to figure out how to get the key unstuck from the front door so I gave her some leeway- lol. The restaurant was clean and my food was fresh and delicious. I got a Breakfast Baconator combo with seasoned potatoes and orange juice and a coffee on top of that and there was a $2 off coupon online for the breakfast combo, so basically the coffee was free. After this I will definitely be coming back here again, as I said it's been a long time since I've had Wendy's but this made me want to come back for sure. Better service and friendly staff they are kinda rude and try to rush you not like the old Wendy's

So I went through the drive thru today, and after placing my order my total owed came up on the screen. $15.25. When I got to the pick up window I was told I owed $15.79. When I asked why the discrepancy, I was told that he didn't know why, that his computer said I owe $15.79 and that was final. He offered to do nothing - did not apologize or anything! Did not even say he would look into it. I think being overcharged by .54 cents is disgusting in itself, but the nonchalant attitude was just as bad! I called the store when I left to ask for the name and title of the employee working the window. I was told it was "PAUL" the manager!!!! Well, Paul - I hope you read this. You have much to learn about customer service. There is obviously a computer glitch in your system - but even more obviously, you do not care in the least. No wonder you only get a 2.5 star rating. Went through the drive thru and ordered a few burgers and fries. The first time I went through, they only gave me one burger, so I went right back and told them they forgot the rest of my order. The man was very unapologetic and threw some fries in there, forgetting the rest of the burgers. I have a very severe allergy to SOY. Mayo is mostly soy. My husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Though he told them THREE times, it was loaded in MAYO. Which will make me sick for at least a day or more. The bun was soggy, vegies wilted. My husband hates pickles. Yet his burger was loaded in them. Needless to say, it all went in the garbage where it belonged!! You may be decent early in the day, but this afternoon, you suck. Never going again. It's 12:55 on Wednesday just got finished eating at Wendy's and the fries were old soggy the grease was old and nasty the burger was terrible and it's been 5 months since I've been here I've been going to Culver's Culver's is the best I've never had bad 5th and Grovers since they've open Wendy's can't get anything right Wendy's sucks this will be the last time I go to Wendy's and Show Low Arizona just thought I would let your people know go to Culver's if you want a good Fresh Burger and Fries go to Culvers. read more

I eat there often for a reason. The food is delicious and the customer service is excellent. I've found them to quick,accurate and the food is always hot and taste very fresh. I have seen them countless times go above and beyond to Accomadate customers and they have done that for me as well. I recommend Wendys to everyone. read more

More than half the staff is rude and management is just the same. I asked for a second to look at the menu, just for the employee on the other end to cop an attitude and rush me. I hadn't been there for more than 45 seconds. When I called to speak to a manager I got greeted with a very unprofessional and rude voice. I hadn't even told her I was calling to complain! A couple weeks ago I went in at 6:45pm. Ordered. Went over to the drink and ketchup counter..... Garbage cans had paper over them saying "DO NOT USE" and ketchup pumps were emptied. Only one gargbage can available by door (overflowing) to use so the drink counter was a mess because you couldn't throw away your trash so people just left it on counter. I asked the manager what time the dining room closed?.... She said 10pm, and she already cleaned that area and didn't want to re do it! Sat down to eat and they blocked off 3/4 of the dining room to clean and only left 4 tables available which filled up quickly. Why is the dining room being shut down at 6:45pm and swept up when you don't close it until 10:00pm? Not very appetizing having someone sweep around you while your eating and looking at garbage all over the counters because you can't use the trash cans. read more
