Lack of food.. lack of knowledge about food,, lack of knowledge on timing of food being ready. We were told 15 minutes for the 3 empty entres that we chose, 40 minutes later 1 was ready. Avoid at all costs. They are SLOW, will makes you wait for a VERY LONG TIME, don't actually train their staff properly, and run out of everything. This place truly sucks. read more

The way the management runs this location, is pretty frustrating. More than once, I've gone in with an hour left before close, and they don't bother to keep their menu fresh or available. With an hour left to go, multiple items are empty or half gone or have been sitting around for a long time without being refreshed. They don't seem to care or bother whatsoever to keep their items readily available with plenty of time left before closing. I've tried to give it more than one chance and multiple times i've had this exact experience. The last time we just turned around and walked out, because the only thing they cared to make more of was orange chicken while half of their menu items were almost gone, old or unavailable. The manager closed the grill 40 minutes early, so nothing that required grilling could be refreshed or made. If they don't want to be there, then they need to hire somebody that does. This is poor management. My wife has managed multiple restaurants and she couldn't believe this is how they're running it. Hopefully they make changes. If they're open for business, then their menu should be available and not shut down early. read more

Surprised corporate hasn't seen poor sales at this location. - Sold me a large soda, then I find out they were out of diet soda, I'm diabetic and besides water that's all they had. Acted like a refund was asking to much but they did relent. - lumpy dry fried rice with no flavor - out of large cups - no medium cup lids - small portions compared to Panda in Phoenix - paper towel dispenser broken in bathroom and a soggy roll of paper towels on counter to use. - bathroom is dungeon dark - two other customers in store, dirty dining tables and employee's all making small talk behind counter - management seems lackluster overall Please let me run this place for a few months for a percent of increased profits! - read more

I ordered through the app. Went into the restaurant where the online order pickup area was. The cashier acknowledged me, but then proceeded to cash out the five people in line while I could see my food waiting on the counter. We stopped by Panda Express for dinner. What a disaster from start to finish! Waited to be helped, 6 people behind the counter and 2 cooks (that I saw). Total disorganization, out of almost everything, except rice and chow mein. Took my order then walked away to talk with the other 5. Came back and asked me what do you want. I said we'll I don't have much of a choice, do I. She then helped my husband with rice. Pushed our order up, walked away and we stood there. Noone at the counter, customers backed up to the door. I am a firm believer that service is more important than product. This Panda Express validates that belief. The drive thru takes twice as long as any Panda Express drive thru in the Valley. I never am able to get what I want since they always seem to be out of what I usually like; Broccoli and Beef. Most recently they didn't have change and I had to pay with a card. It seems like every time I go to this location something is wrong. From no soy sauce even after asked, wrong rice to wrong order. Today it was orange chicken. I ordered a bigger plate with 2 broccoli and beef and one orange chicken with white rice. Instead I got double orange chicken with one broccoli beef. I had to update my review for Panda Express. My previous review is all good except for last visit, the food was not as good as it had been before. The Honey Sesame Chicken Breast and Beijing Beef was overly saucy and mushy, as opposed to sticky and nice bite. I was disappointed. I'm sure we will be back because the food has always been good. We had a very negative experience at the drive thru ordering our food. We were told the food had to be ordered in a specific order, which was inconsistent with the menu board. Also if we wanted to know balances on 2 gift cards we would have to come inside. Also we asked for soy sauce but when we got home-zero packets in the bag. I took it back and was given a full refund, but employees tried to only refund me for the chicken entree at first "because I didn't bring the rest of my food." Went to get dinner while we were on vacation, wanted to dine in but the doors were locked even though it says the dine in was open till 9:00, it wasn't even 8:00. With kids this can be very annoying since you have to get them out of the car and then put them back in and they're all upset because they don't to go back in the car. Staff is very meh. Have given the place 6 chances this last year, had 1 trip where they had full selection but that's it. I love Panda Express. It's great for low carb, so I always get the steamed veggies and teriyaki chicken with no sauce. This location disappoints. Short-staffed, but courteous, staff were struggling to keep the line moving... so our food got cold while we waited to pay. The veggies were brown and wilted from sitting out for too long. And the chicken was burned and rubbery. I couldn't eat my veggies or 25% of the chicken unfortunately. Portions were also smaller than I usually get at Panda Express. I'm surprised at how poorly this place has been rated. I thought the food was pretty good and the service was pretty great! My favorite employee is a young man named Jhan who is always kind and polite whenever I come here.
