I asked for a refund because I couldn't wait until they reopened, and he refused. It wasn't until I raised my voice that he said he cancelled my order and that I'd get my refund in a week. Horrible customer service. Management needs to take this opportunity to retrain the staff. Update: The owner reached out to me, acknowledged what happened, and made sure everything was taken care of. Nexxburgers music gets loud, but not like the the Habit. I would make it in here often if they had light music, or none. We'll choose peace instead. Unfortunately, eating at the habit, will not become a habit for us.
