I hate to be this guy but like damn when we went in yesterday they were really busy there was only five employees I think and I could tell that the manager the guy with the ponytail was really working hard like trying to get customers handled but everyone else like especially the young kid at the front counter was confused and slow and didn't know what they were doing. We had lunch delivered to us from this location. We ordered the Biggie bag. I had a taste for a frosty and husband had a taste for Diet Coke. We thought it would be an inexpensive menu item plus we can share our chicken nuggets with our son. Plus we can share fries and a Frosty. We thought it was a smart buy. However, when lunch was delivered by a third party delivery service. I faced total disappointment of this order. The first disappointment is how the order is presented. The Double stack sandwiches were made sloppily with overuse of condiments. The wrappers were kind of wet due to that factor. Both Large fries were not properly filled up in the container. And I looked for any fries in the bag. Sadly we were disappointed so the Fries falling to the bottom of bag did not meet that factor. This was disappointment number three. And next cold limp fries. I almost wanted to throw them away. Cold Fries get more disgusting when reheated. The chicken nuggets in the order were in an acceptable condition for my little son. The beverages were in fair shape. My husband was satisfied with his beverage. My beverage was a frosty but it needed intervention. It was starting to turn into a cold soup so before I had a cold soup, it was fair to say that I had to place the Frosty in freezer briefly. It recovered ok from its delivery trip. Overall, this was not the best experience. The restaurant should always make sure each order is in excellent condition before sending it the delivery drivers. Food should never be sitting too long because by the time the driver comes to retrieve order, it is very likely we will get cold food. And then we get cold food. And we did. And our frozen beverage suffered too. This delivery was a swift one so I could not really complain about him. But for goodness sake, I wondered why my lunch was so sloppy and cold. According to this review, I say Wendy's must take better responsibility in making good quality food rather it is served in person or delivery. It is very possible that my poor food was thrown together and sat on a counter until my driver arrived. And as for my upgrade order, it was pointless because I ended up with less Fries and a Frosty that needed intervention to be revived. Seriously this place needs to treat customers like they care again. People use delivery services for a number of reasons and if you want their business, please do your part in making it an excellent experience. We are paying extra for our meals more than going in so do us all this favor. Please give the drivers fresh hot food and be tentative with frozen drinks more. Drivers are often blamed for cold food. This order could not be my driver's fault. He showed up there timely and arrived on time. Two factors that hurt this restaurant : Presentation of food and beverages and Temperature of food. We eat here 2 to 3 times a month. The service is pretty darn good considering the number of customers here. We come on Thursdays during the dinner hour usually. The people are always nice and the orders have been accurate 99% of the time. I can not speak to the crews at other times but these people have got it together. We order chicken, burgers and chicken burgers. Frosty or fries is normal. Food is well prepared and fast inside, but does take longer in the drive thru. Must be worth the wait for the long line. Restaurant is usually clean and well stocked but when it's super busy, you may need to search for a clean table. There is a TV, but it's rarely watched while we are there. The slowest crew at a "fast food" restaurant I've ever seen- at least for Thursday night. 9/5. The line was wrapped around for drive thru so I went inside... only for service to be 10x slower. It's Wendy's after all. What can you say about Wendy's? This location is too busy most of the time because it's a go-to for food delivery services like Uber eats and DoorDash. The food is consistent with most Wendy's locations and the prices are way too high for the quality of a fast food joint but that is the new norm these days. I honestly try not to eat at fast food restaurants any more these days but sometimes the schedule doesn't allow for anything else. Would I recommend it? Absolutely not.
