More specifically, the service I received from a young man named Seven, yes, like the number seven7 The service I received from Seven was above and beyond over the top extra ordinary. I don't know if it's just me, but I can't stand using those touchscreen to order your food. Likewise, I don't appreciate self check out either but I digress. Seven, jump from behind the counter in a heartbeat to help me place my order on screen. Not only was he professional, kind and courteous, but he was congenial with a positive vibe of sincerely desiring to help. You don't find people like this anymore! Their service was okay, but only did the minimum. This place was decently colorful and open, however those chairs were pretty uncomfortable. My friend and I ordered chicken bacon ranch fries to share, which was enjoyable. Normally I'm not a big Taco Bell fan, but that was easy to agree with. They ordered a Pineapple Lime Refresher and thought it was relatively decent but wouldn't get it again. Here's the deal yes good on parking. Yes, good on location. Food is 50-50. It's hit or miss really depends what time of the day the last few times I've been there. I've really been disappointed with cold food or just super greasy. They so so friendly and courteous, not just with customers but also each other! They take pride in the meals they prepare and it's presentation! I ordered a chicken cantina bowl the rice was hard and hurting my teeth. My friend asked for spicy potato, soft taco no lettuce, easy cheese and they didn't listen they put lettuce no cheese. They also, put hard potato in it. My fiancée ordered a chicken cantina burrito and she said the chicken was over cooked. Also, I asked for sour cream and they gave me light sour cream. Finally, I went to the drive through all they did was fix the spicy potato soft taco. I addressed the issue about the two cantina items but they only catered to the taco. Again, I don't have photos for this one and for some reason every taco bell we went to I am just not in the mood to take photos. LoL. Came here twice for this location on a drive-thru basis. It wasn't quick though as the service is too slow (or maybe people who's ordering in front are just confused on what to order). Service differs in every location and so far this one is pretty cool. Not the friendliest among them but cool enough. They were patience and trying their best to serve us. Food is the same - Taco bell is taco bell. I just have to say, that whomever was responsible for the cups and lid combo at the 38th st store in tacoma...Kudos. I fully spilled my cup in my lap, and only about 1/4 of a cup came out. I was shocked and super happy that i didn't have 24 oz in my lap! the only reason I took one star off was because your tostada was limp, cold, and mostly lettuce and taco sauce. read more

For this Taco Bell location it's a 2 stars for me. My wife and I stopped by for dinner. We walked in there, so one greet or ask if we need to order something till minutes later. Everyone seems super busy/ lost, and as customers we were just looking at the menu and hope someone take our order. Finally a young lady asked if I need to order the food. I said yes, then she sent me to use the kiosk. I did that, learning their new method of self ordering. I entered all the information, but did not get a receipt nor a confirmation with phone or email. However looks like it went through. I checked with various people 3-4 times about my order of they got it. One person asked the other and etc. After 20+ minutes I got my order. So for dining in or ordering from inside the restaurant I would not recommend it. Drive through maybe. Lots of folks standing around, looked lost and a few are busting their behinds. Quick and easy. Drive threw usually pretty fast. Order is usually correct. The staff, they seem to "work for a paycheck" however have little to no customer service skills. If you ask a question about the menus, they usually ask someone else... Learn the menu so that when I ask you, you respond. I am a creature of habit and order the same thing most often. Everybody knows that you come to Taco Bell for cheap food and that you usually get what you pay for... but this location must have some great leadership because the restaurant is spotless, the crew functions like a team, and the service was excellent. The woman that took our order was OK, she could simply slow down a bit when speaking through the drive-through speaker. The older woman Stephanie S, needs a serious review of customer service skills. We wanted to Mexican pizza, understandably due to demand, they were sold out. I was trying to suggest to Stephanie the elderly cashier that it would be better to place the sold out sign where the advertisement is instead of at the bottom of the menu. I could only get out "It might work better to the sold out sign" She then put her hand up from pacing me turned her head to the side with her eyes closed said "I am not the manager have a good day"and then slam the window shut. Nothing but problems at this location. We ordered two Chulupus, both of them cold. One of them only had a tiny bit of meat (pictured.) We also ordered two spicy potato tacos and neither of them had the spicy sauce and the potatoes were burnt. I've been to this Taco Bell location approximately 10-15 times and it has consistently impressed me. The staff is friendly, they have gotten my order correct every time (even with customizations), they are quick, my mobile order is always precise and waiting for me when I arrive, and the food is still hot when I get home.
