A real waste of time, not worth a penny and is very unpleasant. The manager know as sean tall with glasses and long hair likes to spit out everyone's business, if you aren't comfortable working there just leave at that point. The gm known as niera as i hear employees call to her should be fired, if anything i myself think i have a higher capability of doing a better job than her. Well, I work down the street from this particular Wendy's and while I do enjoy me some Wendy's more often than I should admit to anyone, this one has got me looking elsewhere. I realistically come here once or twice a week and sometimes they hit the ball over the fence, sometimes they strikeout and generally, they're just average. Though the last two times I've been here has been big strikeouts. Messed up order, remake, messed up again and now I'm outta time and just gotta eat so I can get back to work. Each time I come here I seem to have issues so I finally decided to leave a review. Half the time someone who doesn't speak good English is on the drive through and she doesn't understand my order. Often I will order a bunless burger and repeat that it should be bunless a total of 5 times, yet when I get my burger it has a bun. Today, I ordered a 4 for $4 meal and they skimped on my fries, which is wrong. The container wasn't even filled up. I have been noticing this poor service across the board among the chains in my area. Will I come back? Probably not. I think 10 times is plenty of tries and each time I've had poor service. We stopped here for one grilled chicken wrap to go "without honey mustard" sauce on Jan.20,2018. I also ordered a green tea "without ice". I was pretty clear about my order as I had to repeat it a couple of times. I rarely yelp fast food joints because I generally know what to expect in terms of service and quality of food. But my Wendy's experience was exceptionally bad. There is a reason why it is called a fast food restaurant, because it is suppose to be fast and efficient. We came here on a Saturday afternoon and the service was super slow. We stood in line for a good 15 minutes. There were about only 3 people ahead of us. The problem was that the cashiers functioned as the people who retrieved the food so they made the customers wait at the register until they received their food. Had they given the customers a number and asked them to step aside until their numbers were called, they could do things more efficiently. Then, one person could take orders and another could retrieve the food. Also, the cashiers were super slow. Even their movement was slow. It was almost unbelievable how slow they put the salad in the to go bag. I felt like I was watching a movie in slow motion in terms of how incredibly slow they moved. read more

I went through the drive-thru and asked if they would honor the coupon for the 2 for $10 Dave's Double Small Combos. I was told they would try, drove up and had the QR code on my phone scanned. I paid via debit card, got my food and drove home. Again, as I got home I checked the receipt for the total. Not again. I was charged for both meals instead of the $10 + tax I should have been charged. To be fair, it was a busy Thursday night, it was loud, and I was tired after a long day of work. I honestly thought the cashier said $10.22, not $19.22. I called immediately, got in touch with Quentin and told him the situation. We spoke and I agreed to come back the next day. As promised, I came back after work and spoke to the cashier and was directed to the manager. The manager came by, not as friendly as I would have hoped (but I understand how busy Friday nights are) but she did something different than what I was expecting/hoping. She refunded the full amount back on my card ($19.22) and charged back $13.22, telling me she'd give me a $5.85 discount. Weird, but what else could I say? I'm not entirely happy, as this isn't the first time an issue has happened for me at a Wendy's.
