I had to order through the app to finally get my food because none of them went up to me to take my order. This Wendy's needs to have a redo because thats not good customer service at all. We stopped for a quick Sunday afternoon snack. The restaurant wasn't busy at all inside but there was quite a line in the drive-thru. Our waiter was apparently new but did get our order correct and who doesn't love a Frosty and fries? Nothing better than dipping salty fries into your chocolate Frosty!! Grab some salt though because Wendy's doesn't put a lot of salt on their fries as a rule of thumb. I would've given them more stars but they just do not spend enough time here keeping the place clean. While we waited at the counter we could see into the prep area and there was a roll of chili containers on the floor and we watched 4 different people walk by and over them. Do not recommend. Soda machine was pretty much empty. No Coke or Diet Coke. The bathroom and dining area was filthy.

Employees were rude and one was smoking pot in the bathroom, out of all drinks but sugar free, my wrap didn't have any ranch and they gave us 4 ketchups when we had 4 combo meals. So sad! read more

He hung up on me three times and then marked me out he would not take care of the complaint that I had about the chili. He used vulgar language. Went at 10:46pm, in the mood for a Strawberry Frosty. Ordered AHEAD of time on the app, 1st time ordering on app. Get there and there is a line. Seems they were taking orders, but NOT taking the intercom order UNTIL the car in front of you GETS their order. Until then, you WAIT at the intercom, NO acknowledgement or greeting. After 20 mins finally get to the intercom, wait another 10 mins, tell the guy I'm picking up a Mobil order. Drive around, see that there are Mobil order spots to park in. I ask the young lady, next time should I park there, rather than wait in drive thru. Her response was PRICELESS (LMFAO). She states the employees usually park there (mobile order signage in about 5 or 6 spots) and that they don't really "do that", stated we probably wouldn't get service because no one really goes out to take the orders to the cars waiting in those spaces". She then tells me dinning room closes at 8pm? Good to know all of this. I won't be going back anytime soon, especially after hours. Where is the manager and owner??? It should not take over 30mins to order food in person at a drive thru, much less PICK UP A MOBILE ORDER. Very sad and inefficient. Sad that this owner paid for signs that really do or mean nothing. This wendy's was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. My three roommates and I walked in and got in line behind this older couple. We waited 15 minutes to see if someone would take our order. Thankfully, one lady took one of my roomates orders however she then decided she wanted to work the drive thru. At this point there was a line forming inside and she was looking at the line while slowly bagging up food. The disrespect for our time and money was extremely uncalled for and lazy. It is really upsetting how people cannot manage to do the bare minimum at their job anymore. Everyone left because I did not want to give my money to people who were blatantly being disrespectful. It's sad to see people not care enough to want to work hard at their job. This is probably the best Wendy's in town, and I don't know why they are rated so low. Their food is always fresh, and even between 12-1pm when they are the busiest they are super fast and you have your food within 10 minutes max. The staff are all friendly and the dining room clean. read more

I went into this location yesterday, Sept 23, 2018. The line was wrapped around the building so I decided to go inside. Definitely, unprofessional and understaffed. There was only one guest in front of me when I walked in. The employees behind the counter were chatting about who is going to mop the floor and other random things, but I was never acknowledged/greeted at the counter. The employee that was taking orders walked off to fill orders but again....I was never acknowledged. The service here is sooo unprofessional. I thought McDonald's was bad but Wendy's is just as bad. The food was okay. However service was terrible. We were the only ones there on a Saturday night and there was only one clean table in the restaurant. The others were filthy as was the soda station and the floors were sticky throughout. After getting our initial order my husband returned to the counter to order a frosty. All of the workers were in the back of the cook area cutting up and laughing so loud they could not hear the lady working the drive thru trying to tell them there was a customer at the counter. No one came to take the order. To her credit she ended up coming to our table to apologize and gave us a free Frosty. Yesterday went to 1494 Capital Circle NW, 32303 location (drive thru) after late ball game. Terrible experience "as usual." In fact, called corporate to lodge complaint after spending over $32 and receiving subpar food in return. First I was told that it was going to be 10 minute wait for spicy chicken sandwich. I was ok with that. I just asked that they wait to prepare all food so it will come out together and all will be warm. I specifically asked for hot fries. I told them I didn't want my fries sitting for 10 minutes while the chicken cooked. I ordered a full taco salad with a medium fresh squeezed lemonade berry drink, a large spicy chicken sandwich combo with large fresh squeezed lemonade, a small regular chicken sandwich combo and a small burger combo, both with fresh squeezed lemonade (read: drink upcharge). The attendant took my payment and handed me back card. No receipt. I assumed he was going to put in bag. I generally like to review the receipt while I wait to make sure everything is on there, but I'd been waited on by this young man before, and I didn't even feel like going around and around with him. He then started to hand me drinks (remember I ordered 4 - large, med, and 2 small drink). I asked him for a cup holder. He said dryly, "We don't have any." I'm like really? How am I supposed to hold 4 drinks? I only have 2 cup holders. He just shrugged his shoulders and stared at me. I started to cancel my order right then and visit some other establishment, but it was late and I was tired. I put the two largest drinks in the cup holders and squeezed the smaller ones in the pockets on the side of the driver and passenger doors. He went on to tell me that this location is always out of supplies they need. A couple minutes later he returns to tell me that they don't have the ingredients to make my taco salad. I'm like....wow, are you kidding me? 10 minutes for chicken sandwich, no drink holders and no taco salad ingredients? I substituted a 10 piece nugget combo for the taco salad and I asked to speak with a manager. I told her how disappointed I was in this visit. She also confirmed that while the delivery truck did visit earlier that day, that they did not bring drink carriers and informed me that this is par for the course. She said they often are forced to run business with lack of proper ingredients and products. Yeah! Just what every customer wants to hear from the manager. I asked her to return the difference in the costs of my original order to new order. The taco salad and drink was easily $10+. She couldn't find the receipt. She guesstimated the difference was about $2 dollars. I wasn't satisfied with that. I wanted any and all of the difference back. After going around a bit trying to figure it all out. I told her to forget about it. I told her to keep the difference, but asked if I could get a full taco salad on my next visit. She agreed. I get my food and drive off. I opened my burger before I got out of parking lot, it was cold. Tasted a fry, it was cold and hard. My daughter ate her nuggets, but my neither me or my son's finished our sandwiches or fries. It was all disgusting. Needless to say I overpaid them. Even though I have a standing credit, I don't think I will ever visit this location again. The time before this, it took them 3 times to make my sandwich correct. And the time before that they were out of tomatoes. I think what really pissed me off about this experience, is while the guy at the window keeps coming back to tell me that they don't have this or they don't have that, I can hear the staff laughing and joking like they were are comedy central. And then I get to leave with a cold burger and cold hard fries to accompany. Needless to say, as of last night, I am a former customer. This location is a franchise. It's obvious to me the owner doesn't know what's going on or doesn't care. I don't recommend this location. And honestly, I'd like my money back. read more
