Just landed at 10:00pm since every plane was delayed arriving in Orlando. Being late dealing with airport crap, obviously we were hungry and obviously Wendy's was not our first choice and yet we will never visit this place every again. After telling them I placed my order online (because of multiple people ordering it's easier) they never responded back to me through the speaker after pulling up the order on the screen and it disappearing so I waited a while longer and then I pulled around and the girl looked at me absolutely disgusted and walked away from the window immediately acting like she was busy but kept peeking around the corner to see if I was still there. I sat there and waited for her to come back and when she eventually did told me to pull to the next window. I only sat there because I needed my receipt. Got to the second window and the other teenage girl working started handing me my order not saying a word to me, window BARELY open. I asked if I could have my receipt and she threw my food at the older man standing next to her and said "SHE JUST GAVE ME ATTITUDE, IM NOT DOING THIS" and walks away...I literally just asked for a receipt...so over these young kids read more

They do mobile ordering so we were able to order before we pulled up. I am not sure what was happening in there when we pulled up to order but we told them we had a mobile order and they asked us to wait. We waited 14 minutes. They came back on twice to tell us to keep waiting. They were out of chicken nuggets and vanilla frosties. We had to wait at the window for a couple more minutes. The food that we received was hot and fresh. I cannot complain about the food or drinks at all. I don't know if it is common thing for it to be that slow or if it was just a bad day. This has to be the WORST fast food restaurant that I have been too. They messed up my order, and refused to give me a refund and never offered to fix it. After I had the run around, and the manager handed me my food, he discriminated me and asked me if I could afford the extra cost(I'm in a Cadillac). Very rude and disrespectful. Picking up my order at the window I asked the kid You're allowed to use your cell phones at work he told me do you have a problem in a threatening manner handed me my food and told me to leave after he was trying to hand me someone else's food I called to tell the manager that I did not receive all my order and the kid at the window was very threatening The manager told me that's not what he said she was just as threatening as he was then she proceeded to tell me you just threatened a minor no I did not threaten a minor The only threat that I made was to call the owner of that franchise and let him know that his staff are very threatening people and ripping people off not only did I spend money and not get everything I get threats they proceeded to call me a couple other times and tell me I have your phone number now b****. RUDE AF!!!! There was ONE car when I pulled in. I sat at the speaker for 15 minutes and never got the chance to complete my order. I was in the middle of ordering and the worker said "ma'am, hold up" and then after waiting 5 minutes I asked if everything was ok and I was rudely told "ma'am, I'm dealing with a customer, hold on." At this point I said never mind cancel the order and drove off as I drove around the building I see the person that takes the orders hanging out the window playing on her phone! The only reason for 2 stars is that the fries were good. We had 2 mobile orders. One had spicy hot honey chicken w/o bacon, one spicy hot honey chicken w/everything and 2 med fries. One order was spicy hot honey chicken w/everything, reg hot honey chicken w/o dill chips. We both ordered dipping sauces. First order, 1 sandwich was okay, other came w/unwanted bacon (good thing he's not allergic), dill chips missing. Other order, one sandwich was fine, the other, mine, was the reg hot honey w/o chips---it came as a piece of PLAIN chicken on a burned bun, NOTHING ELSE. Didn't get all our sauces. Wendy's has a real problem with getting orders correct. We won't be back, way too many problems every time we try it, at ANY Wendy's. I see why the reviews are low, they seriously do not care. I was the one that talked everyone into trying Wendy's again... because I wanted the hot honey, just to receive the joke of a sandwich I got, see the pics. My team and i are working a NASA launch and with super early start times there's not many quick breakfast options. Frank, Gilberto and John at store #2453 made it possible to open 2 hours early to accommodate our 35 breakfast sandwich order. Its was really nice of them to do that. The food itself was good. Just ordered and ate two Dave's Single burgers. Meat tasted funny, not like the usual hamburgers. Also had a small chili and it turned out to be bean soup with just two tiny pieces of meat. Definately not up to usual standards at this location in Titusville, FL. Been there a hundred times in 28 years and this was one of the worst meals. read more

Hit up the drive thru on Mother's Day and was greeted by a super cheerful voice who promptly took our order. At the window, another very happy young lady collected our payment, handed off our food, and wished us a good day with the best, most genuine smile. I wish I had saved the receipt or gotten their names to mention here. Both ladies were very sweet and are a stellar example of customer service. They didn't need to do anything special for us, their disposition was more than enough to catch my attention. November 10th, 2017 @1221 Lunchtime but the store is not very busy. Only issue I had was the lady taking my order (Margaret), the rest of the staff was fine. She began by dropping change all over the floor behind the counter (not a big deal, not a problem to me) and went and picked it up. I understand it's money and dirty to begin with but you should at least quickly wipe it with a sanitizer towel. After you pick stuff up off the nasty, greasy floor it's a good idea to wash your hands. Nope. She then proceeded to take my order, during which I wasn't asked questions but more rather they were snapped to me with an attitude. She then helped place food items on trays to fill orders. I don't know about the next guy but I don't like floor grease and juices from your hands with my food. I threw it away because I wasn't even going to bother trying to get a replacement seeing the service I had already received. Chuck and his crew were awesome! We were on a field trip to Kennedy Space center with a huge group and were pressed for time to get to our next destination! We called ahead and spoke to the manager Chuck and let him know. He took orders over the phone quickly, efficiently and politely!!!! When we arrived, they had all of our meals prepared, separated into individual bags with napkins, condiments and straws! Everything was fresh, accurate and delicious. We just picked up food from this location for the first ( AND LAST ) time. French fries that were cold and very greasy. Baked potato that looked like it had been cooked and reheated many times. I threw it right in the trash. I cannot believe that they served it and thought it was OK. The young man who waited on us was very polite but, he was the only one working the front. He would take someone's order and not take the next order until he filled the order, bagged it for Togo or on a tray for eat in. He wore no gloves while handling both food and money. He also has a ponytail down the middle of his back and wears no hair not. I live in the area and will never eat at this location again. And we like Wendys read more

The servers here were quite rude and inattentive, but what can you expect from a fast food place in a Podunk town? Slow service and they really didn't acknowledge you if you made any post order requests for things such as sauces or dressing. On the plus side, they got our orders wrong in the best way possible - two free fries and two free nuggets!!! I guess they don't care too much about giving away the franchise owner's money?! Been on the road for 5 hours out of a 12 hour car ride and needed to stop somewhere for lunch. We are towing a boat so we cant do the drive thru. We park far away from the Wendy's. We order a baconator, jr baconator, spicy chicken sandwich, and a grilled chicken sandwich with four orders of medium fries and four large drinks. It took around 45 minutes for them to prepare the food, and when we got in the car we realized they sent us the wrong order with cheaper food than what we had ordered to begin with. Also the fries they sent us were under cooked and cold when they guaranteed hot and crispy fries. Back to the part about wrong food, we were paying 42 dollars for food that was about 25 or 30. We called the Wendy's and we asked to speak with the manager who was very rude. We were able to get a full refund when we went back into the the Wendy's and got our correct order of food. Wendy's does not have guaranteed fresh, hot, or crispy fries and cannot guarantee correct orders. read more

All vacant tables were dirty, sticky and wet, food wrappers and food on the floor with the employees behind the counter just barely working.
