Extremely dissapointed in Rosario M. From what the reciept says. Spent 10 minutes waiting to reach the first window, did mobile order so it was already paid for so i couldnt just leave like i wanted to, why? Because she was teaching the person in the car in front of us how to use the app and helping him place his order. I watched 3 cars leave because of the wait. Then when we got up to the food window she proceeds to come around and say it was taking so long because "those people ordered alot of shit so this orders gonna take long" corporate will be hearing about it. read more

Definitely not the best Wendys in the area, but not the worst. Lines in the drive thru here get insane at times compared to other Wendys around. I favor Pacheco Wendys when i get a hankering for Wendys. One thing they have going for them is they are open later than other Wendys in the area. My go to here depends on the specials of the month and what the deals are on the app. Big plus is the freestyle machines as well read more

The lady taking orders in drive-through is either hard of hearing or if she doesn't understand English very well. The line was literally wrapped around the corner. A few weeks ago I had dinner in this place pretty often. The most convenient feature is the business hours. If you are hungry at midnight, this is a place for you. There are private parking and drive-through service. The main space inside is big and you can find it comfortable for your company as well. The music is not loud and you can use free Wifi. Of course, it is not the best place for work, but it is comfortable enough for web browsing. You should try their Baconator and Dave's Triple. These are the huge burgers. I would not say their meat is super quality, but everything else is impressive, at least for fast food places. There are one of the biggest salads I have ever tried in fast food. Their Southwest Avocado comes with crispy bacon and delicious southwest ranch dressing. The service is nice. I didn't wait for my order for too long. Once I 've got cold coffee, I asked to replace it and I 've got a new one with no questions. And I strongly would recommend this place for delicious fast food experience and late-night dinners! read more

Completely trash location. Order food 2 burgers to be delivered and somehow only one shows up. I call to correct the mistake and the non English speaking lady working the 5/2/22 shift hangs up on me when I ask about the food, and they ignore my further calls to the restaurant. Update: I have been back to this location several times since posting this review, and have seen the same manager. On a couple occasions, I have seen her handle extremely difficult customers with a level of kindness and professionalism that is pretty crazy. She's always friendly, and admittedly she does say weird things to almost everyome, but I've watched how she handles really difficult interactions with customers and have been impressed every time. Original review: 2/5 stars I asked for a bandaid because I had a burn and the top layer of skin had peeled off. The manager told me to put yellow mustard on it. I wish I was kidding. There was also a puddle of something near the trash can by the front door, but instead of cleaning it, they put a "wet floor" sign on top of it. I was in Wendy's for more than half an hour, and it was like that when I arrived, and still like that when I left. read more

Came here for a quick bite after the airport with my brother-in-law and sister after coming from the airport. We only did drive-thru since it was late at night.I was originally looking for an In-N-Out but we didn't find one a long the way. I ordered the jr. bacon cheeseburger, chicken nuggets and rootbeer. Worst customer service ever. Went through the drive-in and had to ask the employee to repeat himself two times because he was mumbling and he seemed annoyed I was asking more than once. It's with sadness and shame that I have to acknowledge how often we come here, but this is a pretty solid stop for grub on a late night or lazy day. For $4, you can get a tiny burger, nuggets, fries, and a Coke. It's a frighteningly good deal - as in, wth am I actually eating that could be this cheap?! Clean place if you're eating inside, and quick service at the window if you aren't. If you're in the mood for something more substantial, there's a Freebirds right around the corner, and a Sprouts Grocery if you're looking to make a life change. ;-) read more

HELLO, MY NAME IS FROSTY!! Several years ago I worked at Camp Hammer in the Santa Cruz Mountains. All of the staff were given camp names to use for the summer with the kids and other staff. The names were assigned to us - we didn't get to pick them ourselves. I was given the name Frosty. I believe this happened because in my camp application I had mentioned how much I love eating the Frozen Dairy Dessert from Wendy's: aka The Frosty!! This Wendy's wasn't far from my parent's house, where I lived from 1989 to sometime in the 2000s. My parents liked to cook dinner at home, and I didn't eat a lot of fast food, but I camp here countless times over the years for the dessert and sometimes a baked potato with chili. I like their tiny side salads too. They have a good value menu and it has a few healthier options. That's nice. They cleaned the place up a couple years back - redid everything and it looks very nice. I think that was around the time the talk of In N Out coming to the area was starting. Smart decision! This Wendy's looks great and service is still just as friendly as ever. read more

Newly renovated, it looks like a Wendy's on steroids. You can't miss it. Before today, I can't remember the last time I had a frosty. Today I decided I wanted one. They have all these crazy frosty floats and mix ins but I stuck to the classic chocolate frosty. It was just as tasty as I remember and, at just over $2, not a huge drain on the wallet either. Yes, this is your typical fast food fare but this Wendy's is particularly community friendly. Years ago they voluntarily put in a staircase to the church parking lot at the far end of their lot and happily allow overflow parking on Sunday mornings. read more

Didnt give us straws or asked if we wanted ketchup or anything....assumed the sizes we wanted for the combos meals and didnt bother asking if we wanted a small,med, or large combo and they chose random sizes for our different combo orders. One came as a large, one a small.....When asking for a larger combo, they told me they didnt know how to fix it and asked me to return to the back of the line of the drive through to fix my receipt. Don't go to Wendy's late in the night. I stopped here after work since I hadn't eaten anything. I ordered a simple burger, lettuce wrapped with no sauce. Well it being 10pm and well over 12+ cars I couldn't go back through when I checked the burger had sauce on it. I don't do added sugars unless it's a special occasion because it makes me really sick and icky the following day. Well here I am not feeling well because I had no choice and had a 30 minute drive home. Bought the new Jalapeno Fresco Spicy Chicken sandwich ($4.99) and the Ghost Pepper Fries ($1.99). Both are very good! The spicy sauce is on the chicken sandwich and it does have a kick to it; the chicken piece is also large and very good. The fries are great and not spicy even though they do have some of the sauce on them. For the price it's great! Enjoy it. read more

Something is going on at this Wendy's. Do NOT leave drive-thru until you check your bag! In line for 15 min before we got to the mic, then sat there for another 4 minutes. We ordered one chicken sandwich and a 4 for $4. Not rocket science here. Fries cold, lid not tightened on soft drink so it spilled, and burger not in bag. I have been coming to this Wendy's drive thru for over 2 years. EVERYTIME and I literally mean everytime they have cheese sitting out. When you look in the first window you will see it. The sizes of the 4 for $4 are insultingly small. I'm 5'1'' and I can wrap my entire hand around the fries container. The chicken nuggets are so small that they're about the size of a quarter (and they're always cold, never fresh). Never again. read more

The lady who works at the drive thru window is unbelievably rude. Every single time I come here she is exceptionally impersonal and grumpy. I asked for my total again so I could give exact change (to help HER) and she didn't respond. I asked again after about 40 seconds of her not acknowledging me, she replied with a scoff saying "I said 5.41, helllloooooo" in an extremely condescending way. I work in the food industry and totally get being frustrated with some situations, but she's rude before you even speak to her. Older white lady with tattoos on her arms and curly hair. Given that this location is right across from my work, I can't complain that most of the time I get great customer service. The staff member who works the cash register who has a foreign accent is very friendly and should always be given credit for his great service every time I've came in. The food for me comes out quick just as I like to. However, one night after midnight, Leticia (manager) screwed up my friends and I's orders and she seems super confused... how is that possible? She had a huge line built up because of all of it. Looking at her, she continued looking around complicated and had no system in place it seems. When it's about late night grubs, for many young people, it's important to continue fast service because many people are hungry. Don't promote someone to manager if they can't do everything efficiently, you might lose business if it continues to happen. But this is still a good Wendy's to me! read more

Lol...That's right Wendy's I know, I know Wendy's. However I am writing my review based upon ONE PARTICULAR ITEM which is the only thing I order there, and that Item is there Chili. Yes and some descent chili it actually is. Loaded with fiber, with only 200 cal and 6 grams of fat per small cup for only a buck and some change, you can't go wrong. 27 minutes for 1 homestyle wrap, and 1 baked potato in a line of just 4 people. I paid extra to have chives, sour cream, cheese, and bacon on it. Of course I check my food and theres just butter and chives. After i leave and start eating my food on the way to work i pulled a hair out of my mouth after eating half the wrap. On Tuesday April 7, 2020 my 9year old daughter, my sister, and also myself who is pregnant to add ate from this Wendy's and automatically right after got sick throwing up and had diarrhea. When my sister went back a few days later after she finally started feeling better she went back to complain and they called her liar asking her did she have proof of her vomiting and since she didn't she was told even by the district manager herself that there was no way we got sick from her store because food poisoning only last 24hrs and we didn't come in basically the same day right after getting sick.
