Parking is terrible. The drive thru is only for small compacts. I watched so many SUV's and service trucks turn around in the parking lot and leave. Before the dirty soda came back, a few months ago I was obsessed with their creamer and I know they still have it they use it for coffees and freezes, so obviously I ask if they can still add creamer to my Baja blast because it's really good. They forget sauces all the time, why promote a new menu item with sauces just to not include them! The employees are rude and rather talk to each other than help anyone. They've added an Ai assistant to take your order. It didn't understand what I was asking for because it isn't a human. I didn't have the exact wording of what I wanted and the actual worker had to fix the order on the screen. What a lazy way to reduce labor. My children likes Taco Bell and I do too. I was there on March 20 -Friday around 6:40pm to pick up a mobile order. I know this date because we are going to my son's music play. Solid Taco Bell location, I'll come to the drive through for a midnight snack and they always get my order right. They just started using some computer system for the drive through speaker rather than just talking to one of the employees working. I'm sure it's easier on the employees, especially late at night when there are less people working, but they really need to get that dialed in because I was talking to some AI for like 5 minutes and it still didn't get my order right. An employee had to get on the speaker eventually and clarified everything in 2 seconds. Still good fast food but beware the long lines at night. read more

Management, assumingly corporate (mentioning remodeling to other customers), was speaking rather unkindly to their employees. Passive aggressive comments, and the like. Made myself and the other guests uncomfortable. They werent loud or argumentative, but the rude way in which they were speaking to their workers created a tension in the store that felt uneasy. My food is always good from here though. Always well made, and they really are quick! Just be polite (where are people's manners?) about when theres a mistake, theyre totally helpful! I got the cantina chicken crispy taco, the breakfast crunchwrap and the breakfast burrito. The crispy taco when i opened it was smashed, however this still ended up being the best one. I had a bite or two from the others but not good, the crunchwrap was barely edible. The crunchwrap was like empty filling and hard chewy tortilla. It was weird.
