My Sausage, Egg, Cheese Biscuit was good. Similar size compare to McDonald's and Burger King. I love the Hash Browns that look like nuggets...they were good! Newest location in Concord. In the old Claim Jumpers area of the parking lot. Lots of parking. 2 lane drive thru. Staff is always nice and polite. Food is always hot and just what you asked for. Went here a few times service was great, not so much the past two times. I went two weeks ago and got two meals they forgot my fries and a fork how am I supposed to eat my mac n cheese. Went again today got everything I asked for bacon on my sandwich they charged me for it but didn't put it on my sandwich I get they're busy but they should be more attentive and make sure everything is right. At first glance everything always looks good it's when you're about to start eating that you notice things missing. Love having CFA in the neighborhood! Line has never been long, and they have plenty of staff to keep things running smooth. Also love the double drive thru lines! Only issue I've had is my order not being correct, so I think I may order through the app next time since I usually request some modifications. I visited the store on 11/27/24 at 3:51pm I ordered 4 pice strips meal with a side Cobb salad with no cheese:and no corn instead of fries and a large sweet tea with Apple Cider Vinaigrette dressing. Most Chick-Fil-A restaurants are so hectic but this one in particular seems to be streamline! Ordered on my mobile app, when we got to the restaurant we were greeted with the door being opening for us, checked in with our table number. And within minutes our food was delivered by Leo. I am glad to see a new Chick-fil-A in our area. It has the best fast-food chicken of the many fast-food restaurants I visit. I like the just-right amount of crisp in the chicken, which always tastes fresh. I wouldn't say I like their spicy chicken, but I seldom eat spicy food anywhere. The unique waffle fries are better than saggy french fries. The ice cream is good but not exceptional. But a big part of the restaurant for me is the courteous staff inside and outside their system of taking orders in the waiting with their system of taking orders in a line of traffic.
