I'd give zero stars if I could....This was quite possibly the most disgusting fast food place I've ever been. It was filthy. The tables, chairs, floors, etc were all sticky and dirty. There were gnats and flies all over where the ketchup and utensils were. I thought I may have need a tetanus shot walking in the bathroom. I'll also mention that the employee "working" was sitting at a table watching videos on her iPad. We stood at the counter until she huffed and got up as if we were inconveniencing her. Stopped for lunch while interstate traveling. Doors were locked & had to be unlocked by an employee. Walked in to employees lounging in the dining area with what appeared to be their own screaming children running everywhere & climbing over the tables & chairs. No way anyone would find the dining area to be a quiet, pleasant eating experience. One older lady working was very nice & professional but the younger workers were surly. The nicest thing I could say about this place is that it is a dump. We walked in the door and the first thing that all of us said is "Wow this place is run down." There was no air conditioning and the place smelled old and of cigarettes. There was an employee blasting the sound from his phone in the dinning room. While appearance is not everything, it is clear the owner of this franchise clearly could not care less about this location. The place was honestly not that clean. The parking lot had a massive pot hole, the lights leading to the restroom were out. Also there were minimal lights around the restaurant parking lot which is a major danger. The men's room smelled like a guy died in there and looked equally disgusting. After we ordered salads, we were told they were out of forks. No apology, just there are no forks. How does a fast food restaurant run out of forks? The salads honestly looked old but tasted fine. We eat the salads as fast as we could (Using spoons) so we could get out of that hellhole. This is the most disgusting restaurant Ive ever stepped into. The door handle breaking soon entering was the first red flag. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the most putrid smell I've ever experienced. It smelled like a dead or rotten animal had been in there for weeks. I decided to use the bathroom before ordering so I could gather my thoughts, I was even more horrified of how disgusting the bathroom was, urine all over the toilet seat, no paper towels or soap and feces stains in the toilet. I decided to leave as soon as possible and I couldn't get that nasty smell out of my nose for hourrrs. DO NOT EAT HERE!! I am very disappointed with the service I receive every time I come to this establishment at night. There is this same lady that works there that will never come to the mic at the drive thru. I have sat at the empty drive thru many time for 25 minutes and longer, calling out for someone to answer. When I pull around she will literally ignore me while sitting there and then she will come and take my order at the window. I went to Wendy's yesterday to treaty self to a blueberry pineapple supper. The cost was nearly $4 which to me is very expensive for a drink at a fast food restaurant. I went back inside, I showed the lady the drink that I wanted and I told her that the one that o have taste like watered down tea. She shows me a container marked blueberry pineapple and says this is what I gave you. The cup only contained about 4 oz of juice and all the rest was ice. I would give it a -5 stars if available! The girl in the drive thru couldn't get the order right (simple order) and had to keep repeating and correcting it. Then when we finally get our food and drinks they are not correct and they have us 1 napkin for 4 orders.
