It's nothing fancy, yet it works. Am here fairly often, as being on Broadway, it's convenient to 15, 66, and Route 211. Yesterday I needed a quick meal. The inside is okay, but there isn't a large seating area. I'm not really impressed by the chairs comfort either. For the record it is quite clean. The staff here are really nice. This store has friendly folks, and an efficient drive thru. Yes it can get busy at peak times, but that's any fast food restaurant. The burgers are tasty, and the fries have been improved. We had a late lunch here yesterday. Place was empty when we walked in at 2:00 pm, but five minutes later the masses descended upon the place and it was pretty busy. Ordered the Bacon Deluxe Single combo meal - a burger with bacon, cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickles, plus a small order of fries and a small Diet Coke. The burger was average, the burger needed to be a tad hotter - temp wise, as did the fries. The fries also were not as crisp as they should have been. Service was good. If I could give Zero stars I would. First on one visit I was served a raw chicken sandwich and they didnt even apologize. The store manager did reach out but didnt have much to say other then she would talk to her staff. Second visit I was picking up lunch for my coworkers who ordered and PAID through the app, The Nasty manager would not let me pick up anymore then 2 orders in the drive through and wouldnt tell me why and was a huge dick about it. I've been laying low on the fast food (except Chickfila...yum!) but I do occassionally go to Wendys and I've never been disappointed. Their new spicy nuggets (dollar menu!) are really good and even if you go at 1:30am - they're always fresh. I also really like their spicy chicken sandwich, it's usually what I get if I'm eating a meal there. I haven't noticed a big difference in their fries, though I was hoping the taste would live up to the hype. I usually go through drive-thru, I haven't eaten inside in over a year at least, but from what I remember it was fairly clean and hardly crowded. read more

I love this Wendy's and go through their drive-through on average once every two weeks. I love their hot chili, hot baked potatoes, and their hamburgers and fries. I am generally a healthy eater and love that they offer healthy options, too. The customer service is always superb which makes the experience so enjoyable. Even in the midst of the coronavirus crisis we are currently facing, the employees act like they want to be there and seem to do their best to offer the best customer service they can. I appreciate that they are working in the midst of this crisis, and I especially appreciate their good attitude. Sadly, I haven't seen this attitude in other restaurants this week and for this reason won't continue to support those other restaurants. Ate there the other day. Food is very meh, fries were as bland as fries get. The worse part is, however, that the back corner table had a drip from the a/c vent just above. I moved and noticed another table nearby being dripped on. When I mentioned it as I was leaving, the person at the counter said they knew all about it but since the owner was planning on remodeling, there was nothing that would be done. Wendy's has never been up to par with the other fast food places (even McDonald's), so I doubt I'll be back to any Wendy's and most certainly not to this one. read more

Fast Food is generally 'what it is', nothing special and usually below par service. Well I've found a hidden gem at this Wendy's location. The only other fast food restaurant I've ever gotten service close to this good is Chick-fil-A, and that's standard at their restaurants which makes it not so special compared to this Wendy's. THIS Wendy's is run how ALL Wendy's should be run. I've been there a handful of times at different times of the day and different days of the week and weekend and the service is always top notch, friendly, FAST, accurate and the food is hot every time. The food is still Wendy's food, but when the service is as friendly, fast and accurate as this Team is, it simply makes ordinary food taste better. I happened to go through the drive-through recently and failed to check the bag before driving away; I should have known better. As Murphy's Law would have it, they had only given me one of the two sandwiches I had ordered. Since I didn't realize this until after we arrived at home, the two of us ended up splitting the one sandwich and I scrounged something else around the house to take the edge off. About an hour later I needed to leave and run an errand, so brought my receipt and stopped by Wendy's to get a refund for the nonexistent burger. The young lady at the counter did not seem surprised to see me I figure they had realized their mistake after I drove off. She didn't apologize, just asked if I wanted some other item in exchange. I replied that I just wanted my money back; so she summoned the senior authority and after a couple of minutes of awkward silence I received my refund and left - still not an "I'm sorry" or acknowledgement of their mistake to be heard. The manager of this place should spend some time at Chick-fil A to see what good customer service actually looks like. read more
