Ordered three different hamburgers as well as three different sides. The meat of each burger were overcooked - close to burnt. Very dry. I ordered the Jalapeno Ranch burger. When I picked up my order, I was told that they didn't have any jalapeño. I paid an additional dollar for an item I'm not getting. The chicken nuggets were very chewy, My teeth couldn't break them apart. The only things that were decent were the cheese fries and baked potato. Also, I ordered via their app.. don't normally leave reviews, but this visit was ridiculous. I ordered a Frosty, and when I finally got it, it was completely melted--basically a cup of chocolate milk. On top of that, when I tried to use my coupon, the staff flat out refused to accept it without any explanation. The customer service was rude and unhelpful, and they acted like I was the problem. If I'm paying for something, I expect it to be made right. A Frosty should actually be frozen, not a sad puddle, and a valid coupon should be honored. Had ordered a couple of crispy chicken sandwiches last night. It was a solid 3-4 hours before closing time. At the window, was asked to pull around, as they were waiting 2-3 minutes on the crispy chicken. Was thinking that hot, fresh chicken was going to be amazing. After getting the order, bit into one while still driving. The only thing crunchy was the lettuce. The entire sandwich looked like it had been microwaved. Wrinkly bun. Warm, but soggy chicken patty. Decided to drop into Wendy's this morning after golf. Ordered the Bacon, egg and Swiss cheese. Also a large order of breakfast potatoes. The sandwich had a good amount of bacon on a fresh egg, on a slice of Swiss cheese all wrapped up in a croissant bun. Quite tasty. But the star of the show was the breakfast potatoes which were fresh and nicely seasoned. I could definitely just feast on those at every meal. Drive through attendant was super nice. read more

I have not been to this Wendy's in years and now it is renovated and remodeled. I enjoyed breakfast there before going to the Westerville 4th of July Parade in Uptown Westerville. The staff was very nice too. I was able to fill my water and ice on Coca-Cola Freestyle Machine, but did have Dave's Diet Orange Cream Soda mixed with Orange Vanilla Coca-Cola Zero Sugar; and had Dave's Diet Red Cream Soda, mixed with Cherry Vanilla Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, and Cherry Vanilla Diet Dr. Pepper. I enjoy the Honey Chicken Biscuit with potatoes. After the parade, I was able to refill my water container with ice. Great staff at this Westerville Wendy's. read more

We stopped for breakfast this morning, as my husband likes the honey chicken biscuit. He got a meal with the frosty-cinno, I got a meal with egg and cheese biscuit and coffee, and we got the kids 1 plain biscuit and 1 egg and cheese sandwich (comes on a bun). We got an order very different than what we wanted. Hubby's meal was fine, as was mine. We got a biscuit with chicken instead of a plain biscuit, and didn't even get the kids' egg sandwich. On top of it, the coffee was awful. So strong- tasted like mud. My husband said that even with the frosty in it, it was awful. Usually don't have a problem with this location at lunchtime, but it seems as if they really need to work on breakfast. Or, have competent workers during breakfast hours. read more

Got the orders wrong, lettuce on Spicy Chicken sandwich was brown, tomatoes in Caesar salad shriveled, took over 20 minutes to get order and the place was empty (guess I know why). If this is a franchise store, corporate needs to consider removing the franchise. If this is a corporate store they need to change the management team. This was a horrible night for a horrible Wendy's meal. First off, the new barbecue is complete garbage. So I was already hesitant to eat this because of that but fast forward and there I was...eating your dry nuggets with the worst imitation barbecue ever. I just went here and I asked for a 4 for 4. I specifically said three times I wanted no pickles on my sandwich and light sauce. I got a sandwich with no veggies at all and just mayo. Like how? One of the slowest staffs you will ever find in a fast-food joint. Lots of shuffling around with zero sense of urgency. No smiles, no eye contact. We stood for almost ten minutes once without being approached while staff just moved about at a glacial pace, slapping toppings on stuff. And no one else was in line. And yet, we tried again today. I pulled in the drive through line at 5:55 PM this evening. 41 minutes later I had my order and was gone. Most likely to never return. The Wendy's is always slow but this was the limit. To top it off I had to give my order to the cashier a second time because they had me down for a completely different order. I may try another Wendy's but I am done with the store at the north end of Westerville. read more

I waited over 40 mins to go through the drive through only for my order to be wrong after being told I need to wait to order once I got to the microphone. Meanwhile 5 other customers are in line trying to get their drive through orders fixed inside, 6 including me once I realized food was missing. Staff was nice when I asked to get the rest of my order that we payed for. Had I known it would've taken so long I would've jumped the curb and and taken the damage to the car. This location needs better management and they need to get their stuff together to help properly run a functional clean smooth sailing facility and provide quality service like they should be instead of leaving the staff stranded alone struggling.
