Ale & Cheddar Soup 11/2024 - the (bread) croutons were stale, not crunchy, but chewy.

I have been giving them shit for months over the removal of black garlic Caesar salad. It's back! The menu change is here, so we popped in for caesers (with Parmesan crusted chicken), and I nabbed the lemon pepper chicken sandwich, and some ale and cheddar soup. I feel they're on the upswing, again. The sandwich was delicious (although messy! I always trim it up), and the ladies loved their Caesars. And the ale and cheddar soup is a staple for cold weather. Our service was great - he was attentive, and clearly they were busy from the menu change - but I wouldn't have known.

Got the dip duo to start, guacamole and pimento cheese with tortillas Delicious, especially the guacamole I got an amazing salmon entree cooked in parchment with turmeric rice, onions and peppers.... Quite honestly the best dish I've had out in quite some time!!!! Wife is vegan, Hazel (our server) wrote up a ticket for the kitchen with her dietary needs. She got a custom salad that was accurate, perfect and outstandingly delicious!!! Service (Hazel) was above and beyond! Draft selection was outstanding. Food was top notch. Can't wait to go back!

Walked into a warm welcome from the hostess and we asked for a table for 5. We got sat within 5 min on a Saturday night. The place is a little dark but cozy, fireplace was ripping and set the tone. We wanted to grab a quick bite before top golf. The food was good, we got the Mac and cheese, salmon, Cuban and an order of the tots. The only thing that was so/ so was the tots, everyone agreed we wouldn't order those again. Everything was solid, the Cuban was really good just wish the bread was pressed and "crispy" on the outside (if we are getting picky) the salmon was great with gnocchi, Brussel sprouts and a thick sauce of some sort. Overall good food and good experience.

This restaurant continues to deliver high quality food. I love the fact that they change up their menu seasonally.

Valentines Weekend special - Grilled Hangar steak, sprouts, and sweet potato casserole

I booked us for Friday night on Valentine's weekend. It was busy, but we were shown right to our seat, given cold water, and waited in by a knowledgeable staff. We ordered some tots first and they were good. Very filling. Almost too much! I had determined to try the special and it was good. It was a very earthy, homey meal that I appreciated for what it was. My wife enjoyed her Mac and cheese, but it was too much for her and we took over half of it home. For a date night, it was a good time and a great place to go.

Not a lot of great options in entree. The food and place was alright. Won't be coming back.

We had a party of almost 40- 29 of which were KIDS. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfection. Not one mistake was made with any of our orders- they got all 29 of the kids meals exactly right. And the food and drinks were top notch. Not once did anyone seem annoyed or frustrated with us- we were a lot to handle and they handled us beautifully!!

I came to this restaurant for a good burger, which I found, but I also was very impressed with their other offerings. Every time I come here, there is always something new on the menu. This time, it was mussels, which were fantastic. This location always seems busy, so there may be a wait. They have a lovely patio to eat on, and the staff is also very friendly.

Another great visit! Don't miss out of their spring/summer menu. Their pork Bahn mi was incredible, and my boyfriend was very impressed with his burger (which is a high compliment from him). It's always nice coming here because you know you'll get good food and service, for a reasonable price.

One of my favorite happy hour spots. They have great pricing and they change their menu every few months.

Within 20 minutes we received our text and were seated. The ambiance was fun and relaxing to the seating to the music, all a good vibe. Our waiter, Preston, was amazing. From start to finish he brought the energy and recommended a few things! White Sangria was amazing. Make sure to get the biscuits and you'll need more because they are . We shared the street corn nachos and you'll have to try the freshest jalapeños on them, by far the best nachos ever! I kept with the theme and did the Al pastor tacos but with grilled chicken plus queso and chips on the side! Stuffed and amazed at how quick yet fresh and delicious everything was. Every single person kept saying how great their meal was. Danielle, the manager even stopped by to make sure everyone was taken care of! After an amazing meal like that we had to try the desserts, the butter cake and banana were both great but definitely think if you only get one, the butter cake is where it's at. I will absolutely make sure to plan a visit here on my next trip.

The ambiance was definitely vibey and perfect for socializing, with a lively atmosphere that fit our group of 13 well. Unfortunately, everything after the hostess stand went downhill on the service side. Our server felt disengaged from the start and rarely checked on us. It was hard to tell if we'd said something wrong or if he was just having an off night, but even after asking other staff members to send him over, he never came back to check on our table. With automatic gratuity already added for a large party, it was disappointing to experience such minimal attention and care. What I had: * Mediterranean Salmon (shared): The portion split felt more like 75/25 than an even share, which was a little odd for something asked to be split. The salmon itself was decent, but the hummus quickly overpowered the dish if you mixed everything together. * Teriyaki Ribeye: I requested medium rare and received a steak well past well-done, dry enough that it was basically inedible. It almost tasted like it had been reheated rather than freshly cooked. Since our server never checked in, I had to flag someone else down to get it replaced, and the remake took about 15 minutes to arrive--even though the cut was thin and already marinated. * Old Fashioned: The cocktail came out quite watered down, with very little depth of flavor. I would've asked for it to be remade, but again, our server was nowhere to be found. The bar program also felt surprisingly limited for a place that leans into a social, cocktail-forward vibe, which added to the letdown. Between the uneven service, lack of follow-through, and several misses on the food and drinks, it's hard to say I'd rush back--especially when there are so many other strong options in Columbus.

I got the meatloaf, sounds like big deal. But let me tell you, this is a great tasting dish. Well balanced flavor and seasoning. My wife had the chicken & Amish noodles over mashed potatoes and it was delicious as well. Then Nick suggested dessert, recommended the Chefs Christie's Famous Cinnamon Roll Apple Pie | A La Mode. But the real shocker... the girls actually tried the tea and liked it I fully expected faces and complaints but nope. We did order a grilled cheese and a burger just to be safe and both were solid. Parking was easy since there is a free lot out back and there is a decent amount of street parking nearby. The server asked us if we would still like to come in and get some drinks and hang out until food was ready. We decided it was worth the wait. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive. She even brought me a bag of ice for the milk I had to pump during the meal. We ordered some drinks and talked for a little while and she came back promptly at four to take our food orders. I ordered the seasonal salad, which had an incredible house made peppercorn vinaigrette, Delicata, squash, mixed greens, blueberries, walnuts, and a few other things. I also got a side of beer battered fries with Housemade ranch. Everything I got was five stars. I will honestly be dreaming about that salad and wish they sold the salad dressing by the bottle. I kind of regret not asking for something to go. My sisters enjoyed spinach artichoke dip, a burger, a pizza, the salmon dish, the hot honey brussels sprouts, the nonalcoholic wine, a strawberry lemonade, and a cocktail. The prices were pretty good, especially given the quality of food. The restaurant got pretty busy throughout the night, so it seems as though it is a fan favorite in the area. However, it never got too loud and there seemed to be enough seating that people didn't have to wait. It was a decent size dining room and they had a covered patio out back. I would definitely return and would recommend this place to a friend.

My husband got the Korean BBQ Scotch Egg (so different but very tasty), BBQ glazed meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes, lemon chilli green beans (he normally doesn't like his vegetables, but he said these were so fresh and tasty), and Espresso Martini Pot De Crème. I had the Italian Wedding Soup (very good but did not have the meatballs), Pasta Bolognese (pasta was cooked perfectly and drained properly, so it did not water down the sauce!), and Apple Pie Mousse. I also got one of their mocktails called Brambleberry Tea. I could have easily drunk a couple of those! I forgot mention that they pour some nicely chilled water from a bottle that they leave on the table when you sit down. That is a nice touch for us since that is our choice of beverage when we eat.
