Just left this location. My husband and I have been to every Chipotle in Pgh area many times. This was the most disappointing experience. First off as we were waiting in line we were approached by someone asking us to buy her a bowl of rice. Oh and maybe some chicken. Obviously I felt bad, but we are blue collar workers who eat out for lunch when we can. We didn't have extra money today as we're waiting to be paid- he literally showed her we had $30 on us and that barely covers our 2 meals. Her response? "I'll just take one then". What? She was out in the lot approaching others as we were ordering as well. Second issue... Chipotle prices have gone up a lot in last few years but quality and service seems down at most locations. The girl starting our food gave us each the TINIEST amount of meat I've ever seen. He had to even ask for more rice to fill his burrito. Bathroom had tp all over the floor and the roller was broken and also on the floor. Tables dirty. Oh and lady sat behind us the entire time we ate staring daggers at me! On November 12, 2025 a black female cook refused to give me the order when I asked. I saw the order on the top shelf. She was very rude and unfriendly. She was starting a bowl that looked like it would take 5 minutes to make. I asked why not just hand me the food that's ready which would take 2 seconds. She makes 10 orders at one time so in order to receive one of these orders or the one on the shelf you would have to wait until she completes all 10 at the same time instead of finishing one at a time. I ate off her one time it took her an hour to finish my food. Another worker, a white woman with blue hair walks by I ask her if she can give me the order she ignores me. The black woman says she not going to give me the order. After waiting 1 minute for her to finish someone's bowl she gives me the order and then trespasses me. The male staff member with the green coat walks ahead of me and waits outside. I contacted and sent customer incident specialist Nicole the video who only wanted to talk over the phone and did not want me to record the conversation. Nicole said over the phone a cook can not place a ban. On November 21, 2025 Nicole says, Thank you for attaching that video. I have sent this to the Field Leader of this location. We will await their response on if your trespass order can be lifted or not. Unfortunately I'm unable to provide an approximate time frame for how long this will take. Thank you again for your time and attention on this matter. On December 10, 2025 Nicole says, I have yet to receive a response from the Field Leader. I have sent them another follow up request reply today 12/10/25. On January 24, 2025 Nicole says, I have yet to receive a response and have provided your contact details to the Field Leader of this location. Once I hear back I will get back to you with an answer. On May 21, 2026 Alma says from Nicoles email, My apologies for the delayed response, Nicole is no longer on the team. Genuinely the worst chipotle experience I have ever had. They decided to choose random catering orders instead of teenage artists who are doing charity work for the local Women's center. The food tasted like hunger. The kept delaying the order over and over again. We put in an online order and it was supposed to ready at 11:20 we got there at 11:30 and it wasn't even started. At 12:15 it still wasn't even started. I, along with the rest of the artists were extremely disappointed to hear our order had been delayed and had to be canceled. We were not only disappointed, but very hungry which hindered our ability to paint. Please, never order from this chipotle unless if you want to wait an hour in hunger. read more

This Chipotle has plenty of seating inside and outside. The ambiance is just fine, nothing special. I ordered a to go order online for noon and it was waiting for me on the shelf with their other to go orders when I got there. Ordering online and just picking up was pretty convenient. The bowl itself was reasonably priced at $10.50 plus tax. I got the beef barbacoa bowl with black beans, pinto beans, tomatillo-red chili salad, cheese, roasted chili-corn salsa, romaine lettuce, and fajita veggies. The bowl itself is a decent size and I did feel full after eating it. The salsa had a nice kick to it. I was a little surprised at how little beans, fajita veggie, and romaine lettuce they put in there. The meat was nice but there was a bunch of sauce just hanging out at the bottom so it probably needed some rice to soak it up. All in all a fair reasonably priced meal, especially if you're in a hurry or on the go. read more

My food that I ordered online was ready when I got to the store which was great because that definitely hasn't always been the case. At first I got worried when I opened the bag because I saw a bowl container when I had ordered a quesadilla but my quesadilla was indeed inside which was great and hey sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do when you run out of containers I guess. The quesadilla itself was alright. It definitely could have used more cheese as some bites were almost completely tortilla. My side of corn salsa was very cold and felt like it had just been taken from a freezer but the rice was nice and warm. The steak was tasty and well seasoned with only a couple of fatty bits. I can never stay away from a quick pick me up from Chipotle for too long so I'll be back! read more

At this point I think it's safe to say, we all know what Chipotle is about. You either like them or you don't. I personally continue to love getting bowls and salads from Chipotle after all these years because it's so easy to make a filling, nutrient-dense meal with my macros for the day. This particular location is conveniently close to my current place of work, so they're a good option during that one mandatory in-office day. That said, they might be near the office but they are a SMALL Chipotle. I got lucky the last time I came in with a coworker because the line wasn't too bad; but there are only a handful of tables in this particular location, so I bet we'll have to take our meals to-go at some point during future visits. Regardless of the small space, the employees were very nice and the food was exactly what I expect and love from Chipotle. I'll definitely be back, even if I know there might not be an open seat for me - but there are worse things than carrying your lunch back to your office, right? read more

The entire food bar was trashed. I had 2nd thoughts on ordering, it looked that bad. Food was on top of bar, smeared on glass, on the floor, on the counter...even at the register. I was absolutely disappointed. When I turned around to walk out, there was food on the tables, napkins and utensils on the floor. The restaurant was disgusting. I had 2 bad experiences with this Chipotle location in two weeks. First time I was overcharged for my burrito, the dude behind me got a special hookup from the employee behind the counter, the two dudes ahead of me were extremely high and loud, they were out of all salsa and sour cream, their serving line was full of scraps that didn't make it on the plate, and I was told I couldn't order chips despite me visually seeing that there were chips behind the counter. Second time was tonight, I ordered ahead on the app only to find out when I got to the restaurant that their rice cooker was broken and they had no rice. The serving lines again had scraps all over them and it looked even more disorganized than before, and again there was another dude behind me that came in and got a special hookup from the employee serving. Furthermore, there were five employees in uniform in front of the restaurant smoking a weed blunt for no apparent reason, which honestly was repulsive to me as a customer. I'm a regular who's been to countless Chipotles, and my order's always the same: a bowl with all the sauces. But this time, the person serving my bowl just couldn't believe it. I repeated myself a couple of times, yet they still seemed totally baffled by my request. It was weird, never had that happen before. The staff were also super loud, just yelling across the place the entire time I was there. Honestly, it made the whole experience kind of stressful. I ordered food using the online app, and picked it up on time. The location was not busy at all. To give a little background, this was my third time complaining about this location so it's not a fluke day. All three times, fajita veggies were not included in our orders. Why offer it if they never have it. Today's order was just awful and really a poor reflection of Chipotle's business. The sofritas bowl we ordered was only filled a third of the way in the bowl. It had a sprinkle of sofritas, missing fajita vegetables, missing green salsa, and dark dark brown guac. The chicken bowl we got was missing the fajita vegetables, missing corn salsa, and the chicken was burnt and about a spoonful. One of the dirtiest restaurants in which I have ever eaten. Trash on the floors. Unwiped tables. Burrito creation counter with pieces of beans, sour cream, and detritus on it. Absolutely horrible. The workers were completely undertrained. There was a problem with the payment process and we waited at least 10 minutes for it to be solved. The manager had to be called over twice and our food went completely cold. While we were eating our food, the workers were extremely loud and hyper. They were screaming while we ate. When we asked for chips and salsa the worker said, "We are out of salsa." So we canceled the chips and salsa and just after we did, she gave salsa to the next customer. If you do decide to go here anyways you should note that there is no in person ordering. You must order online. This Chipotle is usually fine quality-wise, but from past experiences it's almost always busy with a wait/line, and isn't as good as other nearby Chipotles. It's just always something with this Chipotle. Lived in the area for years and honestly, just avoid this location at all costs. Food is always poorly made compared to other locations, staff always seem to have low standards of customer service. Just not a great experience. Lastly, store hours state 11pm to close. Chipotle is a chain restaurant. It is what it is. They try and make them all the same. All the employees seem nice enough here, but damn they run out of crap and it seems like they are always having to train new people. When I say yes to cheese and you put queso on it, I'm not paying for it, LOL! It wasn't my fault. This is what happens when you don't pay your employees enough and always have to hire newer, younger and less experienced ones. I'm a big fan of Chipotle but I have to say this probably my least favorite location I've been to.. They were low on black beans so they used a very light hand when scooping me some. They were completely out of red onions and peppers (a new batch was on the grill but would've taken another 5 minutes wait). This seems to be a reoccurring problem at this location if you glance at the other reviews. When eating my meal I did notice the food seemed greasier than usual for Chipotle. Maybe they used a heavy hand with the oil while cooking the food? I just thought this was something worth mentioning. read more
