On 12 October 2025 I stopped by the Wendy's located in front of Cisco's. It's my regular stop before I get on the highway back to MD. I've stopped there at least ten times over the last two years. Folks, their food is ALWAYS hot and good! The service is fast, but not so fast that you don't leave with HOT and GOOD food. I've only patronized the drive-thru, but can say the grounds are well kept and clean! AND they offer a military discount. There's nothing like being a couple of miles down the road to realize you got cold/lukewarm food. This Wendy's has always given me hot and good food!!! Thanks to the manager and crew!!!! read more

Tried the maple bacon chicken croissant sandwich on my way to work today. Unbelievably bad. Croissant is more like a dry bun. The chicken is just a bad attempt at a chicken patty. The sauce was not bad but could be better. I can't even describe the bacon because it got lost in all the other disappointing ingredients. I don't know how you can make something that fattening taste that bad. I give 3 stars because their lunch/dinner items are decent. read more

if zero was an option it would be mine, just went to wendys where i sat in the drive thru for 30 straight mins, line was around the entire building. then when i got up to the speaker, i sat there for 5 mins before someone finally came and got my order, the only reason i waited was because I was picking up a mobile order. And because my order was mobile and i had to spend 30 mins alone standing in the drive thru, my food was ice cold when i got it. ICE COLD. since this happened my friend drove by 30 mins later and said the line was even longer than when i was there. Disgusting, Disgraceful, some would even say despicable (im some). Do yourself a favor and get the Wendy's app. Lol. The line at this Wendy's is so long but the inside is open! I placed an order on the app and in 2 mins they had it ready. I liked that it was sealed with a sticker and even had a seal on the drink. I ordered the 10 piece nugget combo and the app had a reward for $2 off I paid $3 and some change for the small size. The workers were a bit confused about what I was looking for when I walked in but I was still in and out in less than a minute. No complaints ! read more

CAN'T GET A SIMPLE ORDER RIGHT AND CAN'T COUNT CHANGE. Gave me wrong order and had a difficult time getting a refund. Had to drive all the way back. Finally got a refund but can't even count change right, gave me 5 cents short. Bad service. read more

Drive thru is ridiculously slow. Sat in line for over 25 mins, while the kids in the window talked and did nothing. I've worked in fast food...someone should've been assisting the kitchen to crank out the food. They need to hire managers to prod their crew to be quicker. First issue I ordered food so I could use coupon the cashier repeatedly tried to scan coupon and told me it wasn't working then when I repeated my order she realized she put in wrong!! Got receipt with wrong items so I asked her if I was still charged for that sandwich however she didn't know then sent me to second window with confused look.(item was $1.49 and my receipt was almost $10)At second window another cashier had to call a supervisor over to verify I was not charged. After having window slammed in my face multiple times and talked to as I worked there I checked my order while waiting for correct receipt .  I asked for a packet of honey mustard which was not in bag the supervisor had 2 packets of honey mustard and said in rude tone she could only give me one and would have to charge me $0.25 for 2nd one. I told her to keep as I was already was frustrated. After getting receipt I realized my entire meal was cold. The entire ordeal from first window to second window last 15 minutes with multiple cars behind me honking and yelling.It was an extremely unpleasant experience and as a employee of a business in that same shopping center I usually go there multiple times  a week.This is not the first time I have dealt with rude service and wrong orders and as of now I have not been back . Friendly staff. Cool customized soda machine. The 4/$4 meal can't be beat, especially with sweet n sour sauce. I can never finish it. It's a lot of food! Love the cheddar bacon baked potato. The chili is good, too. Wonder if I can get shredded cheddar on top? I can't wait to try the recommended salads. Plenty of tables & room for wheelchair to get around inside, though I have to get assistance getting in & out of the doors. My only complaint is that there are no stop signs in the drive thru & I'm afraid of getting hit by vehicles zooming around the parking lot + BJ's right behind it. Went here today for lunch and ordered a 2 for 6 special and when they messed up the order I politely went in and asked them to correct the order. Young Spanish lady got an attitude and demanded the other food back and handed it to another girl with instructions to trash it and when I said to them that the food shouldn't be waisted because they are the ones that messed up the order and there was a homeless person outside begging for change and food, she proceeded to get more of an attitude and tell me the person lived on her same street and isn't homeless and that those people are fakes. I then tried to explain to her that she should have a more compassionate outlook and that not all people who claim to be homeless are fakes. Again, their error could have fed someone else rather than waisting the food. Never know who you are talking to and how that type of cold hearted attitude will effect your business. I will be posting about this encounter at this location and if it helps stop even one person from spending their money there I will feel vindicated. It's 2023 and food waist as well as our outlook toward less fortunate people is just as important as many other issues going on and not one single instance should be taken lightly. I would expect someone working at Wendy's to be a little more compassionate toward the struggle. read more

Food is just okay, and lines are always extremely long!! The employees take their precious time, so don't go if you're in a hurry!

It has been months since I went to a Wendy's because of their long lines to order. Today I thought I would give them another try I went into this Wendy's and low and behold guess what another line seven deep and at a standstill. I stood there for several minutes and finally opted for a Burger King a mile up the road where I walked in and immediately had my order taken. It always amazes me that at Wendy's there is always a line with plenty of open seats. They really need to study a way to increase the speed of ordering and food fulfillment. Ralph read more

Very bad service. I ordered 3 meals, each coming with chicken nuggets and 3 dipping sauces (1 per meal). I checked my bag of food and found they didn't give any dipping sauces. I told the cashier and she checked with her coworker and said to me,"the person who bags the food said she put dipping sauces in the bags. I pulled the food out of the bag and showed her there was no dipping sauce. She handed me 2 sauces and when I asked for a 3rd, she said I had to pay .75 for it. I said I should get it free...you get 1 dipping sauce per meal. She finally gave me the 3rd sauce but no apology. I would NOT go to this Wendy's..there are plenty of other Wendy's and other fast food stores around! read more
