When we were told that it'd take 15 minutes to wait for the correct dish, we declined. We wanted to eat together. There wasn't an offer to refund it. It would've been fine if the wrong one tasted great. Unfortunately, it wasn't. It was weirdly full of iceberg lettuce. I'm taking away one star for the error. We tried the Matcha Bingsoo for dessert this time. It was pretty good. I'll include the photos of the meals. 3/10/26 I can't believe my family and I hadn't eaten here until now. We have so-called shave ice here in Boston but it's not like Ono Wai's. These are served with ice cream at the bottom - YUM- and a drizzle of sweet cream on top! It's like 2 desserts in one because by the time you get to the bottom, the flavored ice made the ice cream frosty and sweet - like a creamsicle- but better! The hardest part of ordering this little cup of heaven is choosing the flavors - they have 25 - and apparently they are imported from Hawaii. Thankfully, my family ordered different flavors so I was able to try a variety. They were all rich and flavorful. I'll be back Ono Wai - I'll be back!

A quick Yelp search turned up Clayboys and we have since been a few times. They have a decent variety of flavors (my daughters favorites so far are Skylite and Mango). The guys manning the cart are friendly and they add a Swedish fish surprise on the bottom of the cup. We will definitely be back.

I see the restaurants have changed since we've first visited this food hall and flame & cones sits back in the corner where I remembered was once a juice bar. There was only 1 person working and God bless him! He had absolutely no idea what was referencing or talking about so he called his manager to confirm. Found it interesting that the manager of the phone, name Chris also had quite a few questions as well being that Chris Whiting is who issued my vouchers lol Nonetheless after confirming we placed our orders and waiting at the bar in the middle to the establishment. I just opted for a water and unsweetened tea with lemon. From where we were sitting, there was another burger spot in the place that I remembered MUSH to be, & I also placed an order for some fries while we waited. There was a live band playing which some patrons were excited to see. Pretty lively on a Saturday evening. Clean...you have options. The ice pieces are crunchy and bigger than what I'm used to (e.g. for Hawaiian shaved ice or snow). The flavors were pretty good. I enjoyed piña colada; however I probably wouldn't get the egg custard again since it was kind of an odd flavor (I got it bc I thought it was unique). I also got gooey marshmallow on top which was fun and tasty. Interestingly, they serve these in what look like Chinese take out containers, though the medium and large sizes are round at the bottom. I got a medium and it was way too much! A small seems more than plenty and you can get 2 flavors. Or maybe get a bigger one and share with someone. Of note, I did see there was a $1 credit card processing fee when my friend paid, so you may want to bring cash to avoid that.
