RISE UP offers a healthy snack/meal choice for shakes, teas, and snacks. Shakes have around 24g of protein, 24 vitamins and Minerals, with up to 350 calories based on the shake option. On my first visit, I ordered the Salted Caramel Mocha. Yes, it taste as good as it sounds. On my second visit, I ordered the waffles with bananas and strawberries.
