I was able to customize my order very easily, and I appreciated the convenience. Our food and shakes came out fairly quickly. The burger patties were juicy, and the burgers were made correctly. Their fries remain among my favorites for burger chains, even without having to load or spice them in any way. Their shakes are made and taste the ways I want them to be, though I did notice that there was a difference of as much as 1" of shake in various glasses we received. The station for things such as condiments, napkins, plastic-ware, etc., was out of a few things. Even worse was the men's room, which needed some repairs and cleaning. But even so, these things would not be enough to deter me from coming back here were I in the area again.
