Night shift was terrible. My food was cold! The meat was under cooked. I waited 20 mins for cold food. Make it make sense. I'll be that male Karen cause everything was just terrible just absolutely terrible. Went to the drive thru which was easy and quick. But the food was really bad. It was burger was cold, meat was stale, bun was hard as a rock. The fries were cold and stale. I put a 13 dollar meal in the trash. There cannot be any oversight by management. The manager put my food in the bag. Retraining of this location is needed. I will never go back. Don't waste your money here. I should have read the other reviews before coming to this location. read more

I've been there twice in the past week. But not again unless they make my orders correctly. I've tried calling and they don't answer. The first time I had to park and go in they overcharged me for an advertised deal and blamed it on ai. After explaining the math and that I was overcharged $2.99 so almost $3 and arguing over the price, the manager walked to the register grabs $2 and hands it to me I look at it and just leave because I'm not wasting further time. If you include taxes it was over $3. I had to run back in for straws and napkins. Second time I had to get to an appointment with all my kids. I didn't have time to check orders, I specifically asked for a rep and avoided the ai. All 3 kids meals were wrong. The other meal was dilapidated old lettuce and tomatoes condiments weren't on the burger. Cold fries etc. didn't have time to turn around but can't get ahold of anybody to fix my order. read more

I can't believe I'm writing a review for Wendy's but I just have to share my experience. Im not eating meat this month as a New Years resolution so I thought I would get a baked potato and salad from this Wendy's. They asked me to pull up and park because "we are making you a fresh potato". Which I thought was BS but after waiting for 30 min I was convinced that they were legitimately baking a potato (which in my experience takes somewhere close to forever). I finally go inside and they give me the potato and salad AND added a "free baconater for waiting so long". I can only imagine that this is how Jesus felt being tempted by the devil. However I am not as strong as him and I ate the baconater. Bad service, potato sucked, the baconater was delicious and shameful. read more

I used mobile ordering tonight like I have used numerous times. I was told to move up from the drive thru window to the door. I think they forgot about me. I ordered at 9 and at 924 I realized it had been a while. I went inside and asked the manager. My order was not made. She quickly made it. Apologized and mumble something about to remind her next time I go.there. The manager was nice but it was very bad customer service by the crew. Worst, slowest service ever. The cashier helps exactly one person at a time - she takes a person's order then waits until the person's order is totally complete until helping the next person in line. Efficiency and friendliness are not present at this location; quality and "fresh" (according to the sign on the wall "All of Wendy's spins off of one word -FRESH") suffer at the hands of incompetent counter help. Walked in at 12:12pm, didn't even have order taken until 12:33 PM, AND THE LINE HAD FOUR PEOPLE IN IT! read more

Stood in line for 5 minutes, but no one would come to the register. Seems everyone was working on the drive thru. A couple that had been waited on was waiting for their order the whole time. A worker took a carry out order outside, but we were not able to get anyone's attention. This is the second Sunday in a row with a similar problem. We left and went to the Subway in the same complex. I suspect it will go the way of the one that was in Dade City that closed because people got tired to not be able to be served. read more

Got the number five grilled chicken with lettuce and tomato added onion. I got one little tiny piece of lettuce and a very thin slice of tomato that I can't even taste. no wonder they only have 2 stars. I've ordered from this Wendy's prior via one of the food apps and instead of making the order when the driver arrives. They literally let the food sit there till the driver arrives and so the food gets cold and disgusting and they have it set up on the app where you cannot get a refund for the disgustingness of the order. I have worked in the restaurant industry for several years and even if the order takes five minutes to make which most fast food places have it set up where it's literally less than three minutes for food to get out the window. They literally put the food no where the warmers are or make fresh if the driver was running behind. This is a multi million dollar company and they can't even provide proper hot food. That is ridiculous and shows how much they don't care about their customers and a regular return customers read more

This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The employees are all 16 years old, spend more time talking than getting your order correct, and have the audacity to give attitude when you let them know they forgot something. Ordered two burgers that have the word BACON in name of the sandwiches. Both came without bacon, completely wrong toppings, and sloppily thrown together. Honestly despicable. It takes a lot for me to want to leave a review, this place needs new management or to just be banished from existence. $30 down the drain. read more

First time I come to this Wendy's location. I'm literally in the parking lot waiting for my food. It wasn't a big order. It shouldn't take more than 2-3 minutes to complete the order. Why would they have me wait in the parking lot when there's no one else behind me? Why are they taking so damn long? I'm more annoyed at the fact that I read the reviews before coming and thought to myself these people have to be over reacting, there is no way. BUT ITS ALL TRUE! Went through the drive through tonight. Got screwed in the drive through. Didn't get everything we ordered. Now the phone to the restaurant doesn't even ring. Just immediately disconnects me. Tried to go to the corporate website to send a complaint and the first thing you need is a code found on the receipt- which we didn't get. There really should be an option to find a restaurant by the address Regardless - someone needs to be reachable. I get that problems happen. But how you respond, or choose not to will determine if I come back, or just drive by. read more

Walked into restaurant and was greeted by a lady whose first response was,"We are in the middle of a shift change, it'll be a COUPLE of minutes. I said, "Okay, it will give me time to look at the menu". Fifteen minutes later I was still waiting and finally gave up and went to the McDonald's next door. Such poor service. I have never ordered from this location and gotten the order correct. Today I attempted to call and notify them once again, and no one answered. Ordered breakfast and quickly asked for a refund. They asked the car in front of me to pull aside, I heard them tell the car behind me that it would be a wait when they were ordering. I got to the window and was told they ran out of what I ordered and asked me to pull aside. How are you this unprepared???? Manager gave me the refund but did not say a word to me. I waited in line for over 15 minutes and got to order and ask if they were still offering their 2 for 5 dollar deal. They told me yes and I ordered my meal and when I got to receive my order I was then told that no they no longer were offering that two for five dollar deal and I would have to order something else. Worst Wendy's ever! I've lived here for 10 years and they have never, ever once got my order right the first time. And when I take it back to get it corrected they never, ever say they're sorry. Avoid this Wendy's like the plague. Go to McDonald's. Or go to Burger King on Gall Boulevard. They never have a problem getting my order right. Wendy's is my all time favorite fast food restaurant. They have such a wonderful menu of different varieties of eats. Salads are delish, chili hot n yummy, baked potatoes stick to your bones good then your regular burgers. I understand pulling in a little late to a drive thru is annoying but if it's 40 minutes before closing, I personally don't think it should be a problem. I was ready to order a frosty and fries, a staple food combo. As soon as I said the word "frosty" the employee said "we close soon I can't make any." No apology, or a possible substitute, just a flat out refusal to make one. I let it go and pulled up to the window and ordered a baconater. This employee was rude to an inconsiderate degree. I was told to park to wait for an order of fries and had to wait for almost 10 minutes for this employee to come out and hand a bag to me. A car next to me had been waiting for almost 15 minutes and I didn't see them receive their order. As soon as I got mine, the customer left in disbelief. Long story short, we understand it's late, but it's your job and you chose to be in customer service. So how about you serve your customers? read more
