These guys are the greatest. Went in to the store to get a replacement battery for my sister's Hyundai, which I had driven there. They have my battery, bypass the core fee since I'm going to pull the battery and swap it there in the lot. They offer me the tools to do the job, but I explain I don't need them. Yeah right. If I could, I'd give it no stars I would, I went in tonight and there was a lady working, I forgot her name (she was Mexican I believe with long hair, a face that says I hate my job and life) but she closed with a very very helpful coworker (older man) anyways, I needed a headlight for two different cars. I had assumed I could go in with just the make and model and year of the car and they could help find the part... WRONG!!! She demanded I give the license plate number refusing to even search by the make model year, saying that if I don't have the license plate she can't really help me, so I give her my plate since I know that one (not the other) and she claims I gave the wrong plate number (mind you my car was right outside and you could read it from the window) then she retyped it and says "good job that's correct" like I'm some little kid, then asked which light I need, I'll be honest I didn't know low Beam or high beam and I said the light just don't turn on, thinking that would narrow it down (again I've never changed headlights) anyways she then gets mad at me for not knowing and says "it's not that hard to know just turn your light on" again my light doesn't turn on, at that point I gave up and asked ChatGPT for help and within a minute I got the answers and was able to find the parts, when I went to the register the older gentleman was open so I went to him because I refused to get help from her again, and when I walked up he was super respectful, I asked if the light didn't fit could I return and he took the time to go out and remove my headlight, check the part number to confirm I was getting the correct one and then helped me replace the headlight and make sure it was working correctly, then proceeded to give me the part number to put in my glove box for future reference, he then went and checked to confirm the light I was getting for the second car was correct and when i mentioned I didn't have the plate number he said it didn't matter I just needed to know the make, within 4 clicks on his computer he was able to confirm the part was correct. I was extremely disappointed going in tonight being disrespected and to be honest felt like I was made to feel stupid for not knowing the parts numbers I needed and the plate numbers for a car. But when the older gentleman helped it made the visit a little better, I wish I got his name because he was absolutely amazing and respectful and I wish I got her name because I highly recommend NOT going in when she is working and to go to another location, if I was able to I would have left instantly. read more

My battery died and after I jumped it I went to O'Reilly to test it. But once there the battery died again. Turns out it was the alternator. My car was dead in their parking lot but they were so helpful. Craig specially, he recommended a mechanic that could fix my car so I would not have to tow it, also found an alternator in stock and helped me push my car to a spot where it could stay overnight. He went above and beyond his duty. Superb customer service! I will definitely use this location whenever I need car accessories, spare parts, etc. read more

Not impressed I went here because I needed help with my blinker light as it went out. I couldn't understand the guy but told him I needed help to find the part and install it. He was able to find the part, sold it to me, but then said "have a good day" and left to go in the back to drink his coffee. The other person was busy helping someone but didn't acknowledge me or even go grab the guy to help me. So now I have a part and have no idea how to install it. I read the reviews that they were helpful with that, but apprently not. Not good customer service. The assistant manager at this store, an older white guy, is the most unfriendly person I have met in some time. I went in to buy a fuel additive, picked it up and went to the cash register at which he was standing. He didn't acknowledge my presence, and continued to work at something. His co-worker was standing at the other register, staring straight ahead and didn't say anything. After about a minute of silence, I moved over to that register and that guy rang up my purchase. Repeatedly gave me the wrong parts for my car. Repeatedly claimed they didn't have the part on hold for me that they did. A cashier here assisted an acquaintance in committing credit card fraud and stealing my refund, placing it on his card instead of mine. O'Reilly's corporate is taking their sweet time in correcting it for me. Don't go here. If you do, be aware that there's always the possibility of them committing misdemeanors against you, and corporate won't correct it in a timely manner. I don't even know if whoever did this still has a job. read more

Most of the time this is a great store with knowledgeable and helpful staff. I recently had a bad experience because I was given wrong battery for my car from a new employee which blew quite a few fuses. I only blame them partially because I did not verify the part myself, so I also assume some blame. Store promptly swapped parts, so that was a plus. Always verify your replacement parts. read more

I stopped in three weeks ago to get an oil filter and full synthetic mobile 1 oil for my Lexus. There wasn't a book or computer thing to look up your vehicles info so I had to ask one of the employees to look it up on his computer. Which he did and went to get my one after asking me how much I wanted to pay for one. He sold me the most expensive oil filter and oil which costed me out the door about $100. At that price, I could of taken my car to Lexus of Bellevue and had it changed! All the people who work at this location smell like an ashtray!!! And the guy helping me kept on coughing which freaked me out since we are having a Coronavirus epidemic at the moment. Had to wipe everything thing down with disinfectant wipes once I got into my vehicle. Won't be coming to this location again read more

Wow. I fully understand that everyone is doing their best with Covid 19 but there really is no excuse for rudeness. Went in this morning to look for motor oil. Three employees in the shop. No customers. Had to wait to gain someone's attention and all three employees were 6' away behind the desk. One of the male employees looked up and ask Trisha to help me. She literally would not look up from her note pad. Asked her relocate the oil and did not want one bothered. No customers except me in the shop. Wow I feel bad for O' Reilly's. Hello, I just left your location and you have lost my business. I also was ready to pay whatever I needed to for my girlfriends car. Here is why: I walked in waited patiently in line, employee came out with a cart of stuff for stocking. With his mask down. Saw me put his mask up went to the front and asked what I need help with. I was looking for breaks for my car, he looked them up and less than 2min of helping me his mask is under his nose. He generously even went out to check the model of the car for me to help me find the breaks I need. Don't get me wrong he offered great service, but when he came back in his mask was all the way down to his chin. There is another employee helping a customer next to him doesn't say a thing and judging by how he was walking around without a mask it's not really enforced. I would have told him something my self but it's not my place to remind your place of business to follow guidelines for COVID safety. Let alone he would probably just keep pulling his mask down after I left. COVID is an issue because of people don't care, and O'rileys shows how much they don't care. I will never shop here again because the manager is the WORST at customer service. I work in retail, so I understand that sometimes there is frustration in certain situations, but all I was doing was trying to return the wrong chains that were sold to me by them only an hour before! He told me that all sales were final, which was not explained to me when I purchased the chains, or else I would not have bought them to begin with without knowing 100% what I needed. I stopped in the other evening because I noticed a headlight was out. I walked into the store and asked for the headlight for my car, and one of the guys started looking it up on his computer. Another guy wanted to go out to the car, so I walked out there with him and turned the ignition on. That's when we discovered that the headlight actually worked but a little bulb next to it was out. He removed that bulb, found a new one in the store, and installed it for me. Just over $5 later, it all works perfectly and I was blessed with free installation! I had broken light bulbs to replace, a few times over the past two years. They were always different ones, and by now I must have replaced all of them. Every single time I got an excellent service. Not only would they help me identify the ones needed, they also replaced them for me, promptly, efficiently and the service was just excellent. I told him I paid with cash and gave him the change Redmond store gave me which was $4.09 because I paid $20.50. Item was $16.41. He immediate got confused and refused to listen to me. I said I was surprised how new generations cannot do simple math. Instead of listening to me he gave me back $20 only and asked me to leave the store. And he actually tossed the mo ry on the counters. After shorting me he ask me to leave? I almost left but I do not take rudeness from stupid a, so I walked in and asked for my $.50 which I got. My son's car wouldn't start and after it was jump-started, we took it to this O'Reilly's location to get the battery checked. An employee told us that the battery was okay and advised us that it would be a good idea to get the timing belt replaced soon. He gave us a phone number of a mechanic who does "side jobs" for cheap. We were thinking about getting the timing belt replaced but a few days later, the car broke down again, resulting in an expensive tow out of a private parking lot. The battery was not okay and there were a multitude of other things wrong with the car, which resulted in our donating it to a charity. It would have been a total waste of money for us to get the timing belt replaced by the O'Reilly's employee's buddy. read more
