We were able to get a decent deal, but when they changed the numbers from a previously already agreed number (they went up) I tried to clarify and the manager just talked over me, would not listen and when I tried to very calmly explain what I had been told before he snapped and said "then have a good day because I'm not going to help you anymore." Our sales person Alex was very helpful at first but as soon as she had texted us the incorrect numbers, clarifying it was like pulling teeth and she got defensive and rude. The idea that I had to talk THEM off a ledge just to clarify something is pretty wild. Most likely would not shop here again and unless they're giving you a great deal it's not worth their attitude. Update: Even worse than originally thought, 3 weeks later and paperwork still not completed, we have filled out everything they sent us they had to resend paperwork 3 times, their manager called and said "fill out the paperwork or bring back the car" which we did, then they had the wrong info despite me sending it to them over and over again which prevented us from even being able to receive part of the paperwork. Worst dealership buying experience I have ever had by tenfold, buyer beware steer clear.

sometimes i see reviews and they dissuade me from going to a place based on the experiences of…read moreothers. other times there are glowing reports and it makes me mentally bookmark a place for future needs. today i sadly didn't have much of a choice. i've bought tires at my local les schwab and had appts for tire rotations, trip checks and flat repair without any issue but that's at my local shop. today i found myself on the shoulder of i5 northbound with a flat tire and four of us realizing we weren't going to be able to hobble to the closest shop on flat as it was so i called roadside assistance and we swapped the affected tire out for the spare while one of my friends called the les schwab in marysville and asked if we dropped the tire once we were mobile if they could take a look and hopefully repair it. lucky me---with an all wheel drive vehicle and a tire that they called me to say it was too damaged to repair, i had little choice but to replace all four tires and let me just say these tires were not that old and had pretty good tread on them. thankfully i worked with jarrod who was professional, patient and understanding that we were not local and were at the mercy of whenever they could get this taken care of. he walked me through the three options they had that would fit my car (sadly, they didn't have the tire i currently had on my vehicle in stock and we were 30 miles north of where we live) and explained that they would take the tread left on my remaining tires and apply that discount to what i would be purchasing, starting me fresh with 70,000 miles guarantee and four new tires.) while this wasn't on my bingo card for today, i will say that it was done quickly and jarrod was great about explaining what they'd done and wrapping up payment and new tire guarantee to get us back on the road and headed home. polite employees, quicker service than i anticipated it would be (given that we showed up without an appointment and only alerted them via a call from the highway) and a pretty damned good deal on what i hope are tires that'll last me for the next few years. i really appreciate the customer care i was shown today. jarrod was the epitome of what you think of when you go to les schwab and expect personalized service.

When we talked about the tire replacement, the initial estimate was over $200 because I didn't have the previous purchase documentation with me -- I share the car with a relative, so I didn't have all the details on hand. He took the time to go through the history, found notes indicating the contract was acceptable, and honored them once he confirmed everything. Was told that the check engine light needed to be on to figute out why it is sputtering still. Then when it did told it needed another sensor. Again back in and they replaced that. It did not fix it and now it is still running on maybe 3 cylinders. Of course each time we contacted them. The last time we called we never got a call back from them. Never were we told if this doesn't work it might be this exc. So out $3000 as they threw parts at it hoping it would solve whatever is happening. Horrible about service as the vehicle is not safely drivable and nothing has changed. Horrible about communication. Diagnosis is not throwing parts at the owners expense. We have been a repeat customer of this business. I never cared for how they operated in the service department. This is my husband's rig. I am appalled as I use another dealership/different brand who treats my vehicle and me professionally.
