It turns out it's made with a creamy coconut syrup - truly the sweetest cocktail I've ever tried. It wasn't for me, but they were very kind when I swapped it for the house champagne. We ordered the French onion soup dumplings, the short rib grilled cheese, and the burrata pasta. The French onion soup dumplings were really creative. It was a dumpling skin in the holes of an escargot dish, topped with French onion soup and broiled cheese. This dish was really cool, my only note would be that the dumpling skins were doughy and not cooked or noodle like. Burrata pasta was great, short rib, grilled cheese was good. Would definitely be back to enjoy more of the drinks, and try some other menu items. A lot of the dishes looked tempting and I'm looking forward to coming back.
