I went here while my friend's laundry was finishing up. Food was good, we each got a slice of pepperoni pizza. Nothing too special about it. But then I just got my debit statement in from Cash App and it looks like he tipped himself $3...My total has somehow gone from $7.75 and now jumped up to $10.75. Not impressed. I order an Italian sub. What's so hard about making an Italian sub suitable? It's not complicated. You need to know what's in it, and if you have it on your menu, you should know it's in it! here's what I got a couple of pieces of salami, some American ham with some lettuce, tomato, and if you can believe this jalapeño that was it, that's about a far cry from an Italian sub if I've ever seen. On top of that whoever took my order had such a sullen look on his face I'll never go back to this supposedly sub shop! Disgusted and appalled. I ordered a pizza before 8pm on a Thursday night - along with a salad and garlic bread. I waited until I got home to open the pizza box. Upon opening the box, I noticed the cheese wasn't really melted or cooked - but I was hungry, so looked beyond that and took a bite. I discovered they had taken a small cheese pizza that was CLEARLY cooked much earlier, and sprinkled new cheese and pepperoni on top of it, and tossed it in the oven - long enough to overcook the crust, and barely melt the cheese. I cannot believe I was charged for a pizza when I was clearly given leftovers. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

When we moved here from Pizza City, we experienced a real shock. Kind of like going to anywhere and getting Maxwell House in a nation with wall-to-wall Starbucks and other fine coffees. Like, why? We tried all the pizza in town and it all pretty much fell way short (based on what we like in pizza). Thank God we found this place. Imagine Italian pizza! Go figure. The kitchen staff are super and we have never had bad experience ordering or picking up. West Brattleboro Pizza make some delicious pizza! This pizza shop makes amazing veggie pizzas, and the crust and topics are always done right. The last time we went we purchased 7 pizzas for an event were were hosting, and had to say that they were consistent across the board. Their meats pizzas are also incredible, and it is obvious that they always use fresh ingredients. The staff is always great and we generally have little wait time when we order here. The only downside to this location is the fact that they used to deliver, and no longer do. This is one of the reasons that we don't get pizza as much from this shop. read more

This is hands down the worst pizza I have ever had. We only stopped here because it was the first place we came across while searching for food one night and I honestly wish I had forgone food altogether rather than eat here. We asked for the two-slice special and they told me they were all out of slices (it was 8pm and this is supposedly a pizza place...) so he suggested making a personal pizza for us instead. The pizza was so covered in sauce that all of the cheese and toppings kept sliding off. Based on reading a couple of other reviews and also what I was told by someone who used to live in this area, I think that this place may have been very different under previous ownership. I was told that this place has what was very close to New York style pizza, and that they also offered pizza by the slice which is hard to find in New England outside of big cities. Well, they do offer pizza by the slice, but the pizza taste pretty much the same as every other small town New England pizza joint. If you're used to small town New England Pizza, this place will be exactly what you expect. But, if you're expecting anything even remotely close to a New York slice, you're not going to find it here. The people were very friendly and the place was clean. This was our first time trying West Brattleboro Pizza, having recently moved to the area from in state. We found their website online, and saw they delivered locally. Quote from the website: "Free Delivery Darci, Matt and Shay are ready to deliver your food. They are commited to delivering your food hot and fast. Surprise your loved one with a delivery at work from you. If you get delivery, why not for an extra menu for your neighbor. Not everyone knows we deliver!" When we called, the woman answering the phone was very firm they DID NOT deliver. When we asked why they would advertise that on the website if they did not she simply repeated they didn't deliver. Hmm... We shrugged it off, being only a quarter mile down the road and continued with our order. We inquired about the "homemade" sauce ingredients since someone in our household has a severe food allergy. Again the website promised: " We can't help but be a little saucy about our sauce. After all, ours is made with a special blend of herbs and spices combined with diced, vine-ripened Roma tomatoes from California. This all guarantees a very distinctive taste and texture that tastefully separates our sauce from the rest." Apparently they ARE a little "saucy" about their sauce. We were told the sauce comes "In a can." Special. Sounds like they need to either improve their service or update their website to reflect the current level they are willing to offer. False advertising is a good way to lead to disappointed customers. When we went to pick up the food, after the usual "twenty minutes"... the order wasn't even started. When we received the food, it was burned on the outside and cold in the middle. Save your time and money, go to one of the dozen or so other corner pizza shops in Brattleboro. read more

BEWARE, CREDIT CARD FRAUD! After calling ahead and ordering a pizza off of the menu, I arrived and was told by a large and very angry cashier that I had to pay extra, that the menu was wrong and it was my fault. I was intimidated, threatened, and finally forced to throw away the pizza or pay extra for it. When I returned home I saw on my credit card statement that I was charged twice. Stopped in here on our way to Okemo Mt to ski. The staff was very friendly, attentive and cheerful. We ordered a "Special Pizza", basically a supreme or everything style pizza. The crust was the perfect thickness and the ingredients seemed fresh. Not too greasy and done pretty quickly too. We also enjoyed a Switchback Ale (local brew) but it was nice to see beer other than Bud Lite. The only negative is that the pizza is kinda expensive, although we got a Med and it was more than the 2 of us could eat. Ok atmosphere, clean, but not really decorated.
