I contacted the company through yelp and received a prompt response with an estimate. I was able to easily schedule an appointment scheduled at the earliest opportunity. The appointment was about one week out. Other places were saying it would take a lot longer. The chimney sweep came on time and was informative. He cleaned the chimney and showed us before and after pictures. He provided useful information on how to improve our fires and have less build up overtime. It's my first owning a chimney. Jose was great. I thought our appointment time was 9:30 but I was wrong it was at 9:00. I missed him by about 20 minutes he left a card on my door so I called him right away. He was kind enough to turn around and come back. He took photos of the inside of the pipes to show me what was going on. He was polite, efficient and left everything clean. I had a great experience, I called for dryer duct cleaning and he did a great job start to finish, He shown me how much lint was clogged up, now my dryer doesn't take two to three cycles to dry my clothes, back to one cycle. I thought I needed my chimney cleaned, but I actually needed a different chimney cap to prevent smoke from getting into the living room. He showed me some options for the chimney cap, and after I bought it online, he came by the house and installed it for me. He only charged me one low price for the visits, including the installation. I called today to make an appointment and was told they could be here in one hour. Jose showed up right on time! He got right to work on the chimney/fire place and did a fantastic job! No mess at all!!! During the initial phone call I mentioned that I needed a part and he stopped on the way to pick it up. Upon arriving he handed me the part with the receipt. No up-sell. I originally requested service to have 2 chimneys cleaned and 2 gas log systems installed for an estimated cost of slightly over $350 (which was less than any other estimate I received). When Jose arrived he inspected the chimneys and was very honest in telling me that my chimneys were exceptionally clean and not in need of service.
