At no point did it feel like he was trying to make a sale. It truly felt like he was trying to help us make the best decision for our home. We also had a specific vision for our chimney cap. We showed Chance a photo, and he had a custom cap fabricated that matched exactly what we wanted. His measurements were so precise that it fit like a glove, and honestly, it looks incredible.
