Considering the quality of "service" and the sheer rudeness I experienced, I am certain they are ripping people off. They claimed they tested everything before leaving, but just 20 minutes later, water started leaking from the supply line. The next day, they returned to "fix" the leak with some blue glue. I have attached pictures. I wanted to wait a few hours to ensure the leak was truly resolved this time, but the owner, "Mikey," spoke to me incredibly disrespectfully, saying, "if I am done with my crap he needs the money." Literally this is what was said to me. This experience clearly highlights how money-oriented and completely lacking in customer service these people are. The way they talk to and treat customers is absolutely unacceptable. They have lost my business permanently. My rating with this experience is 1 star. I just gave additional star because on receiving payment they sent me message that they will follow up next week to see if issue is resolved. But talking disrespectfully to your customers is a complete no no for me.

It sounded like water was running in the house all the time, and we couldn't figure out where. I called Steve on Friday afternoon, and he managed to get back to me that day at the very end of his day -around 7 o'clock - to set up an appointment. When his technician Aaron came in, he was able to quickly assess what we needed. What was especially impressive is Aaron also figured out exactly what was going on - we had a huge water leak in the front of our yard. After Aaron installed the kitchen sink faucet, he got to work and was able to lock down our leak install new piping to fix the problem and effectively fixed our huge water leak. This is a tremendous relief, as this will save us thousands of dollars per year. I will call Steve Garrison, plumbing and Aaron for all of our plumbing needs from now on. They do great work!

My 73 year-old mom, widowed and terrified of COVID, called me this morning to let me know that her AC had gone out during the night. Knowing that my grandfather had utilized Henderson Brothers during his life (which, considering he passed 15 years ago from complications due to Alzheimer's, would have been at least 25 years ago), my mom reached out to them. They took into account the fact that my mom is elderly, at high-risk, and didn't have the ability to easily stay elsewhere as her house baked in the heat. They had a tech out within 4 hours, and had the issue resolved less than 2 hours after that. It was an uncomfortably hot day for mom, but it could have been so much worse. Where I live, getting an HVAC tech out at this time of year is normally a 4-6 week wait. I know they must be insanely busy as well, but I'm so grateful to Henderson Brothers for actually caring enough to consider the circumstances (instead of robotically quoting "normal" lead times), and taking care of an elderly community member in need with few viable options at her disposal.

Who came out to my house and went over a repair plan and helped me to set up a very nice system. I had a very unique situation in my yard due to a deck and a concrete patio covering my septic system that had been installed before I moved in and I had a lot of things I wanted to add to the system to make it that much better because I did not want to dig up my yard twice. Not only did they come out in a timely fashion, but it only took them three days to get the entire thing done. I was worried that my yard would be all torn up by the end of this. However, their efficiency, experience and care for what they do shows well in the two pictures I have included. The first picture is Tuesday when I got home from work the second picture is Wednesday. Not only did they get the entire job done in three days. They put my yard back together completely as though they had not been there. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs septic services, including pumping.
