I went to West Coast Chiropractic this week. I had such a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. There office is extremely clean. The receptionist was super nice and friendly. Once I got into the room the doctor was amazing. He took his time explaining everything. During my visit he told me I really did not need chiropractic care for my issue. Which I thought was AMAZING!!! (From past experiences... I feel like most Chiro's are like car sells man that are just up-selling you the whole time). Not here!!! My favorite place for healing! Dr's are 2 brothers that are very professional, cordial, and great bedside manners. They have an amazing staff with great smiles and very patient with everyone. LOVE Dr. Jay and his brother Nick. I injured my back a few years ago after a surgery and they got me on the road to recovery very quickly! Now for maintenance, I also see Carlos, their massage therapist about every 3-4 weeks! Being a hair stylist and lifting weight, my body gets wrecked rather quickly. They always listen to my concerns and adjust me accordingly. I have been going to them for over 2 years. When I first visited them I was so appreciative of the fact that they thoroughly explain the treatment plan. I was referred to West Coast Chiropractic by a friend about 4 years ago. I was having some lower back pain that wouldnt go away. Dr Jeremy asked me a few questions, took some x-rays, and did some poking around. He had said that there wasnt anything major wrong, I just needed some maintenance. We set up a schedule for a few visits. We then went to one of the adjustment tables and he had my back doing the snap-crackle-pop thing. Instant relief!!! I felt so much better. Ever since then my whole family and I visit Dr J, Dr Nick and Karen anytime we have anything funny going on. We are never treated like a number. We always feel like we are their favorite customers. I started coming here a couple of years ago when I started having lower back pain. They were able to diagnose my issue and I come in for adjustments regularly. My back pain has been under control ever since. The staff is friendly and greats me by name every time I show up. I've been able to play more golf and started playing in a men's softball league.
