The office is very nice and clean. There is a kids room to play video games which I thought was amazing, even though I do not have kids but what a great idea? This was my first visit but I have been to a chiropractor before. Even though I am not healed yet and of course not after one visit, this chiropractor didn't make me feel like I needed to be sold into his services. He was honest that he may not be able to entirely fix everything which right there, honesty goes such a long way. They were very reasonable on pricing and all staff was very pleasant. I did walk out of there with a little less pain and due to my condition will need several more treatments but this is where I'd rather spend my money and time. read more

Two excellent chiropractors with great communication skill. I would recommend them to anyone.Visiting the office is a real pleasure. Besides good care, the office staff is the best I have ever seen. Dr Nick does prenatal. He has helped me with treatment for sciatica with two of my pregnancies. The staff is on their A game. I'm in n out in 10 mins. They are very efficient. If you are pregnant and/or have back pain, this Doctor is amazing! read more

I would give this place a 5 star review, as they were friendly and the chiropractor was great, but who ever does the scheduling did not do their job. I'm a very busy single mother and my schedule is very limited. I'm busy mon-fri 7am- 6pm, except my Wednesday mornings are open until I go to work at 11. I made an appointment for wed 9am because the receptionists had told me my appointment with the chiropractor and massage would be an hour and a half. I pushed my clients back and scheduled to work at 12pm to make it work. I scheduled my appointment for 9am, but when I got there I was scheduled for 10am. They took me in at 9 anyways so that I wasn't a big deal. The chiropractor was very thorough and friendly. After I saw the chiropractor she asks me when I'd like to come back for the massage. I told her I was scheduled for it right after the the adjustment. Apparently it wasn't booked in the computer. She asked if I could come back later today, but by the time I'm off work they're closed. This is really inconvenient. I had to have someone watch my baby to come in and on top of that I took time off work and losts money. I don't have anyone to watch my baby next Wednesday to come in. Whoever is doing the scheduling should pay more attention to detail & make sure they are scheduling customers correctly. read more

West Coast is a great chiropractic experience all around. From the time you walk in the door and are greeted to the time you leave you are left in a good mood! Appointments are flexible, office is super efficient, and adjustments are fantastic. The brothers that do the adjustments are both very skilled and knowledgeable about what they do. If you are looking for a great doctor that fixes backs and necks this is probably not the place to go unless you have loads of money or great insurance.i went in to see dr nick as i was having some neck/back(shoulder) issues, the doctor was nice and we worked out a payment plan that worked with my insurance company and I. before setting everything up they did an x-ray and a minor adjustment but claimed that unless i went in 3 times a week for a 2 months the problem may worsen....or wouldn't fix. So considering how persistent he was that i do not stop getting adjustments i guess when it comes to money a debilitating back problem can be swept under the rug. not only did he more than double the cost of my visits, they didn't even seem to care that i wasn't able to pay. they just called one day and said my payments would be double because issues with insurance and when i said i couldnt pay that was the end of it.If you want to have a worsened condition this is the perfect place! my neck is worse than ever after coming here...im only 28 and my life is ruined. i now have to find someone that can actually help me. read more

No Joke, this place is just like everyone says. The people are unbelievably nice. It was cool, Karen acknowledged everyone who came through the door by name, and even shook my hand when I first met her. Dr Nick was very nice and comforting, as I was pretty nervous. I came in with a pinched nerve and needed relief asap. Why I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is because I was hoping to try for some relief on my first appointment, but they only did an exam (not expected, but understood). Also for the 4 stars, Dr asked that I bring my husband with me to the next appointment. I read online that this is standard procedures with Chiropractors, because once we're both in front on him, he wants to present us with long term care and payment plan. If it weren't for my insurance and the fact that this place was not in my network, I would definitely be going back. The office was very nicely decorated, welcoming and like everyone says, they are all really, really friendly. read more

I was dealing with blood blisters, a poor latch, doubts and fears about supply, and a baby that was temporarily not gaining enough weight. As a first-time mom, it was extremely stressful, and there were many tears. However, Juliana's visits always left me feeling more informed, reassured, and capable. We also did a weighted feed during every visit, which confirmed that my baby was indeed getting enough to eat. I still remember the relief I felt when I learned that. Juliana is a big reason why I decided to stay the course with breastfeeding. (Thank goodness, because now I LOVE it.) My insurance covered the cost of the visits, so I just paid the $60 travel fee. I also attended her breastfeeding class with my husband before giving birth. This was super helpful, but I recommend taking the class within 1 month of your due date. We took it a bit too early in my pregnancy, and forgot a couple things by the time I gave birth. Overall, I would highly recommend booking a lactation consultation with Juliana if you're in need of support!

I did a little research and spoke to 3 midwives. However there is something special about Amanda and choosing her as my midwife was a no brainer. For one, she offered to have our first meeting at my house. Second, upon meeting her, she had such a calm demeanor and soothing voice that my worries and anxiety regarding a home birth went away. From then on my interactions with Amanda became more meaningful. I always brought my first son to all my appts and Amanda was so sweet at letting him play with her stethoscope. During these appointments she talks to your baby as she is checking baby's heartbeat. She looks at your health holistically, and even allowed to me to talk about stress and worries that I was experiencing at the time. I feel this was so important for my overall pregnancy health. The day I have birth I was already experiencing intermittent labor and my water was leaking out. Amanda came over and offered different options on how to get my labor to progress, and was so patient with me as I was able to dictate what I wanted to do and not do. She gave me the space to listen to my own body. She was incredibly patient and calm and guided my husband and I every step of the way. And let me remind you, her voice is so soft and soothing that when you are in the thick of labor contractions, she is all you will want to hear. Several hours later, my son was born and Amanda was by my side! Amanda is truly a caring person and it is evident that she loves what she does. Her energy is so warm and inviting. When my baby met her, he just melted into her, as if he knew her. This entire experience was nothing short of incredible for me, and I really have Amanda to thank for that. Our experience was very similar to Emily's experience…read more I'd say almost to the T with the exception of her assistant, Sally was great and is one of the reason my wife and son are alive today. My wife and I expressed concerns about her pelvis being too narrow but she brushed it off and we believed her. A mistake that nearly ended my new family. She would say that something was fine and then would say that the same thing was concerning. We chalked it up to her being a bit eccentric. On top of that, we only got reimbursed a little over $100 from insurance and we had Anthem PPO at the time. Not necessarily her fault but it added to the negative experience and expenses. My wife's labor ended up being 24hrs at home and 36hrs total which ended in a C-Section. She was little to no help and it was Sally that recommended we go to the hospital. Plug-in for Rancho Springs, amazing hospital and staff. It's not what we wanted but definitely what we needed and more. We didn't want a hospital birth but they have the best ward bar none. Only hospital me and my wife would go to for this. From our conversations with other people that used her in the past, I think she was once a great midwife but from our experience, I would highly discourage anyone from using her services. If you use her, you'll be playing roulette with you and your child's life.

Would not recommend Our son was born early September 2024…read moreand Anne was our midwife for the pregnancy. During our meetings we were constantly recommended to seek outside opinions from my OBGYN and medical facilities, causing us to spend thousands more during my pregnancy and birth on top of her fee for services ($6000). During my birth Anne and her assistants made the environment stressful when I expressed for my birth to be peaceful to my liking. Upon Anne's arrival she said that I was fully dilated at 6am. At 3pm Anne had checked me and told me that she had still felt some of my cervix (I WAS NOT FULLY DILATED). She had complained earlier in the day that her fingers were too short to check properly, so I'm not sure how she has been a midwife and her fingers be too short to check her clients. I was instructed to push while not being fully dilated. Anne appeared impatient and she didn't seem to know what to do to help me progress. After an hour and a half of pushing she recommended transfer to the hospital. Upon arrival at the hospital I was checked and was dilated to AN EIGHT. The hospital determined that my baby was too large to have naturally. During my pregnancy we brought up the size of my baby and Anne would discredit all the ultrasounds and weight estimates that we were given. I had my baby via c-section and was born at 11 pounds 1 ounce, he would never have been born safely naturally. After my hospital stay we returned home to a birth pool fully inflated and still containing the water from my labor, this was after I was told that everything would be cleaned up before our return. A warning to all, a contract is presented and must be signed that states once Anne shows up to your birth/labor there are NO REFUNDS of any sort. Ultimately I would not recommend Anne's services as a midwife. If you are looking for a midwife to trust as your expert and for a safe, comfortable birth, look elsewhere.

My Sciatica had gotten out-of-hand this time around and I really needed some help, because I was in intense pain and could not find a confortable position to be able to sleep at night. I was first attracted to the discount offer in the West Coast Chiropractic advertisement, but I was stunned to find out that Dr. Jeremy actually did everything in his ad and much more. He took an x-ray that confirmed the L-4 culprit, he did the appropriate correction, he put me on the roller massage and then his therapist provided an excellent deep tissue massage and I got some immediate relief, enough to be able to sleep at night. But here is the good part. After 2 visits Dr. Jeremy explained to me that I was in need of some intense therapy; at least 3 times a week for 10 weeks and he knew I had a long drive. He did give me three ways to pay for the chiropractic care that I could live with if I could handle the 30 minute trip, but then he also gave me the name of a local Chiropractor that he felt could follow up with the necessary treatment to help get me back on the golf course whose office was only 10 minutes away from where I lived. I have been to 10 Chiropractors in my lifetime. This is the first one who did everything he said he would. This is the first one who clearly explained the x-ray and gave me treatment options. This is the first one who put in writing the total course of correction and gave three financial solutions. This is the first one who actually looked out for my budget by referring me to a local Chiropractor who can help me. After I complete my 30 visits to my local Chiropractor, I intend to do my follow up maintenance visits with Dr. Jeremy Schembri, because that is another thing that Dr. Jeremy explained to me: the reason I keep having Sciatica trouble every year was that I was not getting regular maintenance care. I can handle a one hour round trip every 4 to 6 weeks and I am going to Dr. Jeremy because he is an excellent Chiropractor who is honest and has solutions. I highly recommend West Coast Chiropractic. My husband John originally went to Dr. Schembri for back pain which he had suffered for 3 years. He tried acupuncture, exercise, and stretching but the adjustments were what ultimately solved the problem. As long as he stays aligned, he feels great. Even more interesting is that every time he gets adjusted he notices an improvement in his health overall (digestive, mental clarity, energy level, etc,). I really believe that (both) Dr. Schembri's understands how the spine is related to the health of the entire body which makes them valuable doctors no matter what the condition. They also offer free kid adjustment days and if you haven't tried Carlos (massage therapist) you must! This is why I send friends, and clients their way and why they all come back saying the same thing; those guys are awesome! read more

Wow...if you're ever looking for great Chiropractors, this is where to go! They are excellent in what they do and are so very knowledgable. Somehow, they just know what your "body" needs to make you feel better, it's amazing! They treat you like family, are very helpful, really care about you as a person not a number and they get the job done. My two children, my mother and myself have been going for quite sometime and continue to go for our maintenance now. I've been in 2 car accidents and my mother and daughter as well and they got rid of our headaches and pain. Thank God for them. The massages helped so much as well. The staff is great and very helpful as well, especially when Caryn greets you with that smile! I keep recommending people to them....Love you guys oxox read more

The office is very nice and clean. There is a kids room to play video games which I thought was amazing, even though I do not have kids but what a great idea? This was my first visit but I have been to a chiropractor before. Even though I am not healed yet and of course not after one visit, this chiropractor didn't make me feel like I needed to be sold into his services. He was honest that he may not be able to entirely fix everything which right there, honesty goes such a long way. They were very reasonable on pricing and all staff was very pleasant. I did walk out of there with a little less pain and due to my condition will need several more treatments but this is where I'd rather spend my money and time. read more
