WOW. Justin merits all of his five star reviews on Yelp. He is very professional and responsive. All you have to do is text him photos of your car and he will reply with an estimate. The best part is that he drives to your house! What could be better? I had just received an estimate to fix my car for $3600 with new bumper parts. That was a no-go because my car is barely worth $5K. Instead, Justin showed up and fixed everything for just a fraction of that cost and within the range of his original estimate. He came to my parking lot at my house and fixed two door dings on an aluminum bodied F-Type in about 15 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and it absolutely blew me away... one was on the driver's quarter panel, one was on the passenger's door. He was friendily chatting about his profession and Industry because I was inquiring, and fixed it within a few moments like it was nothing at all. I have a 2014 Subaru that I bought new and am trying to keep in in great shape. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to choose my parking spots carefully, after two years (sometimes parked in the space-deficient Larkspur ferry terminal lot and a parking garage near my work in SF) I had good selection of minor, but highly annoying door dimples and one good vertical 4" crease from some bozo opening their door into my car when it was brand new. I had taken my car to a professional auto body shop recently and they had told me that the vertical crease would likely not be able to be completely removed - that there would still be a subtle trace line left. Well, today Justin came to my house and within 90-minutes had completely removed ALL the impression dimples and the vertical crease dent. When he arrived we inspected my car and when viewed from the right angle, all the doors had series of small ripple/dimple dents from other cars' doors. There literally must have been thirty dimples ranging from dime to quarter-size impressions - shallow but not inconspicuous. There was also one on the top of one of my front fenders. Justin removed all of them and my car looks FANTASTIC! I spent a good ten minutes inspecting my car when he was done and couldn't see even hints of where all but two of the defects had been. When I pointed out a couple very tiny ones that could still see, Justin got his tools back out and took care of them patiently and was happy to do so. That's the kind of GREAT SERVICE that seems so rare these days. Same day curbside service and in about 45minutes he had taken out the fender well liners to get at the dangling parking/directional light and straightened the Bumper and glued it where it cracked.
