I stopped by a few weeks ago (09-04-13) to see about a vape pen. I came in contact with Vanessa and she helped tremendously. She patiently walked me around their products, their pros and cons, and how each of them function from the Gpen, Cloud, and so on. After talking to Vanessa for quite some time, I purchased the Sticky LIps pen and have not looked back. It is durable, compact, fires up very fast and has had no electrical issues. Cleaning up the pen is also a cinch . Some cotton swabs and alcohol is all you need. Vanessa also speaks Spanish. She rocks in customer service!! The owner of this gallery is extremely rude. I Purchased the Puffco Peak for a little over $300 cash and then I also purchased six ceramic cups for the piece. Within the first week, I was required to purchase a second automizer which I thought was odd. Then within the month, I had to purchase a third automizer because the continued to break. At this stage, I asked the owner for assistance in the shop. She refused to supply me with receipts and screamed at me. I don't think this business is legal. Walked in for a new glass piece and after gaining knowledge from the customer services rep I walked out with a new heady piece made in the USA, an ISO dunk station, a nice mat for my rig, and a new infrared thermometer for the perfect dab. I went to many shops to find a new dab rig and Westcoast had the best selection wether your looking for a $40 piece or you ready to drop a bag they got it! This place sucks because they won't exchange or refund their own glassware with the receipt, it was never used, with the price tag still on it and she was very rude about it. She shows me a sign that was posted on the wall that was behind the counter way in the back that is not visible to anyone that states no returns or exchanges. I explained to the lady at the counter that there are same things being sold at other smoke shops for way less then they are selling it here and I was told the newer the business the more they have to pay for there items. I was just in here and asked for two packs of king size OCB papers and the lady only bagged one for me and she picked the paper plus tips which costs an addition 1.75$ not was I even asked for. Than she wouldn't refund me or even offer to exchange the paper plus filters for another pack of papers. Bought a 150 dollar Da Vinci vaporizer after the shopkeeper Vanessa said retailed for 200 but is found at prices below 120 online. I atempted to return it in brand new, unused condition and would have had a wrapper on it if the shop actually sold it with a wrapper on. Vanessa said the shop has a no return policy even in BRAND NEW condition. What a joke, Be careful of the equipment you purchase here. Do yourself a favor and dont buy a vape from here. The model I purchased has instructions in Spanish - no english instructions, It also seems to be producing off gasses when heated. I will be calling Da Vinci support to see what they have to say about the model I purchased. and post more when they get back to me... Da Vinci stated that they could do nothing regarding the bad purchase stating that it was strictly between the shopkeeper and me. The vape is producing off gasses that smell like burning plastic which is why I refuse to use it.
