They packed and moved everything from my bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen in about 4.5 hours, and I was honestly impressed by how efficient and hardworking they were. They carefully packed all of my kitchen items, disassembled my bed, unmounted my TV, transported everything safely, and even remounted the TV at my new place. Updating my original review and a response to the owner's response, and including a recent development on my Yelp account: Recent development: On July 3, 2026, I received an unsolicited message on my Yelp account from a user identified only as "Alguien A.," which said: "Next time you move your S by yourself." I'm attaching a screenshot of this. Given the context, it reads as retaliatory and connected to this dispute, and it's left me feeling unsafe given that this account and the people behind it are aware of where I live. Completely unprofessional. Response to owner: I'm not going to push it further than this. Only someone who has a stake in this company or helped me move that day would have been emotional and sent that message. I doubt another company would go those lengths when I already did a one star review, they would more likely target your 5 star reviewers. I'm not going to investigate this on your behalf because your method to verify is flawed and no one is going to own up to the issue and tell me the truth. You also told me over and over again people do this so they can blackmail you into paying them to remove the review so you were implying I was someone like that. Yelp has safeguards for that so your excuses don't match. I hope you manage your team and your company better as this move and $1500 continue to taunt me and I hope none of your future customers experience this. read more

Take it Easy Moving were very careful with an antique hutch that I needed moved from La Verne to OC. It arrived in perfect condition and was handled with care. They use shrink wrap and lots of padding. The movers were very friendly and respectful. There was a misunderstanding with the final fee but the owner was responsive and fair with a solution. read more

The guys were beyond professional! To start, they showed up early to discuss the contract and a quick overview of what I needed moved. Once we got started they careful with my belongings. They also had warbode boxes for my closet items and loose items which were insanely helpful. Upon arriving at the destination, unloading was easy. Ben and Dake from Take It Easy Moving were so professional. The whole process was extremely easy. My husband booked through Yelp, date and items were set then comes the day of the move (today lol). Ben and Dake arrived 10 mins early. We communicated the items being transported as well as the items to be removed for recycling, which were all bigger items such as refrigerator, couch, 8 drawer dresser and more. They handled everything with care. For 6hrs, heavy items, gas fee, and recycling fee for $1500. To me and my husband it was not bad of a price at all. They really saved us the headache of transporting as well as finding a recycling place for the old furniture. We would honestly use them again and highly recommend them. read more

I appreciated how easy it was to reserve my moving day with Emily. She checked in and followed up with me and provided clear expectations. Of course the literal heavy lifting was done by Dair, Ben, and Mike. And wow did they put in work! No clear discussion on overtime until it's overtime. They don't take responsibility for damage property. Over wrapping which takes more time. They don't remove the wrapping on the items they wrap. Quick pressure to write a review. Deceptive company. Watch out for none written contract and get a receipt. Only use communication thru yelp or the guarantee will be questioned by yelp. They use what's app then cancel what they have sent in the text. They don't follow moving instructions well. In regards to the owner's response: 1. The overtime rate was never discussed and labor laws were never discussed beforehand nor was I alerted as it got closer to the 8 hours. Also there was no contract produced or supplied prior to starting the job. 2. The box was clearly labeled fragile on all sides of the box. If your company didn't not feel comfortable with something labeled FRAGILE, then I should have been alerted. I find it interesting that you are just now focusing on my concerns. After I repeatedly tried to work this out with Tom. You can't disregard the facts and concerns. read more

Very bad experience for the price they charge should get some money back imo * The movers forgot the keys their car keys in my apartment that added additional time * There was noticeable complaining during the move. * Overall professionalism felt lacking. * There was a significant language barrier, which made communication difficult totally frustrating not going lie. * Communication between the movers themselves also seemed unclear, also due to language barriers * There was no sense of urgency (I've had more efficient experiences with other movers in the past). * They waited outside even after I mentioned the door was open and they could have easily opened the door and even saying they didn't just simply understand. * I was asked to help carry a box by a mover to carry a box since I hired movers for that purpose. His overall attitude was really bad * Belongings were not handled as carefully as expected. * One of the movers was coughing frequently, which made me uncomfortable. Very disappointed!! read more
