I bought a groupon for their Vbeam laser and it was a great experience. I forgot the name of my nurse, but she was very patient and kind. She actually went above and beyond and did multiple passes on my face and focused on my problem areas (the t-zone). The laser itself was a bit of a shock, I'd say its a stronger laser but I prefer that because it means its working :P No pain, no gain!!! The office itself is super cute and trendy and the employees don't push their services on you. They seem to have quite a few promotions, so if you're in the office make sure you stop by and ask about them. The nurse was so nice...when I asked to take a photo of the room, she even took me to a nicer area so I could take a better photo! So sweet. read more

I went in today to get V-beam and overall, I enjoyed my experience. One thing I like to look at when going to a med spa is the appearance of the staff. Mainly to see if they have work done or not. I get a little suspicious when the staff look overdone tbh. But both the girls I saw were beautiful & very natural looking. While I didn't get injectables, it was still refreshing to see. The procedure: Hanna came in to do a pre screening which takes 2 minutes, mainly to confirm allergies, previous treatments, and any contraindications. Sabrina did my treatment. Prior to starting she had me wash my face (cleanser options: Elta Md and La Roche Posay) to remove the sunscreen I had on. I didn't have a hair tie with me so she offered me one and tied my hair for me. Given my problem area, we decided to do my whole face. She went through each section twice and then adjusted the settings to focus on the cherry angiomas and visible capillaries on my nose. At the end they gave me Elta MD sunscreen which I appreciated and a cold pack. The pain is tolerable. It does get a little more intense towards and on the nose, but very much doable. The best way to explain the sensation is like a rubber band hitting your skin. For me, the worst part was the anticipation of the laser because even with eye protection and my eyes closed, the light is very bright. I did prepay my next session for next month. I'm looking forward to going up on the settings now that I've done it, and to see the final results after a few more sessions. read more
