The wrap costed about $10 but definitely not wow. The chicken was not the donair style. It was basically chicken put on a grill to heat up and slapped into the wrap. I got onion, lettuce, cheese, mushrooms and other greens in my wrap. I got to pick the sauce. Overall, the wrap was ok. It is very hard for me to determine the best combination of sauces to make it extra tasty. But it was nothing wow.

But still, I am under the impression that we won't be going that much anymore. My issue has been that every single time we've been there, the employees were confused and service was complicated. Besides being asked at least 3 times per visit what it is that I ordered, I've witnessed people getting the wrong order, people not getting their order and worst, people having to go back in the back of the line to re-order what was missing from their order. It's should not be very complicated. Having to say what I ordered multiple times and then end up at the end of the line with the "veggie station" employee asking me what I ordered, "chicken", and then she tells the cook, and the "cook" asking me what kind of chicken I ordered and then realizing he didn't cook any "chicken breast" is absurd. Being handed a beef pita and then a southwest pita from someone else's order is absurd. Being handed 3 or your pitas without a bag, is absurd.

Tim Hortons - Donuts, they continued to refill when we were there

As we were walking thru town, we saw several fellow passengers with Tim Horton paper coffee cups. We asked how it was and they said the coffee was great if you like dark roast. So of course, off to Tim Hortons. There was a line about 10 deep. Customer service was excellent. Very nice young adult at the register. It's a nice bright shop, relatively clean. We had a very short wait. There were customers sitting inside and out. Weather was super nice out at 10 am. There was a pretty quick turnover and we found a table. We ordered the 10 piece timbits, 4 different flavors were available, birthday cake, sour cream glazed, employee recommended, not bad, honey dipped, and filled golden snitch caramel, our favorite. These are bite size donut holes. We got double espresso. It actually came from a big machine. I'm really picky and it's okay. It went perfect with the timbits. $3.69 for 10 timbits was a great price for me. I love Stan's in Santa Clara, California and I have not found any donuts to match. These are an okay substitute if you want donuts.

Like a lot of other cruisers from the ship, I made my way over to grab some treats, and the staff were friendly and upbeat despite the sudden rush. The matcha drinks were yummy and refreshing, and you can never go wrong with their classic donuts. I asked the young lady to pick the flavors she liked the most. I do have to give an apology to the local residents, though. Between all of us, we definitely overwhelmed the place! Thanks to the team for keeping their cool and serving everyone with a smile. The restaurant was clean. I think they added the kiosks since the last time I was there.

Galaxy Gardens - Chicken chow mein with sweet & sour spareribs and beef & broccoli

I don't think they even put any kind of bullion cubes in it for broth flavor. I basically poured half the bottle of soy sauce in it so I could somewhat enjoy my meal. Sweet waitresses, but service was not so good. Did not have full silverware, did not refill drinks unless you asked. My glass was right in front of her (almost empty) while she refilled someone else's drink and she did not even look to check for anyone else needing a refill. No one came by to refill drinks at all during the remainder of our meal.

I always order the combo plate of fried rice, chicken chow mein, and sweet & sour spare ribs but substitute the fried rice for beef & broccoli. The meal usually comes out to approximately $13. So why do I keep coming back even though the food is mediocre? I'd say because of the history of the place. It's been around for so long and reminds me of my childhood. What's wrong with the food? Nothing really, it just isn't as impressive as you'd think. The chicken chow mein is literally plain noodles with chopped up chicken on top. The spare ribs and beef and broccoli were the real winners of the meal. Service is always good though. I've never had a problem. There is always plenty of parking as well. We came as a group of 7 and everyone got their order right and in an appropriate amount of time. I'm not sure what happened in the past 5 years but the quality of the food isn't what I remembered. My fiance got a bowl of wonton soup which literally tasted like boiled wontons. The broth had 0 flavoring and she ended up throwing everything possible into the broth to bring out some sort of flavour. I'll always have a soft spot for Galaxy but in all honesty the food doesn't "wow" me. I'll give food a 3/5 and service a 5/5.
